Lovely stay. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Really helpful staff to all, including children.
Food very nice, more choice for children not eating main dishes would be welcome, but otherwise excellent.
Pool clean and nice atmosphere. Children are allowed in the pool, but not all guests happy with this, so picking a quieter time or signs to say all welcome would be helpful to prevent the tutting.
I would have liked to have known that a drinks token was available if you didn't have a daily room clean (found out on last night).
Easy access to centre and bus/trains.
Rooms a bit stuffy at times, couldn't leave window open due to smell of smokers on balconies or right outside the building.
Very comfortable stay otherwise and would recommend

Great location, only 2 minutes' walk to the village center and the train station. Nice hotel with modern alpine design. Pool and sauna are nice to use. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Nice bar area but not always attended. Parking is a bit challenging, best option is the underground parking. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Perfect winter break in Seefeld

We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station.
The hotel itself was very well maintained, modern but with a traditional feel. Our room was immaculate - the house keeping team had left our room spotless. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was of a high standard. Our room had a balcony with a nice view too.
The facilities in the hotel were also really clean, it was nice to have the pool and spa area to relax. The restaurant was of a high standard, breakfast was always well stocked and our evening meals (included) were beautifully presented and delicious.
The staff were always friendly when we had interactions.
We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the 5 bedroom chalet. It was beautiful & had so much space. Unfortunately the in room sauna didn’t work our 1st night, but the manager allowed us to use the hotels’ sauna after hours which was nice. They got the sauna working our 2nd night. Only issue was parking - it was $16/day if you’re even given a spot (there are only a few - they didn’t initially give us one & we drive around for an hour looking for street parking with no luck). For the price, parking should be included

We had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel with our 2 small children on a half board basis. What particularly stood out was standard and variety of food every night, we ate so well! We also really liked the pool and the kiddy club - which our girls (6 and 3) insisted on going to every afternoon. Great location next to the station, and short walk into the centre of Seefeld.

The views are breathtaking from the 3rd floor. Our room had everything we wanted and I’m sure they upgraded our room to tick all those boxes. Our room was a large suite, 2x bathrooms, great terrace balcony and a choice of cotbeds or single beds for the little ones. The snow added to our magical Christmas break. Chef produced 4x courses that were beautifully presented and tasted delicious, even for a fussy eater like me. The other 2x course were the salad buffet and cheese/grape selection. Staff are super friendly and happy to help with any request. Cosy log fire downstairs with our free cake and coffee at 4pm. Our almost 3 year old enjoyed the softplay. Her main course each day was also great. Hotel has a lovely traditional feel. Church with Christmas market is 5mins walk and the train station is situated just before you get there. 1hour - Horse carriage ride €55 for our whole family was the perfect way for us to get around with the little ones. We purchased several drinks from the bar on the first night and purchased amaretto/coke, and mozart chocolate from the supermarket for the remaining 3 nights. I have taken so many photos. Austria is definitely one of my new favourites.

This hotel is situated across the railway line from the village of Seefeld which could not be any more convenient. It seems to keep its traditional Tyrolean style. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior room. Parking had all been taken up and the hotel offered a place in the underground car park free of the seven euro price per night. The staff were excellent and polite. The manager Veronika was available during breakfast and evening meal.
The evening meal was a six course fine dining experience for five nights with excellent buffet for the other two nights.

The hotel is charming, friendly and very welcoming but what makes it standout is the amazing staff. I have never felt so welcome or pampered in a hotel ever! My son turned 23 while we were there and from the information we provided at check in someone instructed the kitchen to make a birthday cake for him which they presented to us at dinner. I will always make a point if returning to the hotel Veronika.

