Breakfast was awful and non-consistent. Room was dirty with one of beds having a giant urine stain on the mattress. The whole place is in need of refurbishment. There is no place to sit in the rooms because there is no chairs or desk. There is a dirty balcony with 1 chair out there. There is 1 tiny garbage can in the room. Rooms are not serviced while you stay. The only nice thing about the place is the pool is open until 1am. However they ran out of pool towels.

The place is showing its age. The door to my room had a bit of a divot taken out of it where they had changed the dead bolt. The room was clean, everything worked and the pool was nice. The breakfast was just above abysmal. Always the same (stayed for a week) sometimes cold, never tasted that good. We ended up doing restaurants for breakfast 5 out of the 7 days. I still give it a 4 star rating because everythin worked, the people were great, service was quick, but the breakfast left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively and literally).

Good for the price. Clean. Great location, right by the strip and the island. The kids loved the water slide. We were shown on expedia that our room slept 3, but it was just a queen bed and a loveseat. Did not fold out. We had to purchase a rollaway for $17 and nobody could sleep on it because it was so uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk argued with me that a queen bed sleeps 3...that my child should sleep with us. 😂🙄. The lady that checked us in was quite abruptive too. Breakfast was not very good. They only have powdered coffee creamer. Not terrible though. We'd stay there again.

The kitchenette in the room was a nice feature however anytime we would cook the ventilation above the stove did not keep the steam from escaping the room, the vent in the bathroom also did not help. The indoor pool was nice we really enjoyed it. Being able to have Papa John’s delivered was also nice. Overall it was a great stay and the staff were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again in the near future!

Great place to stay. Amenities for people of all ages. Only thing I would change is having maid service. We only stayed 3 nights but if it was any longer I would be a lot more upset that our sheets and towels weren't changed daily. I was able to call and order more towels but they dont offer maid service daily. One of the perks of a hotel is that I personally dont have to change the sheets and tidy up the room. I dont know if maid service is available for an extra charge, I can only tell you that it wasnt included with our room, which we upgraded for a hit tub in the room. So I assumed maid service was included. I dont think its unusual to assume maid service is included. I was wrong. Otherwise I have no complaints.

We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was a great setup for our group! It consisted of two connecting rooms with a private hallway between them, which gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. One room had a kitchenette, while the other had a small refrigerator. We also appreciated having two bathrooms with walk-in showers and a balcony off each room. One room featured a queen bed, and the other had double bunk beds, making it a great option for families.

The indoor pool and waterslide were a lot of fun and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The only downsides were the complimentary breakfast, which didn’t meet our expectations, so we chose to eat out each morning. We also found the lack of working ice machines to be inconvenient, especially since the available ones were on different floors and all the way on the opposite side of the building.

Overall, the spacious family suite and fun pool made for an enjoyable stay, especially for families.

easy to locate, plenty of parking, nice pool. We arrived to get breakfast about 45 minutes after it started and everything was cleaned out. Waited for about 10-15 minutes and no one came to replenish it so we had to find food elsewhere. Spacious room but needs some repairs on ceilings and around windows due to previous leaks and looked like mold forming. Very thin walls so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or a sound machine.

The room was spacious, and the location was perfect with everything conveniently close by.However, I did encounter an issue at check‑in. I had booked a room with a kitchen, but I was informed that pets are not allowed in rooms with kitchens. Because of this, I was required to switch to a different room and was charged an additional $74. Fortunately, another room was available — otherwise, it would have been very difficult during the July 4th long weekend.There was no mention anywhere about pet restrictions for certain room types, and I’ve stayed at many hotels without encountering such a policy. I hope I can be refunded for the extra amount charged.My stay was from July 3 to July 4, 2026.

I did call the hotel before booking to check on pricing of pet stay. Atleast some one could have told me about these restrictions

You no longer eat on buffet diner. In lobby where u get biscuit and gravy every day on paper plates. In one area no air conditioner on; hot it's July.Gravy cold. FLIES flying around food. No housekeeping till u leave. Had 2 signs that I saw the next day. U need get at front deak. Towels , trash, u do yourself. U pay for that service and get nothing. People on both beside loud noise and above sound like they were moving furniture all night. Dogs whining and children running up and down halls. We were on 3rd floor. Another on 5 told us that someone broke into their room stole their bags and medication only there 2 hours.

Spent the night here to visit pigeon forge. Pretty old school but nice and clean for the most part! We got two rooms and one of the rooms seemed a bit cleaner than the other, the floors in the one could use a deep clean in my opinion and the breakfast was questionable. Overall loved the spacious rooms and would stay there again.

