Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit lacking and quite expensive for what you get but there are plenty of options in town. Location is brilliant right next to the bus station and less than 5 minute walk to historical part of town. Room was small but clean and modern.

Great choice in Lugo

The Hotel San Pedro is and excellent choice if you're staying in Lugo. The hotel is modern and well equipped. The rooms are efficient and a little tight if you're travelling with lots of luggage. The staff is very accommodating. We speak limited Spanish, but the desk staff was able to communicate everything we needed in English. Just steps from the bus station and the central city, I would stay in this facility again.

Great location, good value, comfortable

Small but nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent location. Very short (5 min.) walk to city center. Amenities and service average. Hot water seemed to cycle on and off while showering, going cold to very hot without touching it. No drawers for clothing or personal items except for bedside tables and very small closet. No comfortable chair or sofa in the room for reading / relaxing. OK for a day or two, but not great for our 5 day stay. Extra blanket folded in top of closet had dead insects which fell on floor when unfolded. Overnight parking close by was relatively easy to find.

unexpected charming town

Thought of Lugo as just a city on our way to Santiago.
Surrounded by a historic wall you can walk on, a beautiful old city uncovered.
Cathedral is breathtaking. Charming little streets to stroll on.
Seafood and stakes are superb.

Lovely small hotel adjacent to the old, walled cit

The hotel is very pleasant, airy, and modern, with gracious staff who get along well enough in English. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a bit more spartan than the usual Spanish buffet blow-out, but certainly adequate. It is virtually impossible to find the hotel by driving on the narrow, winding, one way, up and downhill streets, and in any case they do not have parking, and the street parking is always full. Just drive around the Roman city walls to the underground parking lot in front of the bus station, next to the San Pedro gate, and walk about 150 m to the hotel. This parking lot was quite inexpensive, so it all works out well.

Lovely hotel, but immediate surroundings bit dodgy

This is a lovely hotel, very close (50m) to the Alsa bus station - but the bus station looks dreadful and the immediate surroundings of the hotel look very run-down. We didn't feel unsafe, but wouldn't wander around outside at the quiet times of the night. The beautiful old town is also quite close. Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke perfect english. They knew Lugo very well.

No hay ventanas, las paredes externas son muro cortina ( ventanal cristal fijo) con mala insonorización (2a planta).
La calefacción o no funciona o está limitada a, algo que para ser en Lugo e invierno tendrás más bien fresquito

El personal es muy amable y atento, pendiente de que todo esté perfecto para el huésped. La ubicación del hotel es magnífica, muy cercano al casco histórico y a las zonas de más interés de la ciudad. Hotel fast an der Stadtmauer. Zimmer kein Luxus, aber in Ordnung. Da direkt an der Straße morgens etwas lauter, wobei die Fenster aber gut gegen Lärm isolieren.
Frühstück gute Produkte und viel Auswahl. Patrizia hat alles im Griff - top !

Waren vor 10 Jahren schon in Lugo, aber diesmal sind uns die vielen Ruinen und leerstehenden Häuser in der Altstadt mehr ins Auge gestochen. Werden wohl nicht nochmals kommen, auch wenn wir in LUGO sehr gut gegessen haben.

Hotel pequeñito bien situado. Tuvimos problemas porque estaba el lavabo atascado y no nos pudieron dar solución hasta el día siguiente. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y atentas.

Bien, pero alguna cosa a mejorar

Nuestra habitación era de esquinazo de las que tienen una gran cantidad de pared que es de cristal, era bastante grande. Vstas muy espectaculares, sobre todo de noche,
El que tenga tanto cristal hacía que hubiera calor durante las horas centrales del día , nada grave porque tiene aire acondicionado.
La situación es muy buena, y el personal de recepción y de desayunos muy agradable.
El desayuno estaba bien por el precio que tenía.
A mejorar parte del mobiliario que está un poco viejo ( no así la cama, que tiene un colchón comodísimo). Por cierto, no entiendo por qué en este hotel (y en otros muchos) ahora está de moda únicamente un edredón para arroparte, con lo que tienes que quitarle \"el relleno\" a la sábana que hace funciones de funda del edredón, con el engorro que conlleva esto.
Ruido exterior no había, aunque en el interior se oía a los vecinos en el distribuidor de la planta a veces.

Nos toco una habitación en la buhardilla, no demasiado grande, y para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas no esta mal, pero noto frialdad en las habitaciones, parece que les falta calidez, quizás moqueta en el suelo o algún tipo de alfombras, el baño es frío, sin radiador solo con un pequeño calefactor, le faltan muebles donde dejar tus cosas (neceser, etc.). La atención del personal ha sido correcta en todo momento.

Hacía muchos años que no estaba en un hotel tan ruidoso como este. Las paredes deben ser de cartón, pues se oye excesivo ruido de las habitaciones colindantes, desde un estornudo hasta los ronquidos, por no decir los propios de utilizar el aseo.