I want to thank Veronika and amazing team that they made our first trip to Austria unforgettable and memorable.
When we arrived at hotel a lovely male receptionist explained about hotel and took us to our free upgraded room.
About room - spotless clean, bed is very comfortable, heating a bit too warm (but I liked it) lovely balcony and spacious wardrobe.
About tea, coffee and cake from 4pm - cakes tasted wonderful. every single day we had a little snack before dinner in a cosy lounge by the fire place. at first I couldn't believe it was complimentary.
About breakfast - Everyday loads of variety of bread, cereal, yogrut, meat and juice. There was even smoked salmon ! as well and everything was tasty.
About dinner - 4 course very high quality dishes with salads bar. I didn't expect that much delicious food every day. it was absolutely exquisite and I miss it very much.
About staff - Every single staff at Veronika's hotel is professional, friendly, polite, sweet and they know how to make guests comfortable. If i could I would give them 6 stars and I definitely recommend this hotel without any hesitation. I have been many holidays and stayed in many hotels in the past, Hotel Veronika was one of the best hotel in the world.

Wonderful family holiday.

We stayed at Veronika with our eight year old daughter for a week in February 2018 and had a wonderful time. The kids zone was perfect and struck just the right balance of engaging the children and letting them have a bit of freedom. Martin, who runs the family activities was fabulous and we especially enjoyed the torch walk around the lake (magical) as well as the after-dinner family games and dancing - all casual/simple/whimsical fun. Our daughter also loved sitting at the kids table for dinner. The entire staff made us feel welcomed - especially Veronika & Mike. Dinners were delicious and they exceeded all expectations in meeting my husband's celiac requirements. We have already booked our trip for next year. Thanks to all for a wonderful winter break!

Stone's throw from the train station w/ good views

Well-run and well-maintained family hotel with friendly staff, a stone's-throw from the train station. Just a block or 2 away from Seefeld's packed centre hotels, which was a plus & provided better views from the rooms. Lots of families.

As some have mentioned, there is complimentary coffee & cake in the afternoon and the hotel's shuttle service to the slopes which are available, but not mentioned in the daily activity sheet.

Wonderful Hotel for Family Get-a-way into Seefeld

Wonderful family get-a-way for a long weekend in Seefeld. This family run hotel made us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. Staff was exceptional at meeting our every need, and catering to our young son. He was able to eat on his schedule and we could enjoy our meals offered through the half board later in the evening. Wonderful hotel, diverse half board meals are great, large breakfast buffet get's the day started right, renovated rooms are large and comfortable, nice views, close proximity to the city, but away from any traffic and noise, free parking in the underground garage, clean and nice indoor pool, and exceptional staff. We got to know them by name because they took the time and personal interest to interact with us during our stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be back again.

This is a lovely hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. The staff are so friendly and welcoming with amazing attention to detail. We stayed half board and loved that we had the same table in the restaurant each day. The evening menu is provided at breakfast, where you pick your preference for that evening. Breakfast itself is a great selection and there is plenty of it. You also get a leaflet each morning outlining the weather for that day and recommendations for things to do in the area. The pool area is very nice with towels provided. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. There are so many little touches that add to your stay from coffee and cake served in the bar in the afternoon to a gift on departure. I would definitely recommend this hotel - stay there, you won't regret it!

Easter Family Ski holiday

Great ski break staying at Hotel Aktiv Veronika in Seefeld. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Kiddy club, and swimming pool. The space in the family room was much appreciated with a separate area and bunk beds for the children. However I would give special thanks to all of the staff, who were always so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Look forward to returning next year!

When we arrived, we were informed that there had been a mistake and we were placed in a room that was much smaller than the one we reserved. The staff, and Veronica, in particular, went above and beyond to 'make up' for their mistake. We even returned one evening to find a bottle of champagne. It didn't take long to forget about the 'mistake' and enjoy the wonderful service and atmosphere the hotel provides.

