Check-in scandaleux avec une question déplacée alors que je présente les passeports de mon épouse et moi même,
harcèlement de la réception le soir pour une facture alors qu’elle avait une garantie qui couvrait le double du montant, check out désobligeant.. Mauvaise expérience du au service de la réception , la saleté de la mer et la piscine peu ragoûtante. Je passerai mon chemin la prochaine fois. Je regrette le Sheraton des premières années et invite le management à exiger du staff de reprendre ou finir leurs études à l’école Hôtelière.

I wish I had more time there. It was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly and amazing especially Louisa in the Club Lounge. The food is excellent. I am still thinking about the food. I also felt very safe and secure.

This hotel has several significant issues. Firstly, they require a 10,000 DZD deposit upon check-in, but they don't inform you that this deposit is specifically for late check-out. If you charge any food to your room, they will call you as late as 1 AM, insisting that you immediately pay the restaurant bill, which is highly inconvenient. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, and there is mold in the bathrooms. Additionally, the room service is extremely poor—you could be calling them around the clock, yet your requests may never be fulfilled. The best solution for this place would be demolition.

It is now clear why this hotel receives such poor reviews. The check-in process took 28 minutes. We paid for sea view and they tried to put us in a garden view. During the checkout they tried to charge us for the room rate which we had pre-paid. The Fitness Center was EXCELLENT. Great massage! Many items on the menu in the bar and the restaurant were not available. Only one restaurant was open. This is a very nice 3-4 star hotel— but listed as a 5 star.

Spacious green areas and stunning sea view

I always go to Sheraton des pins when i come to Algiers, food is nice, hygiene level is high, staff are friendly.Internal swimming pool is amazing and sea beach is wide and big, clean and very satisfying. Rooms are big, clean, quiet and desk area is big to have work done.

Great beach, but don't book it with Hotels.com

Steps away from an amazing private beach. Check in staff were not helpful during our confusing and tense 45-minute(!) check in process during which the hotel wanted to charge me more than what was specified on my Hotels.com booking (over and above the state and city tax that I already expected to have to pay). Breakfast buffet was average and not worth the 2500 Dinar ($25 USD).

Very disappointed!

Where do u start! Extremely disappointed! And frustrated me and my wife and our 8 month old baby and years old daughter had a terrible experience! Up on arrival Freida was welcoming and tried her best to help, however the check in was meant to be at 15:00 but we didn’t get a room till 17:30! We got to the room air conditioning don’t work! Only fan mode the room was boiling hot! The fridge didn’t work I tried calling reception from the room and guess what! The phone didn’t work!!! They replaced the fridge but all our baby food gone off as the new fridge needed a longer time to start cooling over 24hrs , the following day! The water cut out for few hours! And this kept happening 2 times a day every single day during our stay! The poor staff were responsive when we went down to speak to them but there is nothing that they can do not one single manger came out to speak to me and apologise or even explain this water cut ! I couldn’t shower or was our kids! Even worse electricity cut out while I was in the gym and everything went pitch black, it was very dangerous with all the weights around and other people using equipments, I had a very bad holiday
I give credit to few individuals who were very helpful and polite 3 ladies from the fitness ouided, amara, khadija , and there was a man called gussied from the beach team who was amazing always helping with the pram and kids and setting things up for us , really nice person, apart from that I’m very disappointed with the Maintanence

The air conditioning was Terrible , I had 2 rooms and my teenagers kids were unable to be in the room … temperature was around 38 to 40 Celsius in the room and each time we open the window mosquitoes were terrible !! The problem is the air conditioner was down about a month before I checked in and no one informed us prior to our arrival, I asked for a fan and no availability to it … this is not a 5 stars hotel , I should have my money back
Was a bad experience to be there I’m very disappointed and it was very expensive for this kind of experience, I want Expedia to assist me to get me a reimbursement from them because it wasn’t ok
My son left the place ahead of time and I have the proof of newspaper as well the videos of talking about it as was scandal
I will send you the paper written from the hotel management every day of my stay putting under our rooms and no one wanted to resolve the problem

This hotel needs to have a local general manager who is able to understand the mentality. I've been well served by Rym and Hicham the reception managers.
However, I would never return to this sketchy hotel full of thieves. Someone stole my diamond/emeraude 18 Karat Gold ring. An antic ring that I will never find on the market. My heart was broken and still is. Upon my complaint, I received a message from the general manager stating that they reviewed the camera recordings and the door key reader and that the 3 persons of the housekeeping said they did not see or take any object from the room. End of the investigations. I am highly disapointed and I can't accept to be treated as a liar. My complaint will for sure continue to SPG company.

Awesome experience

The best and only hotel for business travel in Algiers. Great service with helpful staff who speak Arabic, French and English. Great food service and an awesome gym with heated pool. WiFi worked everywhere in the hotel and good speeds.

The hotel is good and, yet, it is being massively renovated to be even better. Located at a cozy and quite sea bay, outside of the city, which is important for safety while you are in Algeria. Clean rooms, polite (though a little bit lazy) staff. I would recommend it for both business and leisure.

Good, Solid Hotel in Algiers

Safe and secure location about 30 km from the airport. Rooms and beds are comfortable and mostly well kept. Property is older and up keep can be difficult, but appears they are trying to maintain. Lobby is under construction being remodeled, so restaurant options are limited. Staff is friendly and speak good English. Security is present with guards stationed along the perimeter. Workout facility is adequate. This is my 3rd or 4th stay at the property and would recommend.

