Lovely friendly staff welcomed us. Room was comfortable.food was good and plenty of it. The only disappointment was the lack of parking and as a result of using their other parking area our car was damaged by another driver. As no details were taken by the hotel of their clients vehicle we were unable to do anything about their client damaging our car. They website needs better details on the parking facilities.

A perfect stay in Orange

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable, properly working AC, breakfast buffet and restaurant open all day, even late for an after-concert meal when other places are closed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I will return when I’m in the area again.

The staff could not have been nicer.
The breakfast was also very good.

The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom.

Not the usual Kyriad hotel standard. The decor was tired and sad making hotel feel like a retirement home. The carpet was dirty in lobby and room. Lobby smelled like an ashtray. We were more than a little disappointed.

Rooms compact but clean. A little outdated in the reception area but we only needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night so great value. Parking was 5 Euros but only about 8 parking spaces. Our room smelt but they changed the room immediately so no problem.

Excellent Last Minute Choice

We had a reservation at a budget hotel that didn’t have a night clerk, and the code they emailed us didn’t work, so we needed a place at the last minute after 9pm. While traveling in Europe in the summer, I have 2 main criteria: air conditioning and parking. Parking was limited but adequate; they actually close and lock the gate at night. The A/C in the room worked wonderfully well during the ongoing heatwave. I made the reservation online and drove to 5 minutes to the hotel; when I arrived - after their declared check-in time - the deal clerk already had our room key waiting for us. Our room was small with 2x twin beds, but it was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The foyer, stairwells, and hallways are a bit worn and could use updating, but everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

When reception provided breakfast hours, I asked if it was free. He appeared very insulted, and said, no, lady, 9.90 euros!
He became annoyed when I asked for map of where free parking was...

Any port in a storm, but must be better choices

Car park is tiny with no free parking within easy walking distance. Arrived at 8:20pm from long road trip. Was told immediately that the restaurant was closed although it was full of people. No, problem ...found a decent place to eat in town. Returned after 10pm to find restaurant was still full. So much for being closed!
The room was ok, but with a shower cubicle so badly designed it was impossible not to cause a flood in the bathroom.
All in all, it served a purpose, but wouldn't stay again given a choice

It was an overnight stop,excellent location for visiting Orange on foot, easy walk into town. Hotel warm and comfortable,friendly reception staff. Room was well equipped and clean, Only negative was the small size off the room, and tiny bathroom and small shower cubicle.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely day and night here the Arch di Triumph and the amphitheatre are well worth seeing , many good places to eat and drink ,the hotel is brilliant if you don't want to go out in the evening .The reception staff friendly and helpful . We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is on a main road no parking near to the hotel, one creaky lift which only hel two people at a time, standard room very small bathroom not much bigger than a closet with no hot water in the morning or night, meals pretty average, sorry but was not impressed with this hotel

Small but spiffy

The room was small, but well-furnished; it had been refurbished recently and was more spiffy than one would expect from the appearance of the lobby or of the building from outside. It is located close to a lot of restaurants and other visitor attractions. Our room was on the street side, and to control the temperature we had the window open a bit, so heard more noise than if we had kept it closed. (There is a double window, so the noise was quite subdued when both were closed.) Overall, however, a very good value.

Good location

Not bad, room was rather small and bed was very hard. Neither my husband or myself could get the shower to a reasonable level of warm water so we had a rather cool shower. Room was very clean and the hotel is in an excellent location for walking around the town. It's also very close to many bars and restaurants.

The room was remodeled and fine. My key objection is that room was allowed only one internet connection. We had three adults, a cell phone, a tablet, and a laptop. We needed the connectivity and did not get it. I have never had an experience like that before.

Good location, but compact

The hotel is just outside the town centre in Orange, but within easy walking distance. Our room was modern and clean, but very small. Ok for a stop-over, but not somewhere you'd want to stay for any length of time. Particularly since it wasn't cheap. There are c.4 car parking spaces that operate on a first come first serve basis, so you should assume you won't get one. There is a public car park a couple of streets away though, which we used and had no problems with. Is free too.

