Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, Quality Inn pillows are the best! Decent hot breakfast. Well stocked and managed. Very good value for the price. Helpful staff. She got us a room near the lobby so us elders did not have far to walk. (Note this hotel has an unusual layout and some rooms are a llooonnngg way from the front desk, the elevator, breakfast.) The QI brand is our choice for budget hotels, much more consistently clean and well-run than any other budget line we have tried.

The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.

Day staff was friendly, evening staff a little brusk. AC was fine. Room was in desperate need of a remodel. Furniture was broken, damaged and not clean, the refrigerator never got cold and always had water sitting in it like a leak or something The sheets and towels were clean and we appreciated that. The toilet was so low you practically fall onto it they need a safety bar to help get up and down. The whole room was dingy and stained carpet and tub . I would not stay there again. The business center is a storage room and the gym was dirty and had a broken AC unit sitting in the middle.

Room itself was clean but certain areas were in need of maintenance and basic cleaning. The coffee pot is located in the bathroom:/ The door on the backside of the building does not require a key card and was not locked when we returned to our room very late that night. Someone could literally walk straight in from that door and go straight up to the floors. The lack of security at that entrance was bothersome to me.

The scrambled eggs and sausage were the best I've had at hotel breakfasts. Also waffles and assorted other items. Staff was friendly. Felt like a safe area.

Everything was unhooked when I walked in, plaster on the wall from a repair that hasn’t been covered up with paint. Tv didn’t work and the night shift lady (who was actually very pleasant) told me there is only 1 remote to fix every tv and the day shift manager put it somewhere (but would respond to any phone calls from the front desk). No towels in the room (despite them telling me housekeeping had a total of 16 rooms to clean between 2 people. No hot water in the shower (the water pressure dropped to nothing when you put it on hot). About the only thing good was the bed….

The man at the check in was friendly, but when we got to the room, it was awful. It smelled terrible, the chairs, dresser and most surfaces had chew marks. The sheets were filthy. In addition the mattress was so bad you rolled to the center of the bed had no stability whatsoever. We turned the air conditioner on to circulate the stale air and it smelled like mold.

I was very disappointed that there was no Internet service so that we could watch Netflix and prime video. We called the front desk and we're told that they did not furnish Internet service. The second disappointment was that the toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down and then sometimes you had to flush twice just get the paper to go down.
The best thing about the experience was the hospitality by the front desk. She was very attentive and accommodating, and was very pleasant with check in and any other questions that we had

No heat in the room. Was offered a space heater that was to small to heat the room. Black mold throughout the room which wasn’t seen until the next morning. Mold was on the ceiling, walls, by the door, in the bathroom. I have pictures but don’t have an option to attach. Told the front desk about the mold and they said, “we will have someone take a look”. Sounds to me like they knew about it already. I was a night auditor for multiple Marriott properties and a room is taken out of service if no heat in the room and certainly if there is black mold.
