We had to buy our own bath towels and washcloths had no phone had no ice. The comforters had spots all over them stains. It was the worst motel I have ever stayed in in my life. Will never stay there again. I even asked the owner for clean towels never got them.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Btittany was very kind. Otherwise the TV didn’t work, the chair was broken, and the freezer was caked with frost. The include breakfast was a granola bar and coffee.

The walls are thin and we heard every cough from next door and the dog barks.

The rate was very affordable, but we expected what was there to be functional.

The staff was pretty good. However.... Sliding door to the bathroom was broken, security latch was broken, door was extremely difficult to keep closed as it could easily be pushed open from the outside, the deadbolt didnt secure properly, sheets and bedding were heavily stained, shower curtain rod was being held up by hopes and dreams, dying battery chirp from the smoke detector when I arrived and I went to the office to get another battery to change it out for safety and that battery was also dead. I left the same night I checked in... I did not stay my full stay... I paid $90 for worse than a landlord special (if you know you know) by far one of the worst places I've ever stayed at and I once stayed at a place known locally as \"el rocho motel\" because of the roach problems and had less to say about that place. Deplorable. Absolutely deplorable.

This was tha nastiest place I have ever stayed. I took a washcloth and a bar of soap and cleaned the countets, microwave and tub. The trash cans did't have liners and we not wShed out. The curtain was coming off the rod. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I travel a lot!!

Worst place I’ve stayed . I don’t need anything fancy but it’s gotta be clean . Stained and dingy bed sheets . Pillows and bed looked like they had already been slept on. Brown towels ( supposed to be white) . Filthy walls and bathroom. A lot of what seems to be long term people living here that are hollering and talking loud outside door at all hours . If I didn’t arrive so late at night I would have gone elsewhere . Just a very nasty place that looks like they’d rent by the hour .

I booked a room here for my daughter who was returning to college in Morristown. She left 5 minutes after checking in because she did not feel safe. There were a large number of men making her feel very uncomfortable. She called me and I booked her in at another hotel. I called the Days Inn to let them know what had happened and told them she left. They told me to call Expedia to get a refund. Expedia reached out to this hotel several times and they refused to respond so I was told I would not get a refund.

Don’t waste your money!

I booked a handicap accessible smoking king room. I messaged the hotel one week before to make sure everything was good with no response. When we got there to check in we were told that there was not a handicap accessible room smoking, so I asked for a non smoking handicap accessible room and was told they didn’t have any. So we ended up with a king room nonsmoking. When we got to the room there was an office chair that I had to use to get around in the room. The couch that was in the room was disgusting. Stains everywhere. The sheets had stains on them. The mattress had a large yellow stain on it. There were no towels. My husband had to go ask for them. The ice machine was broke. Behind the bed had no baseboard and was disgusting. For it to be a nonsmoking room there were burn marks on the tub in the comforter and on the little table. The floors were so dirty that our white socks were black from walking around. When we woke up the morning of the 6th there was a car blocking us in. It took about 2.5 hours for them to get it moved. Right before we were leaving there were 3 police officers that showed up for some reason. The comforter that was on the bed was not a blanket it was like a curtain. Not thick at all. Will not EVER stay there again. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Do not recommend! I have photos but they are to large and won’t upload, for proof.

WHAT A DUMP HOTEL

This place is a dump. I tried to download photos but it wouldn't work. I kept touching the add photos but nothing happened. Our sofa looked like they picked up on the side of the road, full of stains all over it, broken springs & the cushions were flat & uneven. We were scared to sit on it. Our bed spread had no less yhan 5 cigarette burns in it & the sheets burns matched. Asked for another room and was told they didn't have one available, yet the parking lot was 20% full! How can a bed spread & sheet match burn holes...did they even change it from the previous guest? We pd $88+ but wouldn't stay there again on our way back home if it was $9.95. No soap, shampoo or lotion, only 1 bath towel.
I'm so glad we brought from home, blankets & pillows, shampoo, body wash & everything we needed to not touch that sh#t. WHAT A DUMP HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE!!!
Wish I could download my photos of this place & get a refund. If Hotels.com will contact me, I send the photos to you & hopefully you will take this place off your website.

