I was amazed at how clean the place was, how friendly the staff were, how good the breakfast was.
Shannon
Terrible experience still waiting to hear from the management left several calls no response DONT STAY HERE I travel often at least once a month and the worst ever and high rate . I have never left a negative review but it is more than deserved
Charlie
Gave me the wrong room and had to pay for a room I didn’t plan on staying in
Rita
The bathroom was not good. Looked like it belongs in a Motel 6. For the price we paid, it sure wasn't the Hampton Hilton quality that we are use to.
I took pictures.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, and clean rooms
Kathryn
Nice clean room, thank you for the blackout curtains. We've stayed before and would stay again.
Please consider adding a water fountain or keeping water dispenser in lobby- it is strange to me to not have access to water outside breakfast hours when the juice/water dispenser is turned off. The front desk was kind to give me bottle of water upon asking.

Facility was clean and employees were nice. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices.

Wonderful location. Appreciate the size of the handicap room so I was able to use my wheelchair and my walker.
The bathroom was really nice and loved the walk-in shower. Thee drain in the middle of the bathroom floor is dangerous.

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. There was a man sitting behind the desk in another room repairing something. We made eye contact. He did not speak to me. I waited five minutes before asking him if he knew where someone was who could check me in. Turns out, he was the front desk manager and had just ignored me that entire time! He also looked at me strangely. It gave me the creeps.
Once in the room, we began to notice the a/c wasn’t working properly. I went down to the desk, and again had to yell “hello!” To get anyone to come to the desk. A lady was working this shift, and she seemed exasperated to have been summoned to do her job. She moved us to another room, which stink but had a working a/c. We decided to just tough it out.
Later in the day, we realized the shower didn’t work. The way we figured this out was my children had completely blackened the bottoms of their feet from simply walking in that room barefoot. We went to take a bath and clean them up, but the shower wouldn’t turn. Oh- and the mini fridge didn’t work either.
All in all, I would say SKIP this Hampton Inn. Not a good place at all.

The pool was great. we were located close to everything we wanted to visit on our vacation. The only thing I didn't like was I dropped my portable alarm clock under the bed and I don't think anyone had cleaned under the bed for a very long time. No carpet on the floors and after 5 days in the room the floors were very dirty. Breakfast was not hot. I never had hot water for my hot tea daily but they microwaved it for me.

I stayed for just one night, but it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming; the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also very convenient, making it an easy and pleasant stay. I would come back if I’m in the area again.
Cathy
Need to put higher commodes in the bathrooms. Everyone was so nice and polite.
Katisha
It was decent

The stay was fine except when the water was turned off mid-morning when check-out was at 11. I was unable to shower and then miserable the rest of the day.
Sandra
The hotel was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast and kitchen staff was really lovely.
Maria Lucido
Breakfast was very good and the staff, particularly the lovely woman in the lobby responsible for breakfast and the seating area was excellent as was the gentleman responsible for maintenance
Carly
It was close to many shopping and restaurant options.

The room was a disastrous! Mold, dirt, oil, smears were everywhere! There were cracks, dings, water damaged ceiling, lint and oil all over the upholstery. They said the floors were replaced. I have pictures I will post when we return. I tried to ask the young man at the front desk. He said they didn’t have a manager and he couldn’t help me. The front door had tools and debris so you couldn’t bring luggage through. We tried to get off the elevator and the was a guy at the elevator doing plaster. The air conditioner had mold and other debris with a dirty filter which really kicked up sinus and allergy symptoms which I rarely have. The bathroom was bad! The tub, toilet, and floor were filthy. Glass, mirrors, windows, and pictures were smeared lock someone took a wet dirty clothed and wiped them. It was a horrible stay. I couldn’t believe they have a license to operate as a Hampton Inn.
Kristy
room was unclean with bugs on floor.
Cathy
Clean, good location,
Elizabeth
Not a good place to stay
The hotel had previously been flooded. They were under renovations. It was horrible!
Dale
Don’t like hard wood floors. Heater made a lot of noise the first two nights
James
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Laura
This property is not up to Hampton Inn standards. Bed sunk in the middle, floors were somewhat dirty. No housekeeping except every other day but was not notified of this at checkin
Christy
Construction ongoing. Had to wait to check in because no staff available. Rooms smelled really bad- we had family there so multiple rooms.
Amy
Rooms are very small for the prices.
satyne
Great stay!
Roxanne
Very good…
Very nice hotel, clean and accommodating. Staff was so friendly…pool was warm and clean, hotel is centrally located and close to so much, eating, shopping, etc, hot breakfast with good variety, we enjoyed our stay! If we ever get to Tennessee again we would stay here again.
Gina
Not sure i would stay again.
The room did not look like the picture. It didnt have a chair in it . Just a bed that was very uncomfortable. The shower did not get very hot at all.
Claudine
The reason I did not give a excellent is because we found 2 roaches in the first room they put us in. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and put us in another room far from the first one we were in. Otherwise, the hotel looked and smelled clean.
Travis
One of our best stays on vacation
Our stay was amazing family enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing also. Recently found out after we got home my son left his coat and staff was very helpful with locating it and taking my information to get it sent to Indiana
Ashley
Very happy with our stay, great location and great breakfast options. Very clean and the staff was very help with any questions.
Sandra
No hot water
Everything was really good! It was really cold this weekend and I just wanted a hot shower to get warm, but the water never got hot! The water was almost too cold to get a fast shower. Very disappointed due to the amount of money I spent. I expect better

Mini vacation
Very clean, quiet, and friendly, the fitness room was closed for remodel, but overall would stay again.

