I really don’t feel this particular hotel should qualify as a Best Western Plus. It’s definitely not a step up class wise from a regular Best Western. I’ve stayed in some Plus that were quite nice this is not one of them. Very dated!
The breakfast had lots of selections but the hot food was not very good (in our opinion).
The large parking lot for campers is at either end of the hotel. A little inconvenient but ok. However, call ahead to make sure there is room left for you and your size camper is suggested.

It’s a well-used hotel. The bed caved to the middle, which made it uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy.

* No ice machines in the building just exposed pipes AND no ice in the building to have available for customers

*the pillows that were on the bed were the worst I've ever used at any hotel
*no area to sit outside or a area lounge outside set up ,although there were a random few chairs we found scattered

* it took 4 trips to front desk lobby to get a working room key the night of check in, after driving for hours to get there
*garbage cans in front of the building were over flowing with garbage spiling onto the parking lot

breakfast was pretty bad, I understand ALL these types of hotels offer a free breakfast, some better than others, but most at least adequate; however this hotels is always pretty bad when we've stayed there. Coffee machine comes out like tar, then hot water pours on top of it, what is that, at least you could spend a couple bucks and have real coffee in the lounge area. The breakfast \"sausages\", obviously microwaved, which is standard, were like stale old overcooked, ick. Rooms need updating. Place was as we have come to expect, but really spend a couple bucks for the breakfast, it's usually the last impression when you leave the place.

The scenery of this place is beautiful. But the rooms are horrible. Ants, roaches and spider webs everywhere. House keepers are the worst, made up the bed, didn't empty trash or wipe down after i complained about ants all over the desk. They got into my bags. Just terrible for the money we paid.

The linens had weird stains on them and the ceilings all had mystery stains. Several of the rooms the air was not cooling properly. Our smoke alarm started chirping the first night and they told us to just remove it from the ceiling. There were extremely limited options nearby and we will try not to return if we can help it.

We requested a handicapped room because I am 6'3\"and 84. I didn't want the toilet to be 12-14 inches off the floor. When we arrived, we were not welcomed, and when I requested that there not be children above us, the clerk acted like it was a big imposition to assign us another room. The bathroom was the biggest issue. There was no vanity or any other place to put toiletries, both at the sink and the shower. The handle on the faucet is a health hazard as it is very long and will poke someone in the eye. There was a cockroach in the shower, and the bathroom overall was not clean and needed work. There were no blankets in the room, and the bed had body impressions in the mattress. Noisey ACCheck out was not better than checkin, nohow was your stay, hope everything met your expectations. Needless we will not be staying there again.