We checked in to our room with a king sized bed, but it was dirty with no twels or toilet paper and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a 2 queen bed room, because they didn't have anything else even though the hotel looked rather empty. This room was only slightly better, but the desk clerk gave us towels and toilet paper. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and a large hole in the bathroom wall.

You get what you pay for, I paid $22 after tax. To book through the hotel directly was about $70 before tax. Which is alot of money for one to not even enjoy their stay. Our room was not clean. Bed sheets, pillow cases, sofa & shower curtain all had bad stains & not in good condition for one to lay on or sit on. The room also didnt have towels or toilet paper. The room that was given to us was 130. Hopefully your room is in much better welcoming condition than my experience.

There were piles of garbage outside. The first room was filthy, the toilet was not flushed, the bed was not made when we walked into the room. They moved us to a second room, which was not clean, had to come down outside in freezing temp to get pillowcases (none was in the room), there were no blankets (we used ours from the car). Would not stay there again.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the past and this one has to be the absolute worst one in America. The list of grievances is many. The housekeeper left her cleaning solution in the bathroom. No towels or wash clothes. It took them until noon the next day to \"wash and dry some\". Seriously, I am not kidding.

When I finally got the linens I discovered the bathtub was filthy and covered with hair and debt nasty stuff. The door security latch was broken like the door had been kicked in. Don't ever let your friends stay here. They would be better off sleeping in their car or at the Bates Motel.

I was switched into 4 different rooms until I got a minimally acceptable room. 1st and 2nd room didn’t have a working TV & heater knobs were missing so I couldn’t turn on the heat. 3rd room door lock was broken so I could even enter. 4th room I took as I was pretty tired and willing to accept anything at this point. Then there were no towels and some pillow cases missing. I called the night manager and she brought up some towels.

The door to my room didn’t want to open and close properly—it was necessary to use a lot of force to get it to open or close. There were no towels or washcloths in the room. There was no remote control for the TV and no HDMI cable to connect the satellite receiver to the TV. The TV had the language set to Spanish, a language I don’t speak. There were a few roaches in the room. The toilet seat was broken at one of the hinges. The small lamps mounted on the walls had a plastic cover with a warning label stating that the covers must be removed before using the lamps, but this had not been done, creating a possible fire hazard. There was an unpleasant odor noticed upon entering the room. The room wasn’t very clean; not filthy, but certainly not as clean as it should have been. There was no trash can in the room. There was no phone in the room.

This I think was the worse hotel stay I have had. I actually had stayed here before and do not recall it being that bad. Just people who was outside late cooking out who live there all the time. This time it was bad. They said it was under renovations and there was boxes of things like microwaves in the lobby. Too bad they did not pass them out yet. My room microwave did not work. The tv also some issues and very few channels. I fiinally got to use it but not good. The room was very dirty first night. I told them day 2 of 3 the clean it! My feet was black from walking on it. There was trash on the floor. Food left by someone else. Curtains was dirty. No door handle to bathroom. Toliet paper in it so there was privacy. Toliet did not flush unless you reached in and pulled the level. Then the door to the room did not work right. The key card turned it green but it took awhile to open. Then finally on last night staff used the real to open it and said yeah the handle was broke. It was just bad. I told the staff at the lobby. I think I even forgot some issues. oh yeah they took 3 towls but left one for 2 people. Also coffee but no coffee pot. Was not even there long each day thank goodness! They did not act too concerned. One did but the other looked at me like she was a deer in headlights. Do not expect much here. A place to sleep and that is it. But clean it up and make it safe. Or give back part of the payment! I suggest paying a little more and go some place else.

