This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. Online photos do not do it justice. Staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our dietary requirements. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Little disappointed that indoor pool was closed bc of corona. Was perfect location for hiking in mount olympus region and would love to come back one day for some of spa treatments.

A little piece of paradise

As always my stay at Cavo Olympo was amazing! It rained for the duration of my stay which meant that there were lots of walks on the beach watching the waves, some cold swimming in my pool and hammam and sauna sessions. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. It was a solo trip to re-charge my batteries and by the time I left they were fully charged! The views of the sea provided the necessary inspiration for me to paint and write some poetry. Whether, rain or sun, solo or with company, it’s the best place for a vacation

Relaxed resort vacation

Great, relaxed resort. The infinity pool was amazing and had lots of comfortable seating around it. Staff are always polite and accommodating. Relatively close to other villages with many restaurants.
Only (main) disappointment was that we didn't receive the bed type we ordered. The hotel claims it's not guaranteed but we specifically ordered a king bed just to eventually receive twin beds. The hotel did not offer any valid solution to this unfortunately.

A nice resort-like property right on the sea. Excellent location for hiking the Mt. Olympus range. The advertised buffet breakfast was available only one of our three mornings and was excellent, the a-la-carte days were good but nothing spectacular. No complaints though, it was very off-season and I understand why the hotel did not make buffet for just a handful of guests. Amazing amenities, especially the quite big indoor pool and sauna which were both included in the price. Everything outdoors (several endless pools, jacuzzi, poolside bars etc.) were out of operation that time of the year but not completely winterized (as in: drained water, discontinued landscaping, and the like) so the whole compound was very pleasant and inviting, with comfy lounge chairs still out on the grass for relaxing in the sun.

This place is incredible. U drive through streets that worry u where u r going and then u walk through reception and see a infinity pool and just the sea all around u. The hotel is small enough so U have peace and quiet and large enough to have all the facilities for a 5 star resort.

Private beach
Litochoro town 5km away so u can explore or have something else to eat
You don’t have to leave the resort
They have buffet dinners every night

We are definitely coming back to this hotel.

Loved my stay at this hotel, we picked the junior suite with jacuzzi in balcony. Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were so lovely and always so helpful. Only downside is that it is far from everything else so have to take a taxi everywhere and taxi charges are quite pricey. Other than that everything else is 5 star! Would definitely recommend getting half board or more if possible as the food was quality and there are no restaurants or shops close by.

Excellent Hotel

This is by far one of the best Hotels I have been to. My husband and I were in Greece for the first time and unfortunately, most of the time of our stay the weather was not ideal for discovering much of Greece. However, due to this excellent hotel we were not bored at any time. From the staff at the reception, to the rooms, to the breakfast at the Hotel restaurant, to the spar area where you could enjoy the indoor pool, sauna, steam room or quiet area everything was of excellent quality. We will definitely return to this Hotel with family and friends.

Superb view and well-designed comfort

We came to this hotel in their off-season in November, so we were lucky enough to have it almost to ourselves, and enjoyed the peace and serenity. Our view over their pool area and then the Aegean Sea below was magnificent. The hotel is well designed in a modern minimalist way, with large open spaces, full of light, but which would also be beautifully cool in summer. Our room was superbly comfortable - spacious, bright, with well-thought out details like plugs next to the beds for charging devices, large bedside tables, plenty of surface area in the generous bathroom, a huge shower, enough towel rails, and a large protected balcony. We ate in their restaurant for dinner and the food was of high quality. The breakfast buffet was also good. All in all, it was supremely comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations.\n

The breakfast, lunch and dinners were superb. The clean water in the pool and comfortable lounge
chairs made for a very relaxing day. Then to completely relax, there was a massage, manicure or
pedicure available and it was wonderful. The hotel was conveniently located to nearby towns to explore.
Our stay there was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely return to Cavo Olympo again should
we travel to Greece again.

Quiet & relaxing - great for friends & couples

Really lovely hotel - felt 5*. The food was AMAZING. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Some UK channels for TV would have been nice or the option for UK subtitles or films. The spa & gym are simple but lovely. The hotel feels very spacious. I went with a friend in late April and it was warm/hot, not too many people around. Be aware if you go after May 1st the prizes go up in the restaurant and bar. (some dishes by 8 euros!)

There isn't much near by at all. You can't walk to any nearby restaurants or supermarkets. You can hire a car for around 35 euros for the day.

Perfect stay on the beach at Cavo Olympo

This is one of the best five star hotels in Greece.
Everything was perfect - starting from the design, the dimension of the room- it was very clean and comfortable as well.
The staff is very professional and friendly, the kitchen - excellent, the price is very reasonable for what you receive

A Superb place to recuperate and experience Greece

We recently went to stay at the Cavo Olympo Luxury Resort & Spa and can truly say it was the best holiday and hotel we have ever stayed at from all our holidays. The Hotel itself is a dream and although quite remote in it's location, if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of life Cavo Olympo should be your first pick!
A beautiful pool and bar area and the most friendly staff! Maria was so lovely and answered all our numerous questions without a hint of irritation ha!
The Spa... truly amazing and the views from this hotel divine, I cannot fault it!
Definitely will be coming back with my family and have recommended this place to my friends as a must!

