Office Staff Great - Cleaning Staff need training on Dust areas and especially AC filters that I cleaned which were hideous from not being cleaned in quite a while a left an odor that permeated until I cleaned the filters and sprayed the with Hydrogen Peroxide, my got to sanitizer. Couch in the room needs steam cleaning and had a lingering odor that I sanitized too.

AC itself is a problem because it sits in the wall at an elevation where if you are sitting at the desk as I did quite a lot, it becomes annoyingly noisy and fine tuning to stay at a cool but not cold temperature is a challenge. New unit is definitely needed. Overall I enjoyed the 3 day stay, despite not having internet for most of the time due to SPECTRUM outage from the rain - not the Motel itself.

My only issue was that the a/c unit did not cool the room very well. It was very hot & humid during my stay and, even though the thermostat was set to its lowest possible setting, the room never got comfortably cool.

At check in, the front desk worker left us and another person checking in standing there, in the middle of checking in the other person, while he ran across the road to grab something to eat. Room was clean. Pool was pretty good. Hot tub wasn’t really a hot tub. It was cold water the entire time. Great location if you want your time to be peaceful. It was a little farther out than what we liked but nothing to complain about. Also, they leave an envelope saying “thank you for the tips.” We didn’t leave a tip! They didn’t touch our room while we were there and we had to ask for more towels. If you don’t do anything for us then why should we have left a tip?

Decent place to stay. Didn’t have any issues other than the AC didn’t seem to get cold enough. It was very hot during our stay so that’s probably why. As clean and comfortable as any other motel. Good for the price. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast spot just a minute walk next door.

The property is older but had good hot water and water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. Although the rooms were small, you would have received and excellent rating from me except: 1) The amenities included coffee which was WATERY and 2) The bathroom needed a deep CLEANING. (There was a slight amount of ground-in dirt on the floor, walls and bathroom door.)

This hotel was wonderful. Two travelers for a week in a room with two beds. We had everything in the room we needed. There’s a large counter spacious enough for all your needs. There is an open closet next to the refrigerator with a shelf for more space to use as a kitchen or to stow your luggage. Instead of an elevator, there is a ramp to the second level. Our room was quiet. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room and keeping towels stocked. We extended our stay by two nights. We were so happy with the hotel. We will definitely stay there again! Extremely reasonable rates! Thank you for letting us enjoy a vacation at a reasonable price.

Having been in the hospitality and restaurant industry, most of my life, either working, investing. I have wide background, which includes everything from building hotels, motels to remodeling them to cleaning them & beyond, when I go into a room, I always check for clean touch surfaces, air conditioner vents, which I had to clean here because they were extremely dirty. There was an odor in the room and I used baking soda to absorb and hydrogen peroxide to spray on the air conditioner after I cleaned, wiped and washed the filters in the bathtub.

It wasn't horrible, but the ancient microwave did not work. The coffee while suitable did not have anyway to keep it warm for guests would use it through the morning and there was no healthy creamer.

While it is not their fault that the internet has not worked in the 3 days spent there, that responsibility falls on Spectrum, because there was an outage from merely rain throughout Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg areas to an extent.

The LED lighting in the rooms does not help because they are too bright. I had to put shades over them. It is well reported Now that LEDs are not healthy, radiate dangerous frequencies, which can interrupt sleeping patterns, which I can only help educate the staff there about.

Speaking of the office staff, were all Excellent people. And I greatly appreciate their to communication and concern. But would suggest that the cleaning crew be trained in deep cleaning once a week for Sanitation.

the clerk asked what type of I wanted and selected a room away from noise for us. The room was very clean, the two beds were separated making it feel larger. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view of the mountains, most would not. There was a full moon over the forest and mountains that made a great photo.
Downside, no breakfast so you have to add that into the cost. It is an updated older motel and one of our window units had a fan that was loose and made so much noise we had to shut it off.

Their sign says it all. They are an older motel but are definitely one of the cleanest places I have stayed.
The lady at check in was so super nice. Every day I seen her walking outside she was saying “hello” and “good morning” to everyone she passed.
I never could figure out how to change channels on the TV with the remote. Or maybe the batteries were dead. I just figured I didn’t need to watch TV anyway.
I would definitely stay here again.
I included a picture of the ramp to the second floor. They are pretty steep if you have any walking issues.

I checked in for my room. I had then asked from handicap room since I fell after the reservation was made and when I asked for one she said, no handicap rooms available. I am wearing a boot for broken foot. My room 235 or something on second floor climbed a ramp, when arrived at room it was still uncleaned food, bed unmade trash cans filled. My husband had to go back to office where she gave us a handicap room. I was still to walk the ramp, never comp the room.

This used to be the cleanest place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is definitely not what it used to be. Pool is not well maintained , curtains are broken and hard to close. The body wash in the shower was empty. There was only 6 channels on the tv and they were mostly sports channels. Very disappointed in what this place has become.

It is indeed an older style hotel right on the main strip. Think cement cinder blocks style. For the price and value- it was awesome!!!! We didn’t need fancy, just decent place to rest head after hiking and playing in mountains. Staff was friendly, pool clean and kids used a lot. We had a jacuzzi room and it was perfect! Would stay here again!

So inexpensive but one of the nicest motels my family has ever stayed at! SO clean. And we got a room that had a separate bedroom with a door, plus a bed in the first room and a pullout in the middle room (those two were separated by the sink/hallway and door to the bathroom. So we had basically three separate rooms, which worked out amazingly for our family. The person at the desk (the owner?) was GREAT and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Ac worked but only the temperature selection the speed was preset to the highest and wouldn't change. The room was so humid that with the ac blasting it felt like a rainy winter or fall day in the room. The hair dryer wouldn't turn off and was never than the air flow on the AC When I tried to check out there was no one at the desk and no one showed up when you rang the bell.

We really enjoyed our stay. Dont let the outside fool ya the room was way cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels no lie. Air conditioning was awesome we like it cold and let me tell ya it gets super cold. The bed was actually super comfy as well. Slept like a baby. We also enjoyed the location. Far enough out to miss the congestion and yet close enough to pegion forge to be there in a few minutes. Price was nice as well didnt kill the wallet.

Nice little pool with pool towels provided. Location is ideal for the area (on the edge of Sevierville, 15 minutes from the middle of Pigeon Forge, and less than 30 minutes to the Gatlinburg strip. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was decently clean if you didn’t look too close. The pool was very small and modest, more suitable for 1 family. The hotel rooms were outdated, which is stated and fine, but the particular room we stayed in had no deadbolt and a free-egress lock so our 15 month old was able to open the door at anytime regardless if it was locked. Overall, this hotel would be a nice location for a budget friendly, utilitarian stay. (Without toddlers who can open doors)

It was extremely clean. I was really surprised. My only complaint or concern for other travelers would be the ramp to get to the 2nd level. Anyone with any kind of disability would have to ensure their room be on ground level. If you want an inexpensive but extremely clean and well kept room I would recommend it.

Room was clean. TV and landline phone to call the office did not work. Had to ask for help with TV and she tried but it only got one station. Glad we were only there for one night. Wish our experience was better, but you get what you pay for. The neighboring room was extremely loud at 6am... Not the wake up we wanted on our trip. The pool looked clean but we did not have time to use it. No other amenities are offered. Not even breakfast. Just coffee.