Floors were dirty, the sheets, pillow cases, towels, and furniture were all stained and disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, and they didn’t even give you soap. Pictures are very deceiving room wasn’t clean. Supposedly it was recently renovated had mold in the bathroom. They didn’t have a fitted sheet, just a sheet laid over top and tucked under water stains on the ceiling. The woman behind the counter understood, and was kind enough to cancel my reservation. Once checked in, I was given a key to a first level room, approaching the room in my vehicle saw many men watering outside of their room with chairs their shoes off their boots lined in front of rooms, part and slowly approached room and started to receive unwelcome comments from these men who were apparently drinking and staying there through a company contract to work in the area. Walked in the room could hear them making comments outside my door so got back in the car went up front and explained to the lady that I felt unsafe and was not staying there and she said that Expedia would refund my money.

There was stains on the sheets hair in the bed nothing worked. Was holes in the wall. They moved us to another room and it wasn’t much better. There was an old toothbrush in the shower someone’s poo was in the toilet and it wouldn’t flush. Horrible stay and I’ve tried this hotel twice. Would not recommend. First off people actually smoke in a nonsmoking room. Finally got one that wasn’t full of smoke. But no frig Or microwave in the room. Coffee pot was broken. Door security latch was broken. Bathroom light switch was missing cover so little ones could easily be electrocuted. Most of the lights in the room don’t work. Cigarette burns on bathtub. Mold on baseboards in bathroom. Stains on couch. Paint peeling in room. Had to buy my own pillow in order to sleep, theirs were extremely flat and hard.

The rooms where not clean and had a strong smell of fresh paint. As well as holes in the walls where you could see bugs coming into the room. Found a couple of bugs dead In the bathroom. The bed sheets where also not change we had to go to the front desk to ask for clean sheets. And even when we got “clean sheets” they still looked dirty from all the stains the covers had, and on top of that they had a nasty smell to it. They have a no refund policy. 0 out of 10 recommend.

At checkin the front desk staff was rude, we asked to use a different card on file, they said yes and we have a different card. They then proceeded to run the original card and got an attitude when it said “declined”. Well that’s why I said I had to run a different card because it was no longer valid. Then we were placed into room 127 and the smell of mold and mildew was overpowering and gave you an instant headache. We went to the front desk where a different person “upgraded” our room to room 131. And said that she knew room 127 and 128 had water damage and had mold in the walls and we shouldn’t have been placed in it. Once in room 131 the room, the pillows and cases were stained like they had not been cleaned. Shower curtain was covered in mold. Fridge was not clean. When asked front desk for new pillows we were given new pillow cases. Door did not have a safety latch on the top, half of it was missing. Outside of the door was littered with trash and cigarettes. DO NOT recommend.

the bathroom sink was falling off the wall and there were holes in the walls from towel racks no longer there. the sheets were stained. we didn't stay here. the place did not seem safe. some doors were open that were occupied. you could see people getting ready in the mirror and their stuff everywhere. seemed like a place hookers used. we weren't comfortable being there or with the condition of the place.

The whole hotel was filthy and nasty. Didn’t have my room ready on time. The towels were dirty. Gave me a old rusty iron. The room wasn’t in living conditions

Were the rooms even cleaned???

This hotel is very old, run-down, and neglected. Our room smelled like BO. The smell was literally in the cloth shower curtain. The sheets had bodily fluid stains on them. We asked for a freshly laundered set to put over the dirty ones. The mattress pad stank like BO too. The room had cobwebs in the corners, and dead bugs under the nightstand. We wiped the whole place down with Clorox wipes before doing anything else. It was a place to rest your head, but you'd need a clothespin to get away from the smell.

This is a transient property. Many creepy long term residents hanging around. Property run down.. expedia please take this property off your list. It is an embarrassment to expedia

The room was nothing as pictured ! Holes in walls paint coming off in bathroom large mirror sitting I. Floor instead of hanging curations worn out no cold water in vanity sink lights didn’t work over vanity remote for tv. Not working There was a pool with no water in it very disappointed Your photos are very misleading to say the least
