The front desk lady was amazing and truly made my stay very good
John
Very nice hotel for the price
Julie
Good place to stay for a night or 2, right off the interstate. It is the quality I expect from this level of motel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We arrived at midnight and check-in was smooth. The lady was very kind and friendly. Our room was exactly as the good pictures I've seen in other reviews. The hotel has some age on it, but it is well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised! We always bring a sound machine on trips, but the noise level wasn't bad for being on I-81. Thank you for a friendly, clean place to sleep!
Brenda
Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care.
Sean
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice too, but it had a little smell when you stepped in. I don't like carpet in rooms. I think tile, hardwood, vinyl...should be used in hotels for cleanliness, easy of cleaning and especially if hotel is pet friendly (we have and love our pets). Hard floors make it easier to clean.
The bed was so comfortable. The shower was great. Nice fridge, not a cooler, but a fridge. Location was great.

I arrived at 3am and I called ahead and let the staff know she told me it would be an extra $40 to arrive early. Once we arrived she said she couldn’t get me in the system she called her boss and she said I can’t arrive until 4pm that day. They charged me $140 to stay. They also charged me two deposits. At 8am I woke up to drilling and banging from them remodeling. I went to the front desk the front desk made was literally sleeping as I stood there about ten minutes he woke up. The male manager was not business like and only wanted to take 20% off my bill. The last day there I woke up to banging on the door at 8:20am from the housekeepers. Check out is at 11am we were packing up as one of the housekeepers asked if we were leaving yet and this was at 10:30 am as they stood there watching us pack up at the bottom of the steps. Not worth the money!!!
Sabrina
It was surprisingly nice. Big room, Clean, comfortable bed, mowed fields beautiful green grass, nice pool. The staff were very helpful and appeared to actually care, which always makes things nicer.
Rinda
The stay was nice. Nothing fancy. Breakfast could have been better. But for the price it was fine
Anthony
Clean, quiet & comfortable.
Matthew
Friendly staff, safe and clean establishment.
Katryn
Very close to I-40 but our “mountain view” room was perfectly quiet. The room was completely renovated with very nice linens. Be aware that this is an old style motel where you enter your room directly from the parking lot. There is no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was typical and included waffles, hard boiled eggs, and biscuits & gravy. Enjoyed a swim and then drove into the historic town of Dandridge— highly recommended if you have time.
Kevin
It was not a 9 as the ratings suggested. Okay but not that great
Laura
A fine hotel and enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the manager was genial, Taste of Dandridge nearby was a great place to have dinner, and the hotel breakfast offered hot and cold options. No complaints! Would stay here again 😊
Craig
Nice motel, nice location.
Jerry
Room was clean, parking was easy as was access to I-40.
Kneiley
There was a booger on the wall close to the bed. And multiple brown marking on the walls. It smelt strongly of dust. There was a brown color on the ceiling in a non smoking room.
Robyn
The facilities needs updating and could be a little cleaner. Staff were friendly.
Claude
Friendly helpful staff and the overall cleanliness of room and all common areas.
Monica
Clean, comfortable and reasonable price.
Tina
The staff was real helpful. The phone wasn't working in our room. Someone came and fixed it right away. If you are a coffee drinker, beware there is only a small one cup pot in the room. No problem with parking, there was plenty. The food was ok, we ate there a couple of days, but then we started going across the road from us from to the waffle house. We would stay there again, if in the area.
Brenda
They were doing some remodeling and what they’ve done so far looks very nice! Room was nice and clean and the beds are super comfortable! We will stay here again!
Heather
We just needed a quick stop over while traveling. The quality met our needs, cleanliness was good, bed was comfy, but the breakfast was not the best we've ever had.
Christie
Convenient with a super comfy bed/pillow and safe location.
Natalie
Property was SUPER CLEAN and staff were excellent!
Mark
This property was recently renovated and the rooms are in excellent condition. Also it's worth mentioning that their free breakfast is very good. The property is pet friendly with plenty of space for walks. I'd definitely stay there again.
Eri
Clean and specious.
Jennifer
Got to stay in one of the new rooms with a walk in shower, it was very nice! Everyone was very friendly and helpful
Karen
Clean room, ample safe parking. View of the Smokies was great. Check-in smooth.
Becca
Parking felt safe, friendly staff, clean property / bathrooms in the room. bfast was better than we were expecting with hot options
Luis
All was very good
Kristen
They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels.
Jennifer
Clean too, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Beth
Staff was friendly. The room looked the be recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable.
Samantha
The setting was nice and quite, the only thing was the breakfst had expired food and was not fixed when spoke with employee there.
Pat
They charge $250 deposit for locals to use! Apparently, ALL locals have the potential of destroying the property. What an overreaction by the owner. Your NOT a Marriot or Westin. Remember, your a quality inn.
James
Close to several restaurants/.Great breakfast.on property./ Easy on off to interstate. / Good size comfortable rooms .Great value for price
Sheena
We checked in late but the reception was wonderful and ready to go when we got there
Kimberly
Front desk was ON IT! Donna was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in great shape! Well done landscaping and walkways, gritty epoxy paint on stairwell, comfortable bed, updated shower/bath area, and super convenient to the interchange with gas stations & restaurants.
Tara
We had an unbelievable view of the mountains from our room, but the most impressive part was the quality of the room after substantial renovations. It looked new from top to bottom.
Wayne
Clean room. Friendly staff. good overnight stay! Will use this Quality Inn again!