My stay was for business. Coming from the states I knew that the language barrier would be a problem but the hotel staff was hit or miss. Some spoke very good english and others spoke barely any so there was some confusion at times. Overall i would stay here again as it is a getaway from the busy city

Secure Sheraton

Previous reviews of property were not overly good and too some extent, justify. However, remember where you are at, so for being in Algeria, it's probably the best you can expect. It has the look of a 5 star, but upkeep hasn't kept the property at that level. Beds were frim, rooms spacious, new TV's, internet was free (but slow...not 3G in country). Downside, mold, fixtures broke/loose, high traffic areas have nicks, bumps and scuffs. It's in need of a really good handy man (one did come to my room and fix a loose hanger on back of door). Food was good, pricey but what do you expect with a 'captive' audience considering BP gas plant attach in January. Security was intense and ground appears secure once there (it is a good 20 km ride from airiport with 1/2 dozen check points on autobahn). I used the Sheraton arranged taxi from the airport....recommend the same unless you are not blond and blue eyed like me. Overall, I would stay here again.....the alternative choices are not nearly as good.

I have been going to the Sheraton Hotel on many occasion but I must say that my last stay was excellent comparing to before. They have done a huge improvement towards the customer service and the standards of the hotel are up to a 5 stars service.

I didn't like the way the hotel welcomed us...
first we were stopping 500m from the entrance of the hotel for security reasons and believe me its really really embarrassing and disturbing for us....
second thing we went to the reception and we were waiting more than 3 hours for check in!!!! it was horrible souvenir.
after that we tried to ignore this negative things and enjoy our stay. the city was very nice and the weather as well.

Mon fils et moi-même avons apprécié l'hospitalité et la qualité des repas.
L'hôtel est calme.
Dommage que la piscine soit fermée alors qu'il fait 30°.
La.plage devrait etre nettoyée car la mer dépose plastique... bouteilles de verre.
J'ai débuté le nettoyage avec mon sac en plastique mais sa contenance etait moindre comparé au besoin.
Sinon tout etait parfait

J’ai réservé une suite à 400 euros la nuit pour deux nuits donc 800 euros nous avons eu deux désagréments le personnel de ménage qui passe l’aspirateur à 8 h 45 du matin dans le couloir et la dernière nuit les personnes de la suite à coté de nous qui se sont mis à crier à 4 h 00 du matin nous l’avons signaler à l’accueil en oartant

Vänlig personal som behöver mycket utbildning. Ingen information på rummet om tider, restauranger, aktiviteter…Saknade skål, bricka eller dylikt att lägga småsaker i och inte bara en fåtölj utan två! Jättedålig mat! Mjuk degig pomme, pizzan var mest mycket mjukt bröd… majonnäsen var enligt köksmästaren Heinz bästa!!! Tänker att femstjärnig restaurang gör sin egen!?På en av restaurangerna fick vi vänta en timme på fish and chips fastän det inte var mycket kunder. På en av de andra fick vi göra beställningen två ggr. Dåliga rutiner. Behöver ett kvalitetssystem….

Service loin des standings d’un 5* ou de la chaîne Mariott.

Les - : L’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur (réception, bar au lobby), les chambres sont vétustes (cadre de porte qui ne tient pas), nous avons été réveillé en pleine nuit par l’alarme incendie (pendant 30 minutes) sans explication et encore moins d’excuse. Pas de serviette dans les chambres après nettoyage (il faut les réclamer avec une chance sur deux de les avoir). Les clients ne sont pas traités de manière équivalentes.

- Les + : la piscine assez spacieuse, l’accès à la plage privé, toute la partie resto (nourriture très bonne, personnel professionnel). Suite à notre déconvenue (pas toutes exposées ici) nous avons eu un geste commercial.

Conclusion :Ne venez pas dans cet hôtel si vous attendez les prestations d’un 5*. En revanche si vous souhaitez passer un moment loin du centre d’Alger pour seulement bronzer et manger ça conviendra.

J'ai voyagé dans plus de 40 pays et cet hotêl est le pire que j'en ai jamais vu. Il ne mérite même ses 5 étoiles. Le personnel est non professionel. Il faut presque les supplier pour avoir les services que tu as payés pour!!! Ils passent leurs temps sur leur cellulaires personnels au lieu de servir leurs clients. Je vais faire une plainte officielle à la Direction de Sheraton car ce n'est pas acceptable ce que j'ai vécu dans cet hotêl avec mes enfants.

Très beau établissement situé en bord de mer , tout était impeccable de l’accueil par un personnel très chaleureux et courtois particulièrement Une jeune dame ( Dounia) à la réception jusqu’à Check out . Restaurant avec buffet très varié, et délicieux nourriture fraîche , propreté et confort dans les chambres, une plage magnifique , bref un séjour inoubliable en famille que je recommande fortement.je reviendrai sûrement dans le futur .
Bravo encore une fois aux ce personnel très attentionnés qui a cœur de bien servir la clientèle.

Horrible de A à Z ... check in lent, Nesrine au comptoir est désagréable, suite à une erreur de ma part ma sœur n’a pas été enregistree de suite dans la chambre, on lui refuse l’accès à l’hôtel et un agent de sécurité nous suit et nous humilie en nous disant qu’on n’a pas le droit d’être là ... la chambre est vétuste, les vitres sales, le téléphone ne fonctionne pas, signalé à 11h, il ne sera réparé qu’à 16h après 3 relances ... aucune serviette en arrivant, on en demande elles arrivent 1h20 plus tard ... un hôtel dysfonctionnel a tous les niveaux. Merci à Yacine de la réservation tout de même pour avoir modifier notre réservation rapidement et avec le sourire
