The hotel lies on the Seefeld Plateau, just 150 metres from the cable car. The resort comprises 30 km of skiing areas, 31 ski lifts and 18 ski slopes.
Seefeld has shops, bars, restaurants and clubs and the city of Innsbruck can be reached in less than a half-hour drive. This 126-room, ski hotel features a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access and a hairdressing salon.
The hotel offers a café, restaurant, bar and conference facilities. For an additional fee payable locally the hotel offers wireless Internet access, room and laundry service, a car park, a garage and bicycle hire.
All of the hotel's rooms are equipped with a bathtube, a bath and a hairdryer. The rooms feature a direct dial telephone, flat screen satellite/cable TV, a radio and Internet access.

Truly a mountain oasis
My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.

Mountain Paradise
This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it. Most of our evenings were spent at the hotel bar / lounge area drinking delicious dark beers from the bar and playing cards by the fire. The sauna and pool are a major highlight as well - the pool is heated and half indoor, half outdoor. We swam in the snow! We also took advantage of the Finnish textile-free sauna, which was awesome. Perfect way to recover and relax after skiing, or after a particularly long night out :)
Overall we absolutely loved this place, had the time of our lives here. We will DEFINITELY be back!

25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare.
Great hotel and spotlessly clean.
Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes.
Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely.
Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts.
It’s not technically a ski in hotel, as you do need to walk about 6 mins to the lifts/ski bus but not a big deal.
Town centre is a 20 min walk away and is buzzing on weekends with ice skating and trail skiing as well as club alpine races.
We went half board – food is great for the money, and drinks reasonable; only negative is the wine list is very limited.
All in all a great hotel, brilliant 5 days, may well return next year

A beautiful place to recharge. Be sure to check in early to enjoy the spa and sauna. Food was excellent. Bar atmosphere wonderful. Service was terrific. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming desk staff offered us a a complimentary drink upon arrival. The rooms weren't as impressive as the communal areas but I loved my massive balcony overlooking the peaceful forests & mountains. Breakfast was well into the luxury end of the spectrum with omelettes to order, loads of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon as well the usual continental stuff, lots of attentive staff to hand here too.

The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is rather nothing to do for smaller children, apart from the pool. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank U!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view of the mountains from the room. We had an amazing room with a large balcony where we spent most of our time while in the room.
There are no coffee machines offered in the suite we booked, however our request for a kettle was promptly addressed.
Front desk service was great with helpful information and details of the amenities offered at the hotel.
Lunch and dinner prices are a little expensive, but breakfast was great.
I am looking forward to our next visit back here in the near future.

The food service at dinner each night was abysmal. On Christmas eve, for the \"Gala Dinner\", we were sent to the dining room at 6.30. Even though everyone had pre-ordered out main course the previous night, it took 3 and a half hours for them to finish serving dinner. It was chaotic with staff running about with random plates of food. None of us got our food at the same time - children first, then the vegetarian at our table, and one hour later, the meat eaters got their food. Not up to the standard of such a hotel.

Every staff in this hotel is always trying to help. Hotel is very clean, location is excellent. The only downside is, it does not have air-conditioning, so in summers, you may be uncomfortable, and if you try to open windows, the road noise doesn't help either.

Nice hotel in Tyrolean Alps
Absolutely everything was fantastic, only one thing is that the hotel is by the road connecting towns and in summer months is quite noisy as at night we kept windows open. However, this downside was not an issue as all the other amenities and staff were great!
The room had a great view from the top floor. Beds were very comfy and big as well as the room itself was spacious for three people.
The restaurant has an alpine spirit and very modern. Biggest compliments to Head Chef and the team for a very nice and varied breakfast, and the dinners were top class!
We stayed 10 days and had booked only breakfast, but after eating one dinner at the restaurant we quickly realised we should had a half board booked, which we did for the subsequent days. We checked restaurants in Seefeld and had a dinner there, which proved that a value and quality we get at the hotel's restaurant was unbeatable. Also, some evenings rained and we were more than happy just to go downstairs to the restaurant rather than another walk to the town for a dinner.
We loved spa facilities with all relaxing saunas and warm waterbeds to chill!
After dinners we liked to sit in the Bar and sip delicious cocktails made by a very professional Barman Maximilian.
Reception team were very pleasant and approachable too.
We'd recommend to visit Swarovski (only 30min drive), Innsbruck (8 stops by train), surrounding little towns (Mosern - the Bell), Mittenwald (amazing ski lift - Kranzberg!), Leutasch Gorge amazing walks.