This hotel staff took care of us when we arrived extremely late at night after crawling 30 miles through the middle of nowhere in our broken rental car. They gave us oatmeal because we hadn’t eaten dinner and the next day they gave us an extremely late checkout while we waited for a tow truck and our third rental car. It turned a nightmare trip into an easier time for my family, and I will always appreciate that.
The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast options were great, the coffee options were great, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, I don’t have anything bad to say about our stay!! Their pet fee was only $15 which is the lowest I’ve ever seen and their front desk staff was extremely friendly. They prepared our room for us before we arrived and my stress melted away. Thank you!

Everything was excellent except the breakfast which was average. However, a great facility.
Kevin
This is an old motel. Exterior, pull up access. Door was all chipped up, poor repair, did not close well. Bathroom fan broken. VIP gift was 1 small bottle of juice for 2 people. Shower was limited to how long it took for water to fill bathtub as it barely drained. There is no way this is a 9.0 hotel. I will be very generous with a 7.0 rating. the current rating is extremely misleading.
Amanda
Everyone was so nice!

Knew who I was before I came in, super friendly
Pat
I have stayed here many times. The rooms are great and clean. The reason this is a 2-Star hotel with great reviews is because they are not flexable with the customer. This is not a cheap hotel. $133 out the door for king. This is day 2 of my stay. I asked for a noon check out unstead of a 11am checkout. There were 2 ladies at the desk. They told me that they had to get approval from housekeeping and that they could not approve of it themselves. What??? I have traveled as a airline crew member for 21 years. Normally, the front desk advises the housekeeper that a room checkout will be one hour extended. So as a customer, I have to wait for housekeeping get to work to approve my request. Apparently, its subjective and depends on how the housekeeper feels that day.
This is why the hotel is a 2 star. Its customer service in a box and limited. Oh by the way, thanks for the smoke alarm churping my first night of my stay. I got woke up and could not go back to sleep. NO positive outrageous service. They owe me my request for 1 hour. At the end of the day, its a Quality Inn.

Amazing Hotel!! Nicest Quality Inn we have ever stayed at! Awesome breakfast, Lobby, rest rooms. Our room was fabulous! Spacious, clean, comfortable, like new condition. I thought this was a brand new Hotel but it is well maintained and apparently upgraded often. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and safe in a convenient location, just 2 miles from downtown where we spent most of our time at a festival. We had a delicious, hot breakfast each morning and was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. We highly recommend staying here!
Karen
The lobby and room were very clean. The staff was very nice. The area is quiet. We will definitely choose to stay there again if we are in the area. One of the best hotel/motel stays we have had in quite awhile.

The location was very convenient for easy access off and on the main roadways. It was extremely clean and had updated lobby and room decor. The service was very friendly, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The areas inside and out were well lit, and I felt very safe.

We felt like the security man was stalking us! Also we are pretty sure that he was in our room with out are permission when we left. Things where missing when we returned. It wasn't a very good stay!
jerry
Staff was helpful, room was clean and I slept well.
Robert
More than expected.
Expected average, but got great!

I needed to leave after first nite but had booked a 3 day reservation. Manager would not refund my other 2 nites b/c of some small print contract that said it was refundable up to a specific date.. Life happens. The hotel was full b/c of a fishing tournament and could have given room to another. Not very customer friendly.
Adam
The room was clean & comfortable. All of the staff was very kind and courteous our rooms were cleaned everyday.
Daniel
Staff was friendly. Rooom and hallway smelled of Marijuana and the smoke detector was missing from our room.
Richard
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel—the location was great, and the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding. He was courteous, efficient, and got us into our rooms quickly.
However, I do have a concern. I noticed multiple $35 charges on my credit card and called the front desk for clarification. I was informed by the blonde woman at the desk that these were pet fees, which I would have understood had we been informed in advance. I mentioned that it would have been helpful to receive a heads-up about these charges, but instead of addressing the concern professionally, she became defensive and unpleasant very quickly.
Additionally, my brother, who is a veteran and has a service dog, was also charged without being informed. As you may know, service animals are protected under the ADA and should not incur additional fees. He plans to file a formal complaint regarding this issue.
I hope you have recordings of both the phone call and the in-person interaction, as this behavior is not acceptable and does not reflect well on your establishment. I trust you will look into this matter seriously.

The hotel was out to itself.
Michael
Good place to stay!
Steven
Very noisy one room actually had four hound dogs in a room with a couple. Apparently they were dog trainers
Lisa
The rooms were nice and staff helpful. Could use a wider variety on the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping...had to ask for towels, toilet paper and shower gel during our 4 day stay. Made our own bed...they did empty the trash cans.
