Very disappointed. Got this for my daughter and her arm got sucked in on drain on pool- she was bruised for a week. She let management know so they could fix it. She sent me pics of bugs etc. I’m tougher than she is on rooms, so for her to really be disappointed, it was a bad experience.

This property was dirty and in complete disrepair. There are holes in walls and ceilings and in the tub in our room. The pool area is covered in mildew, mold, and rust. The breakfast bar had a broken juice machine with no other drink options to accommodate for the inconvenience. The room was very dirty. The carpet, curtains, walls and furniture were covered in stains. Outlets didn't work. Had to unplug the TV to use the microwave. The staff was nice but the hotel itself was horrible.

Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. Ended up being moved to another hotel that didn’t have a pool, so my kids were all bummed out. That’s the reason we booked this one in the first place. The poor front desk guy was very nice, but I felt bad because he was new and didn’t have an idea on what to do either. I don’t think he shouldn’t been left there alone if it was only his second day working there. Won’t be booking here again.

The toilet was not fully on the ground and rocked. The toilet seat was not secure. Above the shower there was water dripping down from the second floor. Was worried something might fall down. During the night the toilet kept making noises suggesting the seal was incomplete causing the water to slowly drain out of the tank which caused the toilet to refill.

Parking with a large trailer was good. The building is indefinite need of upgrades. The only person working at the hotel was the front desk manager. He was doing everything and he was polite. He did not give us a Wi-Fi code, but I figured out how to access the wifi after a few minutes, and he did not explain the continental breakfast to us, which was okay since we were leaving early the next morning before it would start. When we pulled up, there were a couple questionable people at the front door outside who turned out to be other guests. That made us a little nervous, especially for the safety of our truck and a trailer. The manager did insure us that the vehicle was safe. There was no in-room safe that we could find. The elevator stunk of pot. There is no dining within a decent walking distance. All in all, the building was secure and our room was clean & odor free.

During our stay staff was amazing! But room and property definitely wasnt how it was advertise. Our first night we had tons of beetles running around. Which i killed. Later we order pizza and when we came back from a outting to eat our room had been infested with Ants. they had gotten into our full pizza which we hadn't got to eat staff said they are unable to refund us for our loss of food. Which was not ok cause we are on a budget. They moved us rooms and the next room had mold in the bathroom . They moved us again and that room was ok. We went to go swimming and peices of the ceiling were falling and covered in mold tables and chairs were also covered in mold.

Room had ants in the bathroom sink coming from drain and overflow. Carpet was stained and dirty. Microwave was unplugged and would have to move cabinet to plug it up. Clock was unplugged and had to be reset. Bathtub drained very slowly and water accumulated around your feet while showering. One of the beds in the queen room was so close to ac/heater that it blocked the air flow and was not enough room to walk between the bed and the air unit. Bath fixtures such as toilet and tub were old and outdated. Refrigerator did not keep beverages cold.

One of the mattresses had dried blood. Breakfast wasn’t there on Saturday and Sunday. Two out of the 3 days of our stay. Black mold on the ceiling and walls where the roof had leaked. Had to change the filter on my CPAP because it got mold in it. I stay at Quality Inns quite frequently and I was very disappointed. We would have asked for a refund if we would have not booked online. The woman that checked us in was very nice and professional. The pool was decent and better than other hotels we have visited.

Very disappointed in this hotel.If we weren’t so tired from traveling , we would had left. Rooms were not the cleanest. No hot water to shower, mold on ceilings, parts of the ceiling falling down in pool area.. took us over 20 mins to check in because the employee kept taking phone calls , mind you my husband just had his foot amputated two weeks ago , so very noticeable) No sheets , pillows or blankets for pull out. No pool towels. The breakfast was ok but all the juices was watered down not many healthy options. Very Basic. The beds set very high off the ground making it very difficult for my disabled husband and son. Shampoo was also empty. I had to go ask for the pull out items and 3 other people were there because of their room conditions. This hotel gives the brand name a BAD look… someone needs to look into it. We stay at others and they are very nice and easy and fast check in.

Staff is friendly. The mini fridge is the best I've had in a hotel. The a/c was great. The room has water damage and black mold at the ceiling. The dark out curtains do not meet to darken the room. The tub leaked constantly. The commode is missing a bolt, so it rocks when you are on it. There is no room phone. There was a vehicle doing donuts in the parking lot that resulted in them hitting a pole and running off on foot. We actually witnessed this. Police were called by the desk clerk. There's no sitting area for smokers; they pile up in front of the main entrance because that's where the butt can is. We reserved an accessible room. We received a room on a top floor with a step-in tub/shower, it did not have a handheld shower head, and a very short, small toilet. We did not complain. We did not request a new room. We did not move hotels. We did learn a lesson.