Blankets smelled horrible, shower was broken and flooded the bathroom. It had obviously been broken for many years too because there was rotting wood and rusted out metal framing. The pool was fun, but the water was green and hazy. There’s no daily room service, and the breakfast wasn’t great. We planned for 4 days, and couldn’t make it past 1 before leaving for another hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t 5 star quality, however it was fresh and plentiful, and the sweet lady there made sure it was always full. She greeted everyone with a smile. I honestly cannot say enough about the staff. Each person we met was super friendly and helpful. Our only complaint, which wasn’t even the hotels fault, was that small children ran up and down the hallways at all hours of the night UNATTENDED. 2 small boys, 4 or 5 at best, wearing water wings, ran back and forth from the pool, up the elevator alone, down the hall to their room. They woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night while running and yelling in the hallway. I understand vacation is an exciting time, however they were too young to be unattended like that. I debated on calling the front desk but decided to leave it alone.

Poor start, arrived around 5:30 pm to an empty front desk. By the time someone arrived, about 30 minutes later, there were 4 guests waiting.

We were there 3 nights/ no housekeeper showed even though we called on day two. Ice machine on floor was out of order and seemed like the sign had been up awhile. When I wandered around looking for another machine, I passed a number of couches and chairs sitting in front of rooms that looked worse than what one would see sitting on the side of the road waiting for the trash man.

Had to set a/c at 64F for it to feel cool. Many of the hallway a/c’s were unplugged.

Breakfast wasn’t bad but it was over by 9:30. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, soggy doughnuts, coffee no tea, water, orange juice, oranges and apples.

In its day it was probably a gem with an indoor pool with slide but it really needs to increase staffing and do some maintenance.

My only complaint is that I booked a standard queen room and the description says it sleeps 3. It doesn’t. There is one queen bed and a small loveseat type sofa. It does not make into a bed. I had to pay extra to get a rollaway bed once we arrived. I booked a room that says sleeps 3 and was penalized for the hotels misleading room description.

The room was nice, although the carpet appeared very soiled. The pool with slide was very nice. The breakfast was not very good. Even though it’s classified as a buffet breakfast, it was eggs and sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, donuts and fruit. Not very tasty, maybe just a very small step up from regular motel type breakfast, without the waffle makers, cereal and yogurt. Frankly, not worth waking up early for it!

We like to stay here because it is at a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We stayed for four nights. Did not get to use the pool because it was always full of kids. Will probably come back but not this time of year. Did not care for the breakfast, it was the same thing every morning. The first morning the biscuits were real hard and almost burnt. I checked into the hotel. I entered an elevator elevators were filthy. I'll get to the first room. Take a look at the room, find what looks like black bug. They tell me it's not a bad bug, but sure looked like it today. Replace the room, put me into a second room that had what appeared to be bodily fluids on the sheet. Mattress was full of hair. After 2 rooms, I'm not going to attempt a third this hotel. Chooses to still charge me for the room even though they couldn't provide me with an adequate room. The water park sounds like it'd be a great idea. If you have kids
But the hotel was not clean and in my opinion I would not suggest.

The room was in need of a refresh. There was a huge water stain on the carpet. The air conditioner smelled and had a change filter warning blinking. One of the rooms had mold around the tub. A piece of trim was laying in the middle of the floor. There was no plug for the sink in one room and no plug for the tub in another. The front desk staff was great. Breakfast was not edible. We ended up at McDonalds. The kids liked the pool area. I expected more for the cost. Will not be back. Will not recommend.

All the pros: 1. Very clean, fresh-smelling room! 2. There was a printed-out TV channel guide in the room, which is something I see less and less of, so it was appreciated and made finding cartoons a breeze. 3. When we needed extra towels, the staff was friendly and quick getting them to us. 4. The elevators are glass, so you can see the mountains as you ride! 5. Very convenient location right on the \"main drag\" in Pigeon Forge closer to the Sevierville end, but it's situated a bit off the road, so you don't hear traffic sounds. 6. Fun, clean indoor pool area with a slide! 7. Abundant parking. 8. Check-out was 11am, (not 10am, which seems like the \"new normal\"). 9. Arcade room, which our 5-year-old loved.

Con: Only one- the walls were thin enough to hear loud kiddos around us, one time late into the night. That's the only reason I took one star away in my overall review. If you happen to be in a room surrounded by non-loud children, then I'm confident you'll have a 5-star stay.😉

Bathroom had chunks missing from floors/ boarders. The beds were so hard and if you moved they creaked so loud it woke others up on the room. The food was biscuits gravy and sausage. Orange juice was in a frozen cup. The halls and room had a mildew smell. The towels were so thin and small they would stay wet till the next day forcing us to ask for more. Very disappointed considering the price.

