Convenient location, right on the mall. Big room for the executive room. Unfortunately our room cards did not work several times for the elevator or the room access, which was inconvenient. Also, breakfast included was only for adults for the executive room, although I specified there are kids when I booked the room. Not happy with that service.

Qibla sign in the room was wrong.
Appreciate the cakes and savouries by the hotel. Otherwise nice place to stay. Only privacy is an issue at the rear side of the hotel. Need to close the curtains at all times and no natural lights.

The manager duty she very unprofessional and have bad atitute… her name Sienny ! What happen is l ask my assistant to check in for me first she need my iD so i gave her driver license since in US driver license is the ID but she said is not valid using driver license so she ask for KTP which indonesian ID which i dont have and she ask my
Passport so told her that when i make the reservation i used my driver license but she give very bad atitute and with arrogant said i make the rule here and you have to follow… i have been staying so many hotel around the world never see any bad customer service with so bad like this…!

Beautiful room and facilities with outstanding breakfast buffet. Great to swim in lap-sized pool, but it's only open to 6pm daily. Service was spotty. Difficult to get correct temperature in room. Towels smelled musty. Shower water never got truly hot (and cold water dripped from \"rain head\" above) and there was a bizarre encounter with the front desk where they offered me a free fruit basket for staying more than a few days, failed to deliver it as promised, had no idea what it was when I asked about it, grumpily said they'd make one up, then got angry at me when I followed up after waiting past midnight for it to show up.

Enjoyed the stay, particularly the incredible breakfast buffet, but I'm not sure it was worth the overall price I paid, compared to other options nearby.

Finally much feedback on the shower room. They have changed the shower head. The hot and cold water still comes intermittently but with the new shower head it’s slightly better.
The lounge service staff are very nice and polite but not sure what happened. For breakfast order (eggs) you need to wait 20-35min to get your food. If you are in a hurry then is too long of a wait. Seems short handed.

For convenience, this is a good choice. This area is saturated with hotels of different levels. Part of the hotel is dated, really 2.5-star situation. Choice for upgrade newer room is available. For the value of staying in an old premise with big screen 24-hr in front of the dusted and rusted windows, I won’t return.

It was a good stay. Conditions at reception on arrival were pretty chaotic but individual attention, once obtained, was excellent. Take care in selecting which side of the corridor your room is on (my side looked straight into an adjacent apartment building). Executive lounge privileges are worth the extra cost.

One of the weirdest hotels I have stayed at. Personally do I think this comes anywhere close to a 4 or a 5 star hotel absolutely not… the property is nice in the lobby but the rooms are extremely outdated and use very cheap finishes that you can tell are reaching the end of there lifecycle. Also the artwork in the room is odd to say the least and personally I didn’t love having a zombie Betty boop or whatever her name is staring at me as I tried to fall asleep. The security at the front of the hotel is just okay but we ended up getting stalked while we were in Jakarta and had little to no faith that if we went back to the hotel that we would be safe.

I stayed in suite and junior suite for several nights and several occassions. Staff are very good and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is always good. Room is OK. Bed is clean, bathroom, livingroom is ok. the rest is ok. Room is big enough for what I need. Some of the suite position are odd. Good amenities. Elevators are very slow. The lobby area and elevator area look worn out. Area is bery convenience. If I need to stay in Kebon Jeruk area, this hotel is the best hotel compare the rest of the hotels nearby the area.

This hotel was conveniently located next to a nice shopping mall with nice restaurants, stores and a SOGO department store. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and had floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel staff were all courteous and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel if you dont want to deal with the Jakarta traffic and smog. The mall next door has everything you need so you don't really need to go into the city unless you needed to.

Overall good location, connected to shopping malls.
Hotel reception check in/out, restaurant & spa services was good.
Hotel room quite dirty, when check-in the room seem dirty, like never been vacuum for ages. Daily room service just left all the bottles of our empty mineral bottles in the room. Just throw rubbish & make bed only. The towels all look greyish instead of white in colour, old and some have holes.
Not really valued for the price paid for.

I arrived early at around 11a but I still got my room with early arrival. The hotel has a fun and modern feel. My room was clean and I liked the open layout. The mattress was just hard enough and not too soft. The pillows were big & supportive. It's right next to a big mall so it was convenient to find food options. I also utilize the gym a few times. I liked the Les Mills bike that has on demand classes that you can follow. Got good workout from that.

My last few stayed commented the shower heater is not working well, hot and cold. This time seems to have been fixed.
The only think I still dislike is having an eerie woman portrait facing the bed I think they should take it off. I have a few friends who stayed there all commented on it. Staying hotel priority is to get good rest and not waking up and seeing a woman staring at you.
Interior I will only rate this only a 3* max a 3.5 (if a 9.5 exist) time to refurbish as well.
Location is fantastic near to a big mall you can get everything there.

Honestly ? Pullman are you sure.

The room was very small & Queensize was so small my boyfriends feet were hanging out of the end of bed ( only 6FT tall) The breakfast food was cold & tasteless & overall extremely disappointing. Only the fresh omelette & croissant was acceptable. The coffee was acceptable. The Chinese & indonesian food was the worst experienced in a hotel. I even had to spit the food out more than once. We are both frequent business travelers & rarely complain but this needed to be said for 4 Star Pullman standards. Also the drinks staff were a little pushy & the drinks were overpriced. Maybe that is why we were the only people in the bar. 4 staff & 2 customers!

I have stayed here for past 5 years. The furnishing of the room is quite basic with no 5* feeling which I would rate this hotel at 4* maximum.
I was as usual staying in room with lounge access. Service of staff are good and friendly, the only disappointment is their breakfast menu at lounge, their 2 recommended local chef special are always not available. I think this should not happen in lounge menu.
The most favorable part of this hotel is it is having 2-3 malls connected to it which is why even the hotel is not giving a premium feeling it is very popular.
I hope to see the room being upgraded.
It used to have many weird mannequin at each floor and scary painting in the room and if you will to talk to anyone all dislike that a lot.
Gym equipment is very basic, I would think a few weight machine should be included.

Old shower place hanging nowhere. Power socket converter were difficult to obtain - out of stock? Look like this Pullman is not belong to international chain? Aircond controller not working. No matter how you set, room temperature still at 20 degree C. The hotel room directly facing condominium, huh? Well!!

Pullman central park is greatly located, it’s next to one of the best shopping mall in Jakarta. But the room is so small, not child friendly at all.
The hotel is weirdly design, it probably fit in for some people.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only caveat to this hotel is the room size, tiny.

Location of the hotel was excellent. The design of the hotel is kinda unique. Art deco. Standard room size is a bit small probably due to room design and layout (shower room was in the middle of the room) nice view from the 9th floor. Hotel was surrounded if not attached with shopping malls. Major retail brands like Guess, Zara, MANGO, Marks & Spencers, Victoria Secret to name fews. There is a CGV Cenima located at the top of the mall. TGI fridays and open stage for weekend performance located just outside the mall. The lobby lounge is ok for chillin' and waiting. Spacious breakfast/dining area Collage on L level. Kids activity room and lounge are located on the same level. Great hotel.
