I hate to write bad reviews, cause I know it affects peoples livelihood. However, our night was met with a snake in the bathroom, not to mention the fact that there was mold all over the wall. Then we got moved to another room and the TV didn’t work. The toilet got stopped up and the blow dryer didn’t even have an end into it to plug into the wall. I would’ve gave the staff worse ratings because when we asked about the TV, they pretty much told us we need to fix it. However, I gave her not such bad rating just because she did eventually come.

Overall, the room was very clean, but the property itself was not. The young lady at the office said all the right things, but she seemed to be interested in anything but helping when I came back in looking for hand soap and possibly a small shampoo bottle she treating me as if I had no business asking. While the room was very clean, it did have a slight musty smell, but that seemed to be the worst thing that we had as far as the room itself the bed was not very comfortable, however, for the value, I didn’t feel bad. I just wish my customer service had been better.

The room was very nasty. Towels had stains on them. The sheets also had stains on them. I only booked one and left in the middle of the night because i couldn't go to sleep becuase of how nasty and dirty the rooms was. I will never stay here again. Dusty 4 inches thick everywhere. Mold growing on walls under the counter. The lobby looked amazing and super clean. The rooms were not.

The room was ok. The hairdryer was less than desirable, and the amenities were sparse. The noise from the traffic on the interstate was very loud, so if you’re a light sleeper, stay somewhere else. I used two sound machines, and it still wasn’t enough to drown out the noise.

The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the \" Free\" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience

Shower was gross at best, rest of the restroom was alright. Ac likes to run in slowmo, woke up in the middle of the night to overheating; on top of that the ac was so slow we waited an hour and it still hadn't cooled the room down so we open the door to 25 degrees temperatures to cool it down. Continental breakfast was okay, wish they had the waffle setup working(they didn't) but the instant oatmeal, muffins, bagels, and cereal with coffee was alright.

112 has mold in the air conditioner and some random white powder on the hair dryer. The floor was so dirty that after your shower, if you walked on it barefoot, your feet would turn black. Our other room was fine besides the floors.
The lady at the desk was rude. There was 5 of us splitting 3 towels and we went and asked for more. She told us to “make sure they were all there” when we left as if we wanted to steal some low quality towels? Girl, bye! I got better towels at home. That is not a way to treat guests. Every time we came into the lobby, she was sitting on her phone in the dining area.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel!!
The clerk at check-in desk was horrible and rude, the rooms are extremely rundown with holes in the walls, inoperable door locks, broken accessories and I seen 2 roaches in the first room that I was given. After I complained about the room condition, I was treated as if I had done something wrong...SMH. I was then put in a second room with similar issues and again had to go back in to complain and finally was given a third room that was acceptable enough just to stay there for about 6 hours to get some sleep. This was probably the worst hotel stay and hotel staff experienced that I have ever had.

The room was unclean with an unpleasant smell. It had signs of disrepair; including a drippy tub faucet, no sink stopper, a gap in the door between the frame and door, and holes in the walls. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on wire springs. We were given 3 small thinnly-filled pillows that were not the equivalent of 1 normal pillow. They had free breakfast, but we didn't bother, considering the room condition. Housekeeping pretty much didn't bother. We received clean towels, and the trash was emptied, but the bedspread was just thrown over the unmade bed. I had to keep reminding myself of the \"deal\" Expedia got us, but it was a rueful reminder of you get what you pay for.

This was conveniently located just off of the highway. Gas station and fast food were also right there.
When I walked into the lobby it smelled wonderful (so positive first impression), but there were some things in our room that needed to be repaired (hole in the wall, loose toilet seat).

The front desk personal was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is okay, it was clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable! Parking was tricky, as the parking spots are angeled weird, and it takes tallent to back out without hitting the building, but it is manageable. Overall, it was a good experience for the low cost, and we would definitely stay here again!

The room I had the remote didn't work. Tv was on when I went in couldn't turn it off. Got the attendent and he fixed it for a minute then it didn't work. Could not shut off tv all night. Shower did not work. No water came out of the shower head. Half inch gap at the bottom of the door. I stuffed towels under it to keep out bugs. Do not recommend staying here at least in the room I had!

We reserved a non smoking room for 2 nights, but it smelled like an old ashtray in the room. The shower was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. We arrived at almost midnight due to heavy traffic on our route due to a sports car rally. Our choice would have been a room closer to Dollywood, but everything was full and we were too exhausted to ask for a different room and probably would have gotten more of the same anyway. We didn't stay the second night because of the conditions and were refused a refund by staff. I do not recommend staying here. We found a nice Clarion in Sevierville the next day. An expensive lesson learned.

The room was very comfortable and had quite a few updates but didnt have anywhere to hang clothing. Also, four bath towels should be standard, two bath towels arent enough. And toiletries, conditioner and lotion, are staples at most hotels. It was nice and quiet, we would stay here again.

Decent Price but Could Use Some Improving

Lobby is newly remodeled and looked nice. The employee was friendly at check-in. Room was not the cleanest. The ledges in the bathroom were all very dirty. The switch for the bathroom fan had been punched into the outlet and it did not function. The sink drained slow because there were very visible foreign objects in it. The comforter cover had multiple cigarette burns in it. The main room light did not turn on because there was no light bulb in it making the room a bit dark.

The door to the room had big gaps as where air could come and go freely, and you could see thru it.
The lady at the front desk at breakfast on Friday was not very friendly. When I went to check out there was 2 ladies eating breakfast who told me I could just leave the key on the desk. Again not friendly.

I accidentally booked this room for the wrong day. I was in town 1 night for a funeral. Standing in front of them last week (1 week prior), they would NOT change my room to that night. My fault completely but no understanding at all for my mistake. It was a no refund room but I didn’t want to cancel just change the night. Needless to say, I went to another hotel closer to town which was much better and quite frankly don’t know why didn’t book there to begin with. Hotels.com tried to help but their hands were tied.

The front desk lady was rude and threatened to charge me more when asked to use the bathroom in the lobby. The outlets in the room were glued up and could not be used. The TV was hanging sideways. There was no refrigerator and the microwave was not working. One of the worst experiences.

Facility practices predatory booking practices by routing call in hotel to modify booking and was routed to out of country call center to book new date , and later informed it was a 3rd party booking agency, and told they can't change original date. previous stay also had issues and they stole an item i left behind. I would not trust this place with any future business. Place ain't clean either.

Absolutely filthy. Nothing like the pictures. Door would not shut all the way, felt unsafe. Toilet had hairs on the seat, used tissue on the door. The smell made me nauseous. I work in mental health, and see people with mental health issues live in cleaner conditions than this. I was concerned to even touch anything. Left within 3 minutes of walking in. No refund available. 😕

Asked desk staff to not have our room cleaned because there was no do not disturb sign. Housekeeping removed towels but didn't put new back. Coffee was not replenished.
