Atendimento médio. Falta algmas informações a esclarecer.
Café da manhã médio, pq não era 8 horas da manhã não tinha muita coisa. (Tinha muito hóspedes por causa do congresso).
Estacionamento eles cobram a diária, mesmo ficando dentro do hotel e descoberta.

Quando cheguei tive que desembarcar na rua, pois o portão estava fechado, mesmo vendo eu desembarcar com mala, dois funcionários estavam do lado de dentro, não ofertaram ajuda e nem abriram o portão. Primeira vez que chego em um hotel e o acesso de veículos está fechada. Internet não funcionava, tive que mudar de quarto, cartão de acesso não abriu a porta, tive que retornar na recepção para pegar outro. Horário do café da manhã encerrado muito cedo.

O hotel tem alguns pontos que deixam a desejar.
No café da manhã encontramos mais moscas do que hóspedes, mas com uma grande variedade de produtos, mas para quem não liga para moscas, deve ser otimo. O banheiro não tem ventilação, então o quarto fica comprometido com o aroma do banheiro.

Local excelente, bem situado, com funcionários cordatos atenciosos. O café da manhã é ótimo. O único senão é que a estrutura requer algumas pequenas reformas e modernizações. Pex, neste último feriado foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um quarto sem cofre. Tirando isso, é um local pra se ir repetidas vezes, como tenho feito.

Tivemos um probleminha no restaurante, inédito no meu ver! Estavamos em 8 pessoas e pedimos pratos conforme disponibilidade do cardápio, e ao passar do tempo os pratos vinham com grande diferença um dos outros, faltando ingredientes e o pior que após mais de uma hora foi cobrado uma tábua de frios e foi nos dito que não tinha!! Uma hora depois do pedido!! Sugiro não colocar um cardápio com tantas variedades de pratos, e sim apenas o que de fato o restaurante dará conta.

A área é segura, bastante! Pelo preço cobrado já visitei hotéis de luxo com ambiente muito lindo. Este hotel transmite por parte de alguns funcionários um alto nível, sendo que não é. O prédio é velho, a parte externa faz barulho com vento que bate nos equipamentos dos ar condicionados. O atendimento é bom, a galera da limpeza estão de parabéns, a recepção também é muito boa porém como eu disse, alguns funcionários transmitem um ar de grandeza do hotel sendo que não é tão exclusivo assim. Para negócios é passagem é bom mas não vale o preço que cobram.

No geral um hotel ruim

Café da manhã ótimo. Acomodações no quarto ruim. Ar condicionado Velho, barulhento e exalando poeira. Jogos lençóis qualidade ruim e muito usados. Toalhas idem. Colchão ruim. Frigobar ligado, mas vazio. Vc tem que trazer da recepção o que quer consumir.

O ar condicionado é antigo, barulhento e tem sinais de falta de manutenção, propiciando a ocorrência de problemas respiratórios e de alergia.
O restaurante do hotel deixa muito desejar no cardápio do buffet, bem com o cuidado com a temperatura (comida estava fria).

Uma pena o uso de A.C. de parede barulhento velho

Excelente atendimento, ótima localização.

Mas não esperava um apartamento com ar condicionado antigo de parede.
Barulhento demais.

Em questao de conforto do hospede e principalmente ecosustentabilidade, tao obrigatório nos dias atuais, este tipo de ar condicionado deveria ser extinguido.
Principalmente pelo valor cobrado pela diária.

Informaram que o apartamento de valor ainda mais alto são usados splites. Mas nao informaram na descrição do apartamento.
