Joseph
Loved the jacuzzi and being by the little river. Parking is convenient and hotel is located on the main parkway so not far to get to restaurants or Dollywood.
William
Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed this motel. Staff was very helpful.
Karolyn
Good location if you aren't going to do a lot while there. Decently clean. Needs repairs on cosmetic things. It was SO hot in the elevator, hallways, and it even took us a while to get the room to cool down. One employee was rude. Hotel was fine for a cheap one night stay. Wouldn't necessarily go back unless there were no other cheap options.
Wanda
Room was clean and staff was helpful. We had large suite and the ac was not sized correctly for it so warm until later in the evening.
Yasmin
Convenience location but breakfast was not so good
Susan
Where their for one night but will definitely stay again
Ledra
Rooms was nice and hotel was conveniently located near everything.
Donald
The staff was friendly and everything was really clean and fresh. The breakfast was sufficient but nothing to brag about. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there on my next trip.
Darrin
Great time
erik
Good inexpensive stay.
Becky
The hotel was clean but older than many places I’ve stayed so it wasn’t “sparkling”. I would stay there again because the facilities were adequate and the night staff helpful. We did not get up for the complimentary breakfast. The pricing was right.
carolyn
Awesome as usual.Friendly staff,good breakfast , clean,quiet.
Suzanne
Room was clean, shower is dated but was a good water pressure. Staff was friendly and has a decent breakfast.
Liliana
It was a nice little stay. What I really enjoyed and liked was that everything was near by.
Harry
Rooms was cleaned daily and the balcony was nice. We didn't eat the breakfast and the night shift clerk was always good and sleeping. We will be back next year.
David
Room was not as clean as I expected. The towels in the room was worn out.
Pamela
Friendly and affordable accommodations. I have stayed several times and the hotel is always clean. However, the shower is small but manageable. I do feel safe here.
brandon
Pool is small and has very limited hours. The rooms are old and smell, but somewhat clean. Desk staff isn't very pleasant. Won't stay here again.
Angelica
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to visit, which made getting around so convenient. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and made our trip even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was amazing! There was a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was such a nice way to start each day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient location, great amenities, and a fantastic breakfast experience. I would happily stay here again!

John
Clean through out building. Good breakfast, staff was friendly, beds comfortable, was quiet even being on main road. Did not use pool, it looked small for a large hotel. Near to lots of attractions. Will definitely stay there again when staying in the area.
Thuy Vi
Good location nearby Pigeon Forge attractions. Room was spacious and had just enough comfort for a quick weekend visit. Pool was small and front desk staff not very warm or friendly both days we were there.
Pamela
I like this property because it's not expensive, but it is well kept, and they have a decent breakfast and the staff is always nice and I feel safe there
Ty
Rooms where clean and staff was helpful. Only one elevator so when busy it may take longer of a wait to get to your room. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Melissa
Clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator. They had 1 dryer and washer self-service. We came on the 4th of July weekend, expected it to be busy. Breakfast is 7-930. Gotta get down there for food early at least by 8 or it's really overcrowded. Good breakfast but had to let staff no more food was needed. There was no scrambled eggs or biscuits. She apologized and got more. They had cereal, bagels, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs. Apple juice and coffee. We stayed 3 nights.
Robert
Breakfast was great
Anna
The only downside is that you better get to breakfast as soon as it starts or the lobby is packed!
Jamie
We booked last minute due to our RV having some issues. Room was very affordable and clean, comfortable beds and a clean shower with great water pressure. Kids enjoyed the pool! Staff was beyond accommodating in helping us find a space to park our 32ft RV, which did not fit in their lot. Staff literally walked beside us to show us exactly where to park and made sure everything was safe and secure. Location is right on a trolley stop, very convenient! We enjoyed our short stay and loved having a shower without spiders. :)
Debra
Great clean rooms. Good staff. Average breakfast
Phyllis

The hotel is basic and is need of an update, but the staff is wonderful, breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast, but is continually restocked.
8/10 - would stay again when in town.