Great deal, nice and clean.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room seemed to be very new. The beds, linens and comforter were excellent. We had a kettle in our room that was very much appreciated. Not a romantic stay but it was new, modern and clean. The location is a couple of blocks from the amphitheater.

I could not imagine spending more than one night in the small room though.

Vi blev mødt af både venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Parkeringspladsen bag hotel var ikke nem at komme ind på i en stor bil, men vi fik uopfordret en uvurderlig og effektiv hjælp. Elevatoren var gået i stykker, men vores kuffert blev båret op af trappen. Beliggenheden var perfekt i forhold til at se byens romerske bygningsværker i forbindelse med gennemrejse.

Je recupere une chambre sans chaise, tv HS, bruit insupportable venant d une mauvaise isolation, je demande a etre reloge dans une autre chambre, ... pas de petite bouteille d eau ds la chambre, lunette des toulettes nin adaptees a la cuvette, odeur puante dans la salle de bain ... le lendemain au depart .. apres avoir recu mes remarques, on me propose de m offrir un cafe, meme pas le petit dejeuner. Avec cette grosse chaleur et mon âge j'ai fait un coup de chaud et j'ai vu le moment où je ne pourrai pas me rendre au théâtre pour Carmen
le personnel a été à notre écoute et ne pouvant pas diner ils m'ont donné un peu de pain avec moi
grâce à la bouilloire dans la chambre j'ai pu me faire un thé bien chaud et avec le pain je me suis rendue au spectacle remise

Nous avons séjourné ma sœur et moi à l’hôtel Kyriad d’Orange pour une nuit seulement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil: Nicolas un homme plein d’humour et de délicates attentions pour la clientèle. Nous nous sommes senties bienvenues. La chambre était propre et confortable, le dîner et petit déjeuner très corrects. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel de très bon rapport qualité prix.

Par contre chambre pas propre du tout, drap avec des taches de sang, cheveux sur le lit... Je suis resté qu’une seule nuit fort heureusement !
Je n’ai pas vu les autres chambre mais je ne prendrai pas le risque. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement, sauf si vous n’êtes pas à cheval sur la propreté...

-Les parties communes (hall d'entrée, escalier ) sont tristes et ont besoin d'un sérieux coup de rénovation
-la chambre 220 est très correcte, la literie est bonne mais la salle de bain est trop petite et le lavabo est inutilisable a cause du sèche cheveux qui se trouve très mal placé .
-Le spot lumineux au dessus du lavabo n'éclaire rien du tout!
-La douche, à l'usage, est très glissante et par manque de rideau l'eau se trouve projetée vers le lavabo et sur le sol de la salle de bain: il manque un rideau de douche!

Hôtel bien placé des l entrée de l hôtel la pièce est néanmoins sombre triste peu accueillante la personne à l accueil était très bienveillante .. cette pièce rénovée serait parfaite digne d un trois étoiles mais les chambres étaient bien rénovées même si au niveau de la salle de bain celle ce était peu insonorisée ( mon fils et ma belle fille profitaient des discussions à l étage supérieur par les canalisations je pense dernier point le prix demandé est très abordable ce qui fait que nous ne pouvons vous reprocher un manque de rénovation. 市街地近くのホテルでこの価格なので期待していませんでしたが、清潔感有り、エアコンも非常に快適で満足なホテルでした。
同時に宿泊されていた高齢のおばさんたちがたくさんいたこともあり、スタッフはいろんな対応で忙しかったので、いろいろとお願いしたいこともありましたが、遠慮せざろうえない感じは残念でしたが、スタッフの皆さんはいつも笑顔でとても親切でした。また止まってもいいと思います。

Albergo anni 80 con moquette ovunque all’apparenza poco pulita. Le camere sono in parte rinnovate è sostanzialmente accettabili. Il parcheggio custodito ha posti limitati, circa 6, l’hotel non mi ha riservato il posto auto nonostante la richiesta al momento della prenotazione. Abbiamo saltato la colazione.