5 out of 10
When we checked in the didn't have the room we purchased. Got a smaller room than we wanted. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was very close to the ground. There was no conditioner or body wash in the free bottles. The only good thing was the breakfast options and the heated indoor pool. Not worth a second stay, but good in a pinch.
Verified traveler
Nice location, but our room had a stale smell. Bed was not that comfortable. Shower faucet leaked.
Paul
Staff was very friendly, breakfast very good for a hotel, more than just a muffin for sure. Overall, clean and up to date. We would come back if in the area. The only item pointed out to the staff was the carpet in the room could use a better cleaning but would not keep up from coming back to the property. The staff was attentive to this item brought to their attention; they did not just dismiss it.
Michael
People was pleasant

The breakfast every day was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping.
The only issue was the toilet - it’s fine for a young child, but very low for a senior citizen. Also, a few more electrical plugs would be helpful.
Overall, a tremendous value!

It's a great hotel
Tonya
The breakfast was very good . The shower and bathroom was in bad condition we had no hot water and had to ask for assist to turn the faucet on in the shower because it was upside down .
Wyatt
I really liked the staff (I stayed there between 1/27/23 and 1/29/23)) and the convenience. The game room had no games however and the pool could have been a little warmer.
McLean
My room smelled terribly of smoke. When I complained the front desk was extremely nice and apologetic.
julie
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfy. My only complaint is that the tables (every one of them) in the eating area were filthy and no one seemed to notice
David
Nice room.fire place was not working.
Amy Leah
Elevator did not work properly, the fan in the bathroom was alarmingly loud, the sink was clogged, HVAC unit was very loud, overall maintenance of the hotel was subpar. Very disappointing for $259/night.
Robert
Hotel needs updated / over all staff friendly and nice.
Dylan
Dirty stuck had to move rooms then went to another room it was dirty s well
Steve
The guy at the front desk was trying to charge me more for my room, saying I didn't pay tax when I booked it even though I showed him my receipt . He finally called the manager and got it figured out after 20 minutes of trying to charge me
Sarah
Disappointing all around.
Room was very very humid, making everything feel damp. Carpet felt damp. Our clothes felt damp. Not very comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. Our last hotel breakfast had gluten free options. This one was out of a lot. If you’re going to be out, don’t run it as long. Fox News was blasting on the dining area TV. Keypad didn’t work on the back door. Overall just not the best experience.
Carleta
Great two night stay
Our hotel stay was wonderful except for the noisy people on the third floor. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
Nakita
The staff was amazing and friendly !
Adrienne
This property was a quick, one-night stay as we awaited the availability of our mountain rental. The whole property was outdated and needs attention in terms of cleanliness. We selected this property for the pool - however, it was dirty (hairballs, bugs, etc.) and the chlorine levels were way out of whack, rendering it unusable.
Charles
Very nice room and place to stay. The room was huge! Loved the jet spray tub.
Ryan
It was a nice stay, but there isn’t a lot of flavor in the rooms.
Raven
Convenience and Comfort
This was a clean and condor place to stay with the convenience of shopping near by.
Par
The toilet was to low other that it was fine
Mary
I have always loved staying at Hampton inns but I was disappointed this time. The first night that we were there the smell of Marajuana was so bad and hat the elevator, hall of the 2 nd floor was terrible. There was popcorn all down the hall. I honestly didn’t expect this from a Hampton inn.
Andrew
It was great!
Mitchell
All good!
paul
Place was quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Our bathtub had a bad leak, was semi-fixed, handle was very tight to turn and needed to be very tight to stop the leak. Found garbage behind curtain and peanuts between beds. Otherwise place was fine and convenient for our travel itinerary. Thanx
Stan
We had a very nice room and it was very quiet. Restaurants were close by and there were many to choose from. Also great parking!
Susan
The bathroom needs major updating. The commode is barely a foot off of the floor; the shower and sink fixtures were all loose and barely connected; water was lukewarm in the shower; only 1 electrical outlet in the bathroom. Was not crazy about (and have never seen) a multipurpose door that slides back and forth between the bathroom and the closet. The bed was comfortable.
Alan
Housekeeping was wonderful. Renovations were standard Hampton. But this older hotel had smaller bathrooms. The toilet was unusually low. The worst complaint was the pervasive mold and or humid smells in the room. Advice: spend a bit more and get a pigeon forge Hampton Inn.
Verified traveler
Expected better from Hampton Inn
Musty smell in hotel. There was a dehumidifier in the hallway right by our rooms due to roof leak that our son had to empty to continue functioning. Carpet was wet. Bed creaked. Sliding door on bathroom that didn’t lock so grand children found it quite entertaining😱! Hotel needs an update. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.
Chris
The room had a lot of space and was clean. The check in and out was fast and friendly. We did not like that the mattress cover and the sheets were to small for the bed and kept coming off the mattress. We prefer the mattress to have a zipped mattress cover at hotels and for the sheets to stay in place while sleeping.
pamela
Always clean and friendly people! Breakfast is great and close enough to everything without the main drag noise. Our favorite place to stay
Russell
The floors including the elevator were unkept and remained that way during my stay. The front door area was unkept and remained that way during my stay. Finally the back entrance was extremely unkept and remained that way during my stay. These entrance areas give a very poor impression of the facility. This information is given for the benefit of management.
Micah
Location was great. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Very good breakfast.
Megan
The staff is so friendly and rooms were clean!