Brenda
Same breakfast everyday. It smells musty probably because of the river.
Dave
Great stay. The property is a little dated but neat & clean. The pool was very relaxing we used it every night.
Kim
Room was clean, free breakfast was good, great location. Will definitely be back for another stay.
Jessica
As first time visitors to pigeon forge, this hotel was everything it was advertised to be. Amazing location, very safe, clean rooms, great breakfast, secure parking. Would highly recommend to couples and families!
Ralph
Didn’t get the room I paid for ended up getting the worse room and the lady at the front desk treated me like a piece of crap I enjoy Tennessee but didn’t enjoy as much as I normally do cause of the motel I paid 250 dollars a night for
Edward
Our room was clean, but small for 3 people. The size would be good for 2 people.
Cynthia
Clean, quiet, staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and fresh and hot.
Lisa
Our stay was great! Highly recommend.
Tracy
Room was clean but took a while for the musty smell to leave.
Breakfast was good. The kitchen was clean. Staff was helpful.
Excellent location for the attractions.

Donna
Rooms clean, staff nice, liked that there were no pets allowed and no smoking facility.
Kevin
It’s worthy your time there since it is at the right spot of all things you can enjoy the staying.
Antonio
Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
Kathy
I really enjoyed staying here. It is in the perfect place & close to everything! It was quiet, the beds were SO comfortable, and the check in was a breeze. There was a full breakfast that was excellent and it's free. We will definitely stay here again!
Debra
Clean room great staff good breakfast nice pool outside
matt
It is an older property and the price reflects this. The room was clean, but had definitely been smoked in, despite being a non-smoking room. The breakfast was fine, for a free breakfast and the room had a small balcony and view of a small creek. The hotel staff were absolutely terrible. The woman that checked me in acted as though I interrupted her phone scrolling, and later when I asked for change she eye rolled for about 30 seconds before begrudgingly providing the change. The next morning, the man working the desk was more active and helpful, but he sure did everything with a slight attitude. I brought him a purse that someone forgot at breakfast and he refused to take it and just put it on the desk ledge. Basically, if you want an old, cheap, and relatively clean hotel for access to the Pigeon Forge area, this is fine - but I personally wouldn't stay again.
Karen
Our room had everything that you needed. It was clean & the bed was great. The pillows were ok. The staff was friendly & the pool was just perfect to cool off.
Kathy
Continental breakfast had scrambled eggs and greasy sausage patties. Biscuits little doughy. Staff would give you whatever you asked for not personal at all
Ana
Clean room, staff was nice, breakfast can improve
Alicia
We stayed for 1 night and just needed an affordable, clean place to sleep. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. No frills, but clean and breakfast was good.
Gwendolyn
Our room was very nice and comfortable. We were in a room with a balcony that overlooks the Pigeon River.
Our room was serviced every day with clean towels, trash taken out and bed made daily. I have to admit that we have stayed at many motels/hotels, this was very quiet. Most of them you her slamming doors but not at this one. I would recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Nancy
The room was clean and beds comfortable. My only complaint was the shower was so small you could hardly turn around in it. I am not a big person and I am not sure how a male gets in the shower, it was so small.
Brandon
It was an ok stay. Room was clean the property was not.
Novie
Place was great all around.
Margaret
Breakfast could be improved.
Jeri
The rooms are good but the beds are uncomfortable the lady at breakfast that was working there was rude and could not speck very good Lagrange.
Gregory
Nice room with hot tub.
Corey
Definitely needs softer beds and better breakfast options, but other than that our stay was amazing!
Lynn
the room was clean check in staff were nice breakfast was good. Paid extra for a room that overlooks the river and was disappointed in the view. I am spoiled to seeing water rush over the rocks and ducks enjoying. We did not have that at this motel.
Bozena
Love that hotel for 100% smoke free.
Clean and smell clean not like others.