My family and I stayed in the family suite for a week. Unfortunately the ceiling in the bathroom leaked the whole time. It had been a known issue. No other comparable rooms were available. The queen bed in main room was very uncomfortable and the top half of the bed was lower than the feet. Breakfast was served daily catered by next door. Donuts biscuits and gravy plus sausage. Every day the same thing. We did enjoy the pool with a slide. Housekeeping short staffed as stated on a piece of paper once you had checked in. No daily service. We did get towels when asked. Over all stay was frustrating and wanted to deter families from booking family suite until the ceiling was fixed. Did speak with manager which I appreciated a response. Yet like I stated prior to. No family should have the ability to book a room with broken bed or leaking ceiling. Not just drips but constant drips at all times. Hopefully this review will make it to higher up.

Someone was given our room although it was reserved for us, my husband walked in on them confused as to why people were in there. The shower was stained yellow. There was a diabetic blood tester with blood in it on the floor, in the room. Breakfast only available on the weekends. Truly felt gross here. It was a random Wednesday. I cant imagine the staff was overwhelmed.

The hotel needs updating. Stained carpets, tub slippery, shower with no safety handles, inadequate shower head, and not the most comfortable bed. The staff did a good job of cleaning with what they had to work with. Bathroom towels were great the first day, but with every change they were older and smaller. The pool area was nice but the surrounding floor was very slippery. Enclosed pool but air flow in area was not good. Staff were great and friendly.

Good clean room with plenty of space. The breakfast was so good! Beds were comfortable and the room had a nice little balcony. The pool area was nice as well, the kids loved the slide. We’ll stay there again!

Hubby and I stayed for 4 days. We were in the king size bed suite with a balcony and a jacuzzi tub. We had a fantastic time exploring Pigeon Forge and were able to come back to the hotel and relax. Also enjoyed the big indoor swimming pool amd daily breakfast. Great place for couples and families alike. Will definitely come back

You can tell it's an older hotel. But it was clean the only problem we had was the hot water in the jacuzzi tub did not get hot. Told the front desk and the guy came but right away and looked at it and said he can't fix it and left. Did not say anything about us possibly going to the front desk to move rooms or anything. So when we checked out I asked for a discount and they gave us a 10% discount which was good but they also said we should have said something and they would have moved us to a different room. But I felt like the maintenance man should have said something to check with front desk about moving. But other than all that it was good.

One of our rooms only had one trash can, the balcony doors wouldn’t lock, the pool tables were broken, they were understaffed, the beds were hard, the breakfast wasn’t the best, the rooms were clean.

There was mold in the bathroom, the elevators were dirty, there was never any luggage carts(i think they only had 4 total). the sink leaked, the faucet handle didn't work as far as changing the temperature, it burned my child. The breakfast being “catered” by the buffet next door was an absolute joke. I have never experienced a worse breakfast. They had zero opinions, i thought they would at least have cereal or something. The eggs looked like it was sat in a liquid, the biscuits were hard.
The mattresses themselves were not comfortable. The top blanket looked very old and dingy. Almost like they have been using them for 15+ years.
Also, the staff was incredibly nice.
Even if they don't do the room cleaning during your stay the woman that was cleaning stopped by my room and knocked to make sure we had towels. She was incredibly nice! The front desk when i checked in was also very nice and very quick.

I overall did not enjoy my stay and it felt like the only amenity was the indoor pool (even though it wasn’t very clean either) and the rest of it wasn’t even the full truth.
We will not be returning and we will be warning others.

The AC did not work. It was so hot that we could not sleep. The free breakfast buffet was a joke. It consisted of gravy mix with added water, powdered scrambled eggs, hard biscuits, whole apples and some good sausage. Of course we could only eat the sausage because the rest of the food was garbage. The game.room was a joke. I asked for change to shoot pool, the desk employee stated I had to buy tokens from theachine. So I go buy token but the pool tables were broken. I then ask for my money back for the token because the table is broken. All the employee said was, yes it's been broken for weeks and we have asked them to co.e fix it. I said really!!!! The why did you tell me to buy token to play pool if you knew the tables were broken. The furniture in the lobby was extremely worn. There was food all over the carpet. The rooms room not cleaned very well. I will never stay at this place again.

The king bed was terrible so worn out , needs replaced.
Ice machine out of order on our level 4th floor go down to 3rd floor ice machine out on that level had to go to 2nd floor for ice.
No tub stopper in tub and tub was all rusted.
Tv remote didn't work and light bulb burt out in bathroom.
