The room did have an iron, but it didn’t have an ironing board or coat hangers. I called the front desk to ask for an ironing board and coat hangers and the lady said they had none and had no way of getting them for me. I asked if I could get another room and she said that the other rooms didn’t have them either, which I find hard to believe. I think she just didn’t want to be bothered with it. So, I cancelled my room and moved to a different hotel.

When I walked into the room there was a very strong odor of bleach. I notified the front desk and someone came and sprayed an air freshener which did help overcome the bleach smell. The bathtub did not look clean so I would not use it. There was dirt and stray hairs in the tub and sink.
Other than those things, the check in was seamless and the rooms heat and tv worked as expected.

The quality to price ratio was very good. Michael and the lady in reception were better than what many might expect. They speak and act truly concerned about the client's well being. My wife and I would stay again anytime.

Returning after disaster response trip

We were in an adjoining room. The people next to us had their outside door open with numerous people coming in and out, drinking and talking loud until very late. Bathroom was dirty. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. Night and morning desk clerks were friendly enough.

This Hotel Has Seen Better Days

There were cockroaches in the room, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall in. It was taped in place with blue painters tape. The floor was sticky, the walls were spotty and the bath tub had seen better days.

When I told the guy at the front desk, he just shrugged his shoulders, gave me my receipt and went back and sat down to continue eating his breakfast.

This place is horrid! The room was filthy, fwet were black. Dead roaches in the bathroom as well as dirt all over the floor. Dried red liquid in the vanity area, ashes and marijuana on the floor by the bed. No legit blankets on the beds. My s/o paid the maid $20 to just come in and clean up the room, even though this should be standard before a check in. They offered to switch us rooms but it was just as bad. Hotel manager had an attitude with my s/o about switching rooms. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Outside area around the hotel was absolutely filthy as well. You can tell they take no pride in this place which is sad because its owned by Wyndham and they can do much better than this.

Behind the bed was filthy. The floor was filthy. I got out of the shower and walked and stepped back on the white towel in which the the towel turned black. Beside the bedside table was trash and dirt. The tub was slick and we about fell. Staff was great but the cleanliness was horrible.

I had personally spoken to the front desk, returning their call to reconfirm the reservation, and had made arrangements for an upstairs room. When we arrived, we were given a downstairs room. The clerk has no answers. There's an entire ashtray of cigarette butts all along the side of the bed, there's no plug to take a bath, there's hairs all over the bathroom floor and the free breakfast is coffee, tea and cinnamon rolls. I will be posting pictures on the Google reviews.

Bed bugs// misled for credit or refund status

I am pretty upset concerning this trip. Me and my boyfriend unfortunately worked on Valentine’s Day. So this trip was dedicated to much needed quality time. After a 36 hour drive combined. We do not ask for much, but the room were stayed in was filthy. We looked over a few things, until we got woke up in the middle of the night by bed bugs/ roaches or something crawling all over us . I’ve never experienced such awful service regarding the matter. We immediately got our things and went to the front office where no one was attending the front desk. We were very tired so I contacted Hotels.com customer service where I was told that I would receive Refund. I have yet to see anything in my account. Which a credit for a stay of equal value would suffice, I’m so sorry to bother you with this. As we are not difficult to please and never complain. After we left we had to destroy some of our things afraid of spreading the bugs, and or bought 150$ worth of spray to clean our car and such. This property is very run down. They had stained comforters. They don’t use covers on their mattresses nor do they use fitted sheets. When we walked on the floor our feet became black. We checked the mattresses for bugs, thank God there wasn’t any. There is mold in the bathrooms. Smelled so bad of smoke and could smell it in the bathroom vent from the next room. We went and bought a comforter sheet set from Walmart to use on our bed. Got bleach spray so we could clean ourselves. Got air fresheners and disinfectant spray. Had already prepaid for our room that we had for five days. Will not ever stay there again or suggest to anybody. Don’t waste your money or time.

the room 115 they gave me was dirty. hair in the tub, on the floor, pet hair on the floor as well. the HEATHER DOSEN'T WORK, so l was little bit cold, paint in the tub was coming off .. and there's mold around the shower... what a poor condition of this room... definitely not recommending stay at this place... at least in room 115...

Don't stay here!

If you're smart you'll find another motel! This motel should be leveled! The only reason we kept the room was because it was the only one in the area available. The front-end manager was great but the motel is terrible!!! Dirty towels, two lamps missing bulbs, dirty bedspread with cigarette burns, no blanket, smelly, broken light fixtures.

You never really know what you're going to get with a Super 8; some of them are on par with La Quinta or similar while others are as low quality as the worst Motel 6 has to offer. This Super 8 was at the low end of that scale with evidence of roof leaks above the bed (luckily, it wasn't raining during my stay), an uncomfortable bed and a slow drain in the tub.