The breakfast staff was on their phone the entire morning, the room was never cleaned-evidenced by the remaining belongings of the previous guests, who left a hair scrunchy, hair in the bathroom and a razor cover on the sink. The bed was so hard I will be in pain for a few days following my visit. I will not return or recommend this hotel because the two most important factors-cleanliness and comfort, are not at all present!

The room we stayed in had a strong musty smell. We stayed in a king size bed room with jacuzzi. The musty smell was around the jacuzzi where people step out onto the carpet with their wet feet. The jacuzzi water did not get very warm. It stayed at less than luke warm temperature. The bathroom had a similar smell but seemed to be coming from the shower curtain. Nothing appears \"dirty\" it just had the smell. The bed was decent. I slept okay but my husband did not find it comfortable.

Room is clean and is described accurately. We got the parking lot view. Better if you can get the creek view. Lobby area is very nice. There's no ice machine on the floors. Breakfast has a variety of foods and beverages.

Need a fishing pier
Change up the breakfast a little
But otherwise, great stay
Housekeeping was wonderful!

Breakfast was ok, more fruit on bar would have been nice

We enjoyed being able to sit on the patio chairs overlooking the river. Very peaceful.
The breakfast was adequate and coffee was available 24/7.

The hotel has potential but needs to be remodeled ASAP
I stayed in a room with the jacuzzi which was probably the best thing
The mattress was absolutely horrible (stayed 3 nights)
The microwave was out dated
The air conditioner leaked leaving the carpet wet

Hotel tired, needs updated. Great location.

The breakfast was really good with homemade gravy 😋
The room was clean but needs more pillows to make it more comfortable to sleep

The room was very clean. But I don’t think they should be advertising rooms with a river view and making that a bonus factor. That river is gross. But other than that great stay!
Khristin
Good clean room. Reasonably priced. Especially for booking at the last minute. Would recommend.
Catharine
The entire facility was clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot, and constantly being refilled. Staff interactions were always pleasant.

Good motel for the price and easy to get to any place one would want to go.
Janice
Great stay, expected breakfast, only thing the beds were a little too firm for our taste.
Other than that, an absolute great stay for the money!!

This is a dated hotel but it was clean. The guy at the front desk was super nice & helpful. We got Dollywood tickets at $5 off per ticket there. We needed a family suite & wanted to be close our outings. The location is great. The breakfast was good. The bed was not comfortable to me, but my kids slept fine.
I would possibly stay here again, but my preference would be a newer hotel. It doesn’t have a gym, arcade, any amenities and it’s older. But I understand why it has high reviews if that makes sense.

The standard room I got was on the small side, but very clean. Yes, limited space, but I was there to sleep not hang out. The lady who checked me in was very nice, but my son had a different person entirely and she was not so great. Everyone and everything else was very pleasant. I would stay there again.
Belinda
Room was comfortable, clean with nice toiletries. Breakfast was good but basic with only a few choices and variety was limited. But ok if you want a quick start to your day.
ronald
Room clean comfortable bed quiet with good breakfast

Only complaint I have is the beds. I've been camping and slept on the ground that was softer than the beds. I prefer a firmer mattress but I think sleeping on a rock would of been more comfortable. Over all for the price its a decent hotel. Clean place. Yes it does have some things that could be upgraded but its an older hotel.
Holly
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was pitiful. Coffee was terrible. Staff at check-in was not very friendly.
Chris
beds were old and uncomfortable

Hospitality was terrible from the evening desk...although when asked for a pillow and blanket we were allowed one.
Building was unsecure to random passerby; elevator to all floors of the inn is free to be used by anyone.
Breakfast was not worth waking up for; normal for a free hotel breakfast.
Complimentary items were cheap...the tissues are similar to sandpaper.
Parking was interesting but not difficult.
Definitely NOT the worst place I've stayed but will never stay here again.