This is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes from the train station. It is a few minutes’ walk into town and the beginners ski slopes, and 10-15 minute walk to the Olympia centre and the Roshutte

The hotel is traditional alpine style, but very comfortable with a lovely pool area. Each day they provide free tea/coffee and cake at 4 pm. The breakfast includes a nice variety and the 4 course dinner was nice. It was traditional Tyrolean, so if you are used to standard British food, you need to keep an open mind here. Having said this, if you don’t like something, they will go out of their way to accommodate you.

The staff here are fabulous and probably the most attentive (without being too much so) staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. They couldn’t do enough for us. We were given a room upgrade on the first night, likely due to an issue with our own. The next day they moved us early to make it as seamless as possible and even brought a chilled bottle of Prosecco to apologise for any inconvenience. The hotel arranges an activity programme, so we were able to try snowshoeing at only 20 euros per person – a great experience.

The only real downsides were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Also, the safe is our room was tiny and could only fit in some passports and not much else. The safe is the suite was electronic and much larger.
Despite these two very minor notes, I would definitely return to this hotel.

First rate experience

Seefld is not the best resort for advanced skiers, but ideal for trying cross-country, snow shoeing or winter walking (bring hiking boots), and just enough downhill to keep intermediates happy. The resort has 2 main ski areas 2kms apart. Veronika is mid-way and the hotel's own shuttle bus was on hand within 5 mins of us phoning. Its not much more than an hour by public transport from Innsbruck airport - route F bus from ouside the airport to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof, and a train toward Munich - 8 Euros each. The hotel is visible as you step off the train. Despite arriving two hours before check-in, we had no problem checking in. The hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The meals were fine (buffet breakfast and 5 course evening meal with choice of 3 main courses, including vege option), and the flexibility of breakfast (8.00am-noon) and dinner (7.00-9.00pm) was good. The hotel has a nice \"wellness\" area with pool and sauna (no steam room). The rooms were large and comfortable - even the \"single\" occupied by our teenager was larger than many doubles we have stayed in and had a south facing balcony. If concerned about the lack of downhill skiing, it is possible to have day's outing to resorts nearby eg Garmisch which is about an hour away on the train (they run every half hour) - not that we did - there was quite enough to keep us occupied. We thoroughly recommend the Veronika to anyone, be it a family or a couple.

Avis – Expérience inacceptable au petit-déjeuner (séjour de Noël)

Séjour en Autriche pendant la période de Noël, qui devait être un moment familial agréable… malheureusement terni par le comportement inadmissible d’un homme qui s’est avéré être le Directeur Régional du groupe VAYA Group.

Lors du petit-déjeuner buffet, cet homme s’est montré pressé et manifestement agacé, laissant entendre des remarques désobligeantes sans raison apparente. Nous n’y avons pas prêté attention.

Quelques minutes plus tard, ma fille, ne trouvant pas de verres pour le jus, s’est dirigée vers un buffet situé côté cuisine pour en prendre un, pensant naturellement qu’ils étaient destinés au service. À ce moment-là, la même personne s’est précipitée vers elle, visiblement énervée, lui a arraché le verre des mains et lui a lancé :
« Pour qui vous vous prenez ? »
Le tout sur un ton agressif et humiliant — à l’égard d’un enfant — le jour de Noël.

J’ai dû intervenir pour calmer la situation et demander des explications sur cette façon inacceptable de s’adresser à ma fille. Au lieu d’apaiser les choses, il s’est mis à crier.

Après m’être renseigné auprès de la réception, on m’a informé qu’il s’agissait du Directeur Régional du groupe. Si tel est réellement le cas, cela est d’autant plus grave. Un cadre dirigeant devrait incarner le professionnalisme, le respect et l’exemplarité — certainement pas l’agressivité envers des clients, et encore moins envers des enfants.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sauberen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer mit toller Terrasse. Das Zimmer und auch das ganze Hotel waren jedoch leider völlig überheizt. Dies war nicht sehr angenehm. Etwas störend ist auch die Hotelbeleuchtung direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer, die erst morgens um 06.30 Uhr abgestellt wird.

Sehr ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen.

