The lazy river, the hot tub, and the outdoor pool were my favorite. The ice cold A/C was great also and the breakfast was very enjoyable to me and my family. Had a great stay. I'll definitely book here again
Tracy
We liked the lazy river. Breakfast was truly a buffet. Clean rooms and a great location.
Barbara
Loved almost everything.. except the Wi-Fi was not good. Very slow, and would kick me off over and over. Maybe the far end of the hotel doesn’t get good signal? — And,, Why charge for better service? Other hotels don’t do that.
Staff were nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was really good for a “hotel” breakfast. Pools were nice. It’s a beautiful hotel.
Another thing I’ve been noticing about hotels in the last year or so is that there is NO exhaust fan in the bathrooms. Can we fix that? Small rooms are not pleasant when there’s no way to get rid of bad smells. Just sayin’. Hope this helps! - Barb D.

This was a nice place. It was great having an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a lazy river giving us options. Having a hot breakfast every morning was fantastic!!
It is in a very good location to everything. Would stay there again for sure!

The property was clean and well maintained. We have stayed there several times over the years and have always been impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
It has a certain charm and ambiance about it. Also, the breakfast is good and adds to the value of the experience.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. Its not the cheapest, but its one of the best for the money.

We were passing through on a road trip and stopped here due to its location. Our group had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We’ve been to the area many times but this was the first time staying here. While we asked more than once and they said our rooms were side by side, they weren’t but were close enough. The place was clean and each room had plenty of space to be comfortable. The staff was pleasant and warm and the breakfast was hot with many choices. Since our time was short we weren’t able to use all the amenities available. We would without a doubt stay here again and likely tended the stay by a day to enjoy the area more since we love it so much.
Marissa
Dirty, old, and not what the pictures posted by the Expedia represent by any means. We checked in and immediately asked to be moved to a different room. The deluxe suit is right by a noisy road, and severely outdated. The second room was even worse with numerous stains, hairs, and trash left behind including a prescription pack with left over white residue of who knows what. I booked based off of the Excellent rating given by Expedia reviewers, however now I feel as if the true reviews have been buried. We didn’t even stay 20 minutes before we found another hotel. It is by the Grace of God my family is able to do such a thing after traveling 6 hours for our vacation. I would hate for someone else less financially able to be stuck at this hotel so I am posting this review.

Would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything you need. I left my shoes at the indoor pool for over 12 hours and no one messed with them. They have a very clean and nice 24 hour indoor pool and outdoor pool opened til 10pm. The hotel was very quiet and calm. They have a breakfast bar every morning. Food was great.
William
Great place for family. Very clean.
Ashley
The layout of our room was nice, but the mildew smell was obnoxious and hit you right as you enter.
On one hand it was apparent that the room hadn’t been used in some time given the layer of dust on the nightstand clock and other surfaces, but then when you touch the carpet or sofa with bare skin neither were 100% dry which made the smell make sense. The staff weren’t helpful at all and didn’t seem like they enjoy their jobs. Breakfast was surprisingly decent.

Very clean and spacious. Pool was too small for the amount of guest and they were extremely loud.
Marsha

I have found my “go to” place to stay in Sevierville TN every time my wife and I visit until our eventual move to Sevierville.
Breakfast was hot and tasty with enough selections to keep the most picky toddler (or adult) able to find something they will like for breakfast.
The pool and hot tub were the cleanest I have ever experienced and a pleasant way to relax after running throughout Servierville, Pigeon Forge, Gsatlinburg or the Smokey Mountains.
Staff were pleasant and accommodating for any request we had.
I highly recommend the Clarion Willow Inn and will recommend it to our family and friends if they choose to visit the area.