Fabulous Alpine hill 5 star property - great views
This is a fabulous 150 room property, overlooking the alpine mountains (at least the room we got had a balcony facing the mountains and highway - so pls ensure that coz the other side view is rubbish) which was fabulous to say the least... the breakfast area and the restaurants feel more like a 7 star property - very exotic.. feels very high end for sure... they have another property in the same Seefeld area but towards the Seefeld village called Krumers Post, which is more basic & smaller but located in a more lively area (if u want bars, cafes and people around).. but we loved this Alpin property more... theres free parking for around 15 cars after which there is underground but paid parking spaces available.. overall wonderful...

Fabulous hotel in wonderful resort. This was my second stay st this hotel and it was as good as I remembered. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant and bar areas are stunning. The rooms are slightly dated and would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities but are otherwise very clean, quite and comfortable with stunning views. Would definitely recommend a visit to this hotel.

The hotel was fantastic, beautiful rooms with amazing views. The spa was wonderful, a real treat, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious and so much variety. The hotel is literally next door to a ski resort and in walking distance of the train station and Seefeld. Would definitely recommend!

Beyond expectations. Excellent staff and facilities. Great food. Pastry shelf is outdone himself. However, there is a bit of criticism about the restaurant: charging for tea , coffee and water is a nucence. Alpine resort and spa sounded great but nowhere did it mentioned that all the rooms are facing a very noisy freeway and all the rooms have no air conditioning. With global warming, even the Alps are experiencing some warm weather and there is no way one can sleep in a very hot and noisy room. We were more than happy to leave.

Hotel was nice overall, just don't think it was worth the price. The pool was \"heated\", but still somewhat unpleasant to swim in during February. The room was ok with exception of the thermostat not working and therefore at the mercy of the central system...one night was cold and the second night was hot beyond imagination to the point we had to open all windows. Breakfast was phenomenal!!

The room was very spacious, the half board included a large and delicious dinner each evening, and the spa facilities were top notch and much need after a day of skiing. The resort is only ~200m from the lifts at the largest ski area in town.

Et fantastisk, romslig og flott beliggende hotell med en utmerket service! Vi har bodd her flere ganger, denne gangen ankom vi sent etter en lang kjøretur gjennom Europa. Fantastisk mottakelse og innsjekk av nattevakten, som virkelig fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. Rommet var romslig og velutstyrt, bortsett fra at vi (som vanlig) savnet aircondition. Fin restaurant med veldig god frokost og middag, spa- og badeavdeligen med egen lunsjbar er tipp topp. Fantastiske turmuligheter rett i nærheten av hotellet, både rundt / i Seefeld og oppe i fjellet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Tolles Essen, guter Service. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig, aber vor allem der Saunabereich Adults only (textilfrei) ist sehr modern und schön gemacht.

Das Krumers kennen wir noch als es Dorint war. Es ist ein wunderbares Wellnesshotel, allerdings sind die Zimmer immer noch wie vor 20 Jahren. Sehr gepflegt und sehr groß, aber ein Modernisierung könnte inzwischen nicht schaden. Der Adults Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen ist sehr schön! Allerdings sieht man beim Restaurant, dass der Service sehr unter Personalmangel leidet. Man wartet auf Getränke etc. unverhältnismäßig lange. Trotz allem immer wieder gerne!

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit mehreren Saunen, Saunaaufgüßen etc. Großartiges Fitnessstudio hinsichtlich Austattung, leider im vorderen Eingangsbereich ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Vermutlich und hoffentlich bedingt durch die Verlegung eines neuen Bodenbelags. Toller großer Innenpool mit Möglichkeit in den Außenpool zu schwimmen. Zimmereinrichtung und Bad gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ansprechend und praktikabel. Betten sehr gut. Sehr laute Lage an sehr befahrener Straße. Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisierbar (kühlbar), daher müssen im Sommer bei Belegung eines Raumes mit mehreren Personen die Fenster bzw. auch Balkontür geöffnet werden-insofern nachts Straßenlärm zu hören. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hinsichtlich Qualität und Auswahl sehr ansprechend. Servicequalität der Restaurantmitarbeiter lässt in Teilen zu Wünschen übrig. Mit viel Humor kann man darüber gelegentlich hinwegsehen, kann aber auch anstrengend sein sehr oft auf sich und seine Wünsche und bereits mehrfach genannten Bestellungen am Tisch aufmerksam machen zu müssen. Hotel i.O. für zwei bis drei Tage ausgelegt auf Nutzung von Wellnesseinrichtung, Baden und kulinarischem Genuß - für einen längeren Aufenthalt in einem \"Berghotel Tirols\" für meinen Geschmack zu wenig Ruhe.

Auch wenn wir mittlerweile kleinere Hotels oder B&B bevorzugen haben wir es nicht bereut auf der Durchreise dieses Hotel auszuwählen. Auch wenn es älter ist, insbesondere die Zimmer, macht es keinesfalls einen abgewohnten Zustand. Sehr große Zimmer, Top Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Pool top, Wellness vorhanden aber ohne Note weil nicht genutzt. Rundherum, prima!