Wir waren mit Hund dort und es wurde pro Nacht 30 Euro berechnet. Dies summiert sich bei mehreren Nächten sehr schnell und lässt sich nicht rechtfertigen. Es gibt keinerlei Infrastruktur für diesen Betrag und ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch. Da wir während unseres Aufenthalts auf eine Zimmerreinigung verzichteten, lässt sich der Betrag auch nicht mit einem vielfachen Mehraufwand bei der Reinigung rechtfertigen.

Abendessen; Hauptspeise und Dessert waren sehr gut, Vorspeise knapp ok, beim günstigen Preis für die Halbpension aber schlussendlich zufriedenstellend.
Personal im Service war zwar nett, aber katastrophal unterbesetzt, orientierungslos, oder nicht vom Fach. Für das lange Warten kam man uns jedoch überraschend kullant entgegen.
Der Barbetrieb war praktisch nicht vorhanden, besser man geht direkt ins Dorf für den Absacker.
Die Einrichtung und Zimmer vom Hotel sind sehr schön und werden einem 4 Sterne Hotel gerecht, umso schader ist die Diskrepanz zum Service, Fazit; mehr \"Schein als sein\".

- nice kids area and gym for a small training
- friendly receptionists and cleaning staff
To improve
- room key system: costed us 2 hours to get a hard key in the end (the card system wasn’t working)
- personnel: the local manager by the time of our stay was very unfriendly with us and not professional; he also treated his employees (in front of customers) rudely. The personnel in general didn’t seem to have much experience, also we found difficult to speak German (local language),so more than once we switched to English.

Ein paar Anmerkungen trotzdem.
In Österreich kurz hinter der St. Grenze spricht man an der Rezeption nur englisch. Parken ist nicht einfach, leider kein CheckIn Parkplatz. Frühstück war ersten Tag Klasse, am zweiten fehlten einige Leckereien.

Zimmer war neu und schön und sauber. Wir wurden freundlich begrüsst,ansonsten war der Service nicht top. Im Restaurant fühlten wir uns nie willkommen was v.a.am Chef de Service lag,der entweder keine Gäste wollte oder total überarbeitet,da er immer anwesend war und für Bar und Restaurant zuständig.
Als wir einen Arzt brauchten bekamen wir die Auskunft,dass wir,falls es schlimmer werden sollte, den Notdiens anrufen sollen. Einen Arzt mussten wir selber organisieren.
Schwimmbad war eigentlich unglaublich schön,aber es lagen Schrauben herum und der Whirlpoolteil war schimmlig. Auch ein Spielzimmer mit einer tollen Rutsche hätte es,aber vieles ist kaputt und lieblos in den Raum geworfen

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten, allerdings fehlt eine Klimaanlage – was bei wärmeren Temperaturen den Aufenthalt weniger angenehm macht.

Die persönliche Ansprache mit \"Du\" mag sympathisch wirken, doch dazu gehört aus unserer Sicht auch, dass man umfassend informiert wird. Leider fehlten einige wichtige Informationen:
Wir wurden z. B. nicht darüber informiert, dass Bademäntel und Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich an der Rezeption geholt werden müssen. Auch die Frühstückszeiten wurden uns nicht mitgeteilt.
Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet zwar Speisen an, allerdings nur eine kleine Auswahl – und das zu einem recht hohen Preis (ca. 40 € pro Person). Auch das wäre im Vorfeld gut zu wissen gewesen.

Das Frühstück selbst war qualitativ in Ordnung, jedoch mussten wir ziemlich lange warten, bis uns jemand zum Tisch brachte. Unsere Reservierung war offenbar nicht auffindbar.

Alles in allem gibt es aus unserer Sicht durchaus noch Verbesserungspotenzial – insbesondere, was Kommunikation und Service betrifft.