We couldn’t stay! It was deplorable. The wall in lobby as you enter is cracked all the way across. It smelt musty as soon as you entered. The 1st room had cobwebs above the beds and blood on the way. The 2nd room had small black dots all over the ceiling in the bathroom, bloody booger like things on the ceiling, the shower head and shower pole was literally coming out of the way. The place was dingy, dark, and smelt like mold. There was vandalism on the dresser. We couldn’t stay. We let the front desk guy know who was not surprised and admitted that some of the rooms leak when it rains!

I didn't even stay here after seeing how trashed the outside was... and read the reviews AFTER I booked. While I'm sure there are some employees working hard there, the building is literally falling apart. I can't believe it's allowed to operate. Ate the money and booked a better spot down the street.

Checked in around midnight with my wife and 2 kids. Went to the room and it smelled funny. After trying to sleep for a couple hours I woke up coughing. After turning the lights on to take a better look the AC and the walls by the window were covered in mold. The ceilings had stains from water leaks, the drapes were stained as well from apparent water exposure. I went to the desk asking for a refund seeing we had only been there a couple hours. He said no "we had been asleep already". I showed him pictures still no change. No other rooms were available either. I had to drive another hour to near by Knoxville to rent another hotel room. So now I'm out the 2 days I paid for only 2-3 hours tops at this run down hotel. I am filing a lawsuit in their county for this. Expedia should do a better job of checking their list of hotels.

I rarely leave unsavory reviews unless absolutely needed and I feel as though this place warrants so.
We thought it was closed when we arrived but half the town looks similar. The gentleman at the front seemed bothered I was checking in. Maybe I was interrupting vaping and TikTok scrolling?

The building looks like it had survived the initial zombie takeover and as we came across it, decided that the holes and smelly carpet were okay enough.
I’m honestly not sure who their housekeeping service was or when they work.. it looks like they’ve been off on their own vacation?
The suite only had two towels so we had to “bother” for some of extra’s and same with the sheets for the pullout bed. No bugs though, that’s a nice touch.
Lesson learned, don’t just book the link that hubby sends, read the reviews and such first.

The maintenance around the property is rather poor from the exterior down to the rooms. Broken tiles in the elevator, caulking slathered around the tub without even sealing the tub. Paint chipping off the wall above your head as you shower. My room smelled of mens cologne when I walked in and the toilet paper roll was less than half full meaning they didn’t even bother to put a new roll on even though it was sitting right there. Rather disappointing compared to other Quality Suites I have stayed at in TN. Breakfast also was extremely limited to egg Pattie’s, toast and one flavor of yogurt basically.

Guy at check in was ignorant. Lady at check out was so high she couldn't keep her eyes open. Literally fell out mid conversation. The overnight man was decent though. Hes the only plus to this hotel. In the morning I seen a roach in the bathroom. Housekeeping knocked early asking us when we planned to leave. They were also running Housekeeping out of a stolen grocery cart.

You get what you pay for…

Besides the outstanding gentleman who checked us in on 3/29, our stay was quite yucky. Our shower had no hot water, the bathroom sink was clogged, the beds had bunched up mattress toppers that did not help the uncomfortable mattresses, and there was something mysterious in the bathroom sink. The breakfast area was clean, but the breakfast options were limited. We got in just before bedtime and left early, so we didn’t bother asking for help with anything. Just slept and left right away.

It was an okay stay but definitely not the best. The lobby and hallways has an odd, musty smell. Our shower had no hot water the entire weekend we were there. We booked a 2 bed room with a sleeper sofa. The lobby could only provide a sheet for the sleeper sofa- no blankets or pillows. We would definitely try to pick a different hotel to stay in next time.

The room I was in could definitely use an uprade, bathroom needed an exterminator and work on sink faucets, toilet and tub faucets.
AC /heat unit runs continuously, no auto setting and no heat at 40 degrees.
I have stayed there before and all was good, guess I was in an older part this time.
I like the location, it is near my family.

Checking in was a breeze and the front desk fella Cody (I think that was his name) made it really easy. Room was easy to find with his directions. However the room was not clean, floor and couch had multiple stains on it, The walls had moisture damage and had mold and were literally separating from the sheetrock. Room smelled of smoke and phone was yellowed from obvious smoke damage. Was suppose to be a NON smoking room but at one point I think it was. Overall I was not pleased and ended up leaving the hotel early due the room and not feeling well (allergy to smoke)

The bathroom wall was filthy. It had boogers on the wall. Under the sink had a shelf made out 2x4's and plywood. It looked awful. In the morning I had to take an ice cold shower. The eggs that were served for breakfast were awful. I didn't even bother trying the sausage since it was laying in a pool of grease.

Dirty

The dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in. The girl at the front desk was nice but the motel was terrible. Smells bad,walls were dirty, bugs in the Bathtub. The only thing positive is it was better than sleeping in the car.

Girl at the desk was very sweet and helpful. The bed's were comfortable. But the carpet was needing replaced from many stains. Air conditioner need to be cleaned. Over all this Hotel needs up dates!
Pool area needs lots of work!!

The room was great.
The continental breakfast was terrible.
Flatten eggs that made we want to barf. There was no cereral.
