The front desk people were great!
The stairs were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, the room felt dirty, the shower was gross, the floor was sticky and I could not walk barefoot on it without getting my feet dirty. In front of the toilet the floor was gross, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken, making it impossible to turn off the shower for a bath, which I would never have done because the bathtub was dirty, the shower fixture was old and sprayed all over - not relaxing but stinging, and the shower walls were old and stained, the lighting next to the bed didn’t work on one side, the lampshades were broken and ripped, the air conditioner was excessively loud, and the main door did not seal properly, the extra lock was broken and the light from the hallway shown through all the edges of the door, the bathroom door lock was broken and did not lock… and after sleeping badly because the room next to me had their tv on full volume, there was absolutely NO coffee or ANY food in the lobby for me to have a continental breakfast. This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. Very disappointing.

Honestly it’s a dump. I lived in this town for 20 years and had to go back recently for a short visit. The bathroom shower was awful, the shower head needed replacement the sink had a big gap against the wall, the bathroom fan was super loud, the air conditioner was also super noisy AND they made me pay a $100 deposit when we checked in for damages in the event we broke anything. LOL

The entire hotel smell of smoke or they tried to cover it up with incense which was not good for my breathing with stage 3 copd. The breakfast was nothing it was cold coffee or waffle nothing else the milk for cereal was not kept in a refrigerator

The room was in need of repair (rusted tub, plaster slapped on wall with doorknob protector disc over the top of it, bed was lumpy and saggy a d there was a mold/mildew smell). The continental breakfast got worse each day we were there. The juice machine wasnt working, the coffee was subpar, there was a choice of cold cereal, yogurt or a waffle. The yogurt i chose was bad and i threw it away. I did manage to make a waffle each day, but the overall breakfast was very disappointing. We were thankful to find a reasonably priced place to stay close to our daughter's home.

My dad and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Rogersville, TN for 3 nights and rented 2 separate rooms. The staff were friendly and process of check-in/check-out went smoothly.

This wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but it wasn’t great either. Overall the place was worn and dirty but I’ll give them credit that it seemed like they try to keep it up. For me the stains on the sheets were a bit much but it’s not like they weren’t washed they just weren’t washed well or honestly probably need to be replaced. Also the place smelled funny. But would I stay here again? If there were no alternative sure…it’s not like it was unlivable.

The rooms smell musty, dank, smoky. The floors are absolutely filthy, stain-ridden, worn out and smelly. Not one single movie channel. Squalid, mildew-ridden bathrooms. Surprised this building hasn't been condemned. Thanks to going through Hotels.com I could not get a refund in order to go to another hotel. Warning- don't use Expedia or hotel.com or anything. Just book directly with a hotel AFTER you first research customer ratings. Not ok!

The bathroom towels were so old there were many worn spots almost see through. The washcloths were dirty and dingy looking almost as if they hadn’t been washed. We also had to ask for clean towels every day as we were told they only clean the rooms every 3 days. Will not be staying there again.

No key needed in rear entrance of hotel, just pull and the door opens, Ice machine broke, Pool been closed for a long time, Mold in the Bathroom, handprints on shower wall, and when water splashed out of sink when bathing in it the white towels turned brown from the dirt on the floor. a big ball of HAIR was found in the covers. Air condition was good for August except for the musty dog smell that came out. Tub filled w/water from the shower backed up with globs of hair not telling how long that had been there. Mold around tub edge where the shower wall meets the tub. The main room floor gets wet from humidity in the room you need a slippery when wet sign. Overall needs improving .

After reserving our room 3 weeks in advance, we were told the only rooms they had to offer us was either a \"Pet\" room, or one on the second floor, and there was no elevator. We are in our 70s and the flights of stairs were a no. Upon a quick inspection, the \"Pet\" room appeared adequate. But as it turns out....the shower stall was filthy. Niether of us would use the shower. It looked like someone had pulled the towel rack off the wall, it had been replaced but never painted. The hair dryer's wires were held together with black tape. Outside the pool was closed. There were 5 or 6 mattresses leaned against something, and upon seeing this, we slept in our clothes afraid of bed bugs. The walls against the bathroom had been recently repaired and the floor replaced with non matching laminate. We will never ever stay in this place again.

Overall it was okay. It was a bad weekend to find a hotel due to the holiday but we had business in the area. Some of the reviews were bad so my expectations were low. Front desk was very professional. We did have to change our sheets as the ones on the bed were stained and we noticed the hallways could have used a quick vacuum. We were told that they are struggling to find and keep house keepers and that shows. No extra pillows or blankets and a few maintenance issues here and there that if not corrected will evolve into bigger issues. It appears that they have put in new laminate floors and are making upgrades, so again overall it wasn't a bad stay. The shower was a plus if you enjoy super hot and great water pressure.

I have stayed at this same property 4 to 5 different times on my visits to Rogersville, Tennessee. I’m very happy with amenities, the room and the staff. Hopefully I will be traveling to Rogersville in the future and I will probably stay at this establishment the next time if possible. They are my first choice !!

Property was updated and kept up pretty well. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was okay, basic, but they had decent coffee so that is always a plus. Room was nice, several hairs found in tub, bathroom but otherwise very acceptable. No elevator so if you are mobility limited be sure to get first floor.

The room was absolutely not what was pictured in the listing. It looked like it had been on fire at some point, one of the lampshades was half melted, the fire alarm was melted on the side and bottom and the plastic on the tv was all warped and pulling away from the metal. The room looked like it had been half ass cleaned and I had to hunt the alarm clock down in a drawer, no hairdryer in the room either. They were booked and unable to give me a different room. I requested and was approved for a late check out when I checked in, however had a staff member beat on my door at 11 to advise it was check out when informed we were approved for a late check out they said there was nothing written down so we needed to go. I am livid, all I wanted was sleep, this week has been traumatic to say the least and all we wanted was to freaking rest but nope. There were also unattended children running all over the hotel and parking lot. This morning when leaving I noticed the cleaning staff had zero protective gear and didn't appear to be sanitizing the rooms. They also were not pulling the top blankets off the beds. I know pre covid this was common in hotels but given the changes in the policies of everywhere else I've delt with, why were they not changing the top blankets to ensure nothing was being spread? I literally watched my father in law die from this crap on Thursday, I truly expected more of an effort from the hotel to maintain sanitary rooms.