Accueil chaleureux, recharge borne électrique devant l’entrée de l’hôtel 29€, et y ajouter 8€ de parking, et 30€ par chien.
Hôtel tranquille, chambre cosy, avec un cadre agréable et de nombreux coins détente et luxueux dans un superbe endroit à 20min d’Innsbruck.

Mir sind die guten Bewertungen schleierhaft. Der Service war bei der Ankunft schon sehr unfreundlich, wir hatten für fünf Leute ein sehr kleines Zimmer, Frühstück war nicht gut. Das Hotel ist sehr gut fotografiert auf der Buchungseite aber in Realität zwar modern eingerichtet, aber schlecht geführt. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Witz, es gibt nicht einmal etwas zu trinken dort. Der Pool ist super für Kinder allerdings nicht für Erwachsene. Der Skikeller ist schlecht belüftet. Die Zimmer werden nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt, sogar das wurde dann einmal bei uns vergessen, so dass wir keine frischen Handtücher und einen überquellen Mülleimer hatten. Wir haben keine Gäste Karten bekommen und wurden dann, weil wir diese nicht hatten aus einem Bus rausgeschmissen Das Personal beim Abendessen war überfordert wir hatten sehr oft falsche Abrechnungen beim Abendessen. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Klo ohne Fenster funktionierte die Lüftung nicht. Das sind die Punkte, die mir jetzt auf die Schnelle einfallen. Wir werden einfach nicht mehr in dieses Hotel fahren.

Ein hübsches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Selbst wenn nicht die richtigen Leute vor Ort waren, wurde versucht zu helfen -sehr Hilfsbereit auch mit dem Parking.
Sehr gutes Essen im Rahmen der Halppension, auch Sonderwünsche wurden bearbeitet.
Tollte stilvolle Zimmer - rochtig gemütlich.

Fantastisk ophold på VAYA SEEFELD.

Top professionelle personale der var behjælpelige med alt, og det var med til at gøre vores ophold fantastisk og nemt.

Opholdet blev bestilt med halv pension og det kan klart anbefales. Morgenmaden & aftensmaden var fantastisk.

Jeg ville til enhver tid anbefale & genbesøge dette overnatningsted.

Fine rammer og potentiale, men mangelfuld service

Vores ophold var overordnet fint. Men vi følte generelt at vi manglede imødekommenhed, information og service. Bl.a. fik vi ikke rigtig nogle informationer ved indtjekning om pool området, parkering måtte vi selv spørge til og generelt havde vi svært ved at komme i kontakt med personalet. Vi oplevede to gange at vente forgæves ved receptionen. vi fik udleveret badekåber til to, men var fire som tjekkede ind på værelset og vi måtte derfor efterspørge badekåber til børnene, som så heller ikke blev afleveret som aftalt. På ankomstdagen fik vi den forkerte menu, men ingeb opdagede fejlen og vi fil derfor blot serveret mad som vi ikke havde valgt og som på ingen måde virkede muligt at lave om selvom vi fortalte at vi åbenbart havde valgt ud fra gårsdagens menu.
Overordnet fint hotel og faciliteter, men vi følte os ikke set eller mødt og savnede derfor i høj grad at føle os velkomne.

Was advised a room with 4 beds but 2 on a sofa bed that was terrible!
The madras was poor and surface like a volcano - halt the family did not sleep at all this night.

Cannot understand how a +4star hotel can offer this, at a +350€ / night ?!

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und waren immer zufrieden. Der Service hat leider etwas nachgelassen. Die Zimmermädchen haben immer wieder was vergessen. Toilettenpapier und Seife nicht aufgefüllt. Beim Frühstück und Büffet war ständig alles leer und das Auffüllen dauert zu lange.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Service teilweise etwas \"zögerlich\". Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich.
Was etwas störend wirkt ist das Parkregime, wenn die Aussenanlage (Zu- und Wegfahrt) blockiert sind. Ist jedoch von den Platzverhältnissen her doch eher schwierig!
Aber im Grossen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt gut.