Beautiful hotel with amazing sea view

My wife and I truley enjoyed ourselves. Staff were polite and alway helpful.

Getting to the hotel was a bit long as we took public transport bus and coach for 2hrs.
When we arrived we found they had a car rental service called\"DRIVE\". Which I would highly recommend for €35 per day.
We also used this service to go back to the airport €35 depending on category of car we got a discount.

This hotel was amazing the full moon came out the night we arrived reflecting onto the sea,a red moon.
The pool was beautiful during the day and night.
Housekeeping was on point. Rooms were comfortable
Very stylish Hotel with a few bar beaches around.
About 1 hour to Thessaloniki by car there is a train service however we did not use and 10mintues from Litchoro where you will find a number restaurants.
We recommend a very friendly fish bar restaurant owner called Barbi. Also where you can see the sunset and moonlit. Less then 500m from the Hotel situ between the Camping Olympus Beach.

Cons: wifi was not as strong in OUR room but we preferred to stay outside.

Great hotel, but...

The hotel isvery new, clean, and comfortable and it looks really good. The problems are; if you stay on the mountain view side the traffic noise will keep you awake, the wi-fi connection was unreliable, and the indoor pool/spa is open only from 10-6 each day which is inconvenient if you want to sightsee. The buffet supper was very good and the breakfast was great. Also, there is noting to see on Mt. Olympus.

Good hotel next to the sea with good views

Very quiet this time of year (May) and not a lot near by so need a car if you want to look around. Top staff who could not do enough for us, room cleaned with new towels and bed changed every day. Restaurant had limited menu but was always good quality food. All in 100%.

It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful view of the water, and the pool is great. The quality of the room is not a 5 star, but it is a strong 4 star. There were only two choices for eating, and the menu was limited, which was a little disappointing.

Sleek and thorough

Wow. This was a completely unexpectedly wonderful stop. Call me a hipster or whatever, but I’ve become a little leery of hotels that bill themselves as modern or minimalist. In my experience, that just means management has purchased cheaper, less comfortable furniture and removed all electrical outlets from the room; so not the case here. Even before we showed up, they’d upgraded our reservation (made that morning) to a junior suite - a huge difference as the new digs included both an elliptical machine (didn’t use it, but thank you) and an outdoor jetted tub facing the sea. That, we used to full advantage and I’ll surely revisit the memory many times of enjoying a hot bath as chilly drizzle misted over us on a January night. The spacious room showed near-obsessive attention to detail, from whatever completely silent vent ensured shower steam didn’t invade the room, to the full-sized mirror tucked discretely behind the closet door, to the many-optioned lighting. The friendly staff took great care of us and really enhanced the experience: I hope management appreciates them. Great restaurant, and after waking to the sounds of the sea, we enjoyed a brilliant breakfast with all the standards and extras you could ask for. Because it’s the off-season, I can’t say much about the outdoor pools except to say they look beautiful. Maybe next time we stay here, Mt. Olympus will be a little less coy and come out from behind the clouds for awhile.

Wonderful 4 day break

Excellent modern design and layout of hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful staff and the food was excellent. The front desk could organise some information to browse about the many things to see in the area. Its all on google but would be good to have local knowledge. A travel agent attends to organise formal tours.

Our room was in front of the hotel. Its balcony had direct view of impressive mt Olympus but also nearby buildings across a fairly quiet road. Not a major problem but not especially conducive to sitting out. Rear balconies face the pool and the sea - recommend request sea view but if not available book anyway - its a really great hotel and the rooms are breezy and modern.

The hotel was quiet - it's quite small and intimate with disco or party noise in late May.

The infinity pool was lovely and all pool facilities were excellent. It is even possible to sit out on a narrow beach under a low cliff and to swim in the sea.

Archeological sights - Vergina - philip 2nds tomb is totally awesome (70Km), Nearby remains in Dion worth a visit. We drove up mount olympus and were rewarded with stunning views. 4 nights for us so not time to walk about but Litochoro on slopes of Mt olympus has many walks up the mountainside & gorges.

Super dejligt sted, men dårligt placeret

Super dejligt, rent og flot hotel!
Indchekning var nemt og værelset var super rent og ligesom på billederne.
Min kæreste og jeg havde bestilt værelse med \"bjergudsigt\". Men det var nu mere parkeringsplads end bjergudsigt vi kunne se. Dog tror jeg deres havudsigt er formidabel (men også dyere).

Maden var fantasktisk! Vi tilkøbte aftensmad (halvpension) og fik 4 retters menu hver dag! Morgenmaden var også frisk lavet buffet! Super lækkert.

Den eneste ulempe ved hotellet var, at det lå ude i indenting. Så hvis man er til en hotelferie, hvir man kun befinder sig på hotellet, er dette hotel ideelt. Der er ikke busser. Men en slidt togsstation med usikre togafgange (vi ende selv med at vente 2 timer på en tog station som ligger øde). Og taxa-ture er lidt pricey.

Alle medarbejderne var super behjælpelige og venlige.