Great experience will be back
Charles
Great property, very clean, super well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and hot tub were 24 and great. If I had to say anything negative, the TV was a little snowy the indoor pool was a touch cool. The free cider is great and it's beautiful.
Hanna
Our stay was great but the WiFi was out for the whole weekend!
Lennie
Very clean Friendly and helpful staff
Marzhan
Loved it, the great experience❤️
Michelle
I want to start off saying that the hotel looks amazing on the outside. There were a few dead flowers out in the flower beds but otherwise it was very appeasing. The pools were great and kept up. They were very clear and appeared to be clean. The lazy river was also really good and the gazebo between them was great I could watch kids in the outside pool or in the lazy river. The breakfast buffet was really good and they had lots to choose from.
Now on the flip side to the bad rating. The staff didn’t smile much and no one seemed very friendly. They spoke when talked too but didn’t even offer a simple smile when walking past them. We needed sheets for the pull out cot and went to the front desk to ask for them. The ladies said they were all out of sheets and went had to wait an hour so they could was them and to check back. We didn’t even get them brought to us! I asked one of the ladies in the dinning hall for different jelly because they only had apple and it was runny and she said no. But they had other kinds the next 2 days. Then the tv in the room kept cutting in and out so we couldn’t watch it. We asked the front desk about it and they said it’s an ongoing issue due to water damage and that they have been out several times to fix it but nothing has been figured out. However that was confusing to be since the tv in the dinning room worked fine and so did the one in the gym. Speaking of the gym we went to work out and while on a machine I looked down and saw a roach.

Wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast.
Samael
The staff was great. Good attention to details. The room was very clean and smells good. The breakfast was great with nice seating and lot of outside lighting. The pools were clean and stock with towels to dry up. My family and I had a good time.
Melissa
This room was a real treat! Very nice and very clean! The river ran right behind our room, and we saw a resident beaver and a crane right from our balcony. The breakfast was included, with lots of options and very yummy. Very affordable and so nice for the price, I highly recommend! I gave 4 stars on the location only because you have to be ok with the roar of traffic in the background when outside as it sits on the main road (I tune it out because I'm from the city), but from the room, very quiet. Thank you, Clarion Inn!
Jenny
This hotel sits right on the main road and across the street from a busy heliport. The noise is loud and persistent. The pool areas were very nice but the plastic chairs and loungers need a good cleaning. Shade is limited around the outdoor water features. My room was supposed to accomodate four with one king bed and a pull out sofa. Bed was nice. Sofa was not. It is very low to the ground meaning this old lady could not get up and down from it without help. Also, it is just a 2 seater and it is the only seating in the room so not 4 person friendly. The free breakfast was quite good although space is limited and gets crowded. Their cable/satellite service is fine on some channels but freezes or loses the connection often on others. Weird stuff. Overall, it was a good stay but should have been better.
Benjamin
They had a wifi problem and could not check me in at frist but then they got it all fixed up

Nice place. Spacious rooms, and beautiful river walk behind. A little dingy here and there, but no real deal breakers. Staff was amazing & very helpful. Be sure to try the food at the restaurant next door. Excellent apps and burgers.

We were in town for a competition at the wilderness. It was a short drive to where we needed to travel to. The staff at breakfast was great.
Melisa
The room was nice but the bed was hard and sagging. The boiler apparently broke and they couldn't get it fixed so we were not able to use the jacuzzi tub wic was the main reason for getting the upgraded room. Breakfast was great.
Connie
Amazing!
Tyler
I’m so glad you all have 24/7 pool access
Priscilla

The hot water broke the whole stay so we had to take cold showers. We asked for a refund (partial) and Hotels.com reached out 3 times with no response. They also offered a discount on another stay and no never again.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful and responsive when needed. Breakfast is great and we will be back for our third stay soon!!
Kevin
It was a good stay. Only problem I had was that when we went to breakfast there was a syrup spill on floor and when they were cleaning it up I had to go to the other side to get food. That was when this tall guy that worked there came over and took the tongs away and put them back. There was no room to maneuver. Didnt seem to friendly.
Kevin
Yes room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly
Miguel
Pam from the front desk was very helpful and super nice! Our room was spacious for a family of 5 and very clean. Indoor pool was open all day which was great. And not to forget the breakfast, it was a big hit for my family! Will book again in the future!

Rick and Lori
The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was okay. The only things that were a bit frustrating were the fireplace and the internet. The internet kept going in and out continually. The fireplace was on a timer, so you had to keep restarting it about every 3 minutes.
