This room was a huge letdown. The cleanliness was below standard, the room smelled unpleasant, and several things were clearly broken
or neglected. The photos are misleading and set expectations that are simply not met. Definitely not worth the money. I regret booking here. List of major issues.
1. Toilet seat broken
2. Kettle lid was broken / safety hazard
3. Water will not drain in shower
4. TV on wall was titled / crooked/ dust on all furniture
5. Stain on carpet, bedsheets
6. Room telephone cord was broken
7. Overly priced room food service
8. Non smoking room smelled like smoking room

What makes the hotel worth staying are the staff! Always ready to assist, make your stay comfortable, always cordial and friendly. Will stay here again. Rates are reasonable. Only issue I had was the worn out rug. Restaurant food is excellent! Staff is PRICELESS!

I would give zero stars if it was possible…. The hotel is an excuse to run a scam…. I was told at check in the breakfast is included with my stay…. They charged me for 2 days of breakfast and when I brought this to the front desk’s attention I was brushed off three different times…. Rs. 6k is nothing, it won’t make me any richer or poorer but the lack of ethics and professionalism at this property is mind numbing….. the whole lobby smelled like a sewer and the staff lacked any training at good customer service…. Absolutely terrible stay…. Won’t be returning and will encourage anybody not to book this sad excuse of a hotel.

The first time I checked in, I got a real dirty and terrible room. I had to insist on another room and finally they upgraded my room which was okay. However, the staff and service in the breakfast area was mediocre and inconsistent.

Rooms are dated took me back to the 80 s mosquitoes in the room light switches that don’t work and are loose carpet seems like it hasn’t been washed since being fitted lime scale on the taps water leak marks in the room furniture was dated and chipped basically the hotel rooms all need to be modernised reception and restaurant very nice with good varieties of dishes

Was given an up when I arrived which was the only nice thing. As i booked in receptionist told me I had no breakfast i said I did. In the end I had a confirmation from hotels dot com that I did indeed have breakfast but the reception team were adamant that I didnt. Then the barman basically told me it was a serviced bar and to go next door. I had to have my room door looked at as it would not unlock. Aircon did not work and my room was freezing. All in all pretty crap. Staff in this place have a really poor attitude. I would not recommend a stay here.

Our cleaner Bhole was brilliant, friendly, polite and always ensured we had everything we wanted, water, toilet rolls etc.

It’s near Gazipur dump yard stinky and not proper place to stay.Facility at hotel is like oyo room. Self service spirit younger people can live here.No one available on help desk number 6203 . Reception people don't pick the phone.For two guests in a room are provided one glass one small dirty tovel and many more . There is no system of billing at the time of check out but you have to pay every order at the time of delivery like road side Dhaba.

Out of center hotel but a good one

The location is not good . Out of Delhi and difficult to get to city center but silent .the male staff standing at the left side of reception is rude and not welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities. About the breakfast they dont use fresh vegetables or fruit. The watermelon and pineapple juice were rotten and the fresh fruit were tasteless. They put knives in the jam jar so that you take lesser amount! Other things are ok .

The lady hair stylist was not good. She did not do a good job of curling my daughter’s hair. She used a straighter rather than a curling iron. My daughter had washed her hair that morning, but the stylist told her her hair was oily and it was hard to curl. She had to come back to the room and straighten her hair herself to get rid of the bad curling job the stylist did. She should have not had to pay and after seeing what she had done, I decided to do my hair myself. My daughters curl their hair all the time and have never had a problem but we couldn’t get the converter in our room to work.

The property is large and there are a great lunch and dinner selection but the staff is overly-nice is an annoying way. Every 5 minutes someone is interrupting you to ask at the lunch or dinner table |Ma'am, is everything alright?\" and this is especially annoying if you are there on business and the person you're sitting at the table with is your business partner. Also, the reception desk staff is useless when it comes to ordering you a taxi, which is strange since there is an army of staff just standing around and looking busy.

I stayed at this property for 4 days while in Ghaziabad for business. The hotel is nice and clean and reflective of a 4-5 star property. Rooms are well appointed and food quality is quite good. However, the service is somewhat inconsistent. For example, the washcloths in the bathroom were only replaced twice (the other two times, there were no washcloths). Similarly, shower gel was only provided once, as was body wash. Finally, on my last day, I actually fell on the floor of the lobby having missed a step coming out of the restaurant after breakfast. I did see the hostess look at me and turn away to guide another customer into the restaurant. Another guest stopped to ensure I was ok but nothing from the hotel. So, while the hotel is good and all, I believe the service itself could be improved. Still a very nice hotel that I would recommend.

A true luxury in India is the hot water and a bath
If Id stayed here the whole time I would have truly been able to enjoy Delhi Even the pool was clean enough to swim in unlike other advertised hotels we stayed in

This hotel is about 1 hour from New Delhi given the heavy traffic that prevails in Delhi. It is in an industrial and lower income part of town not too far from a large garbage dump and the air outside the hotel sometimes smells bad depending on the wind direction. Having said these negative points, we found the hotel to be quite comfortable and clean. The two restaurants that we tried were good as was the Spa. I found this hotel to be a good value that met our needs. The alternative hotels in central New Delhi were far more expensive. For our large group this hotel worked out just fine.

The hotel presents the signature Radisson Blu hospitality service level, however the condition of the hotel, especially bath fittings and plumbing for hot water leaves room for improvement. Surprisingly. this unit does not permit spot redemption of Club Carlson points against services. Also observed some lack of clarity for extending benefits to Club Carlson members. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially good sleep quality. Air-conditioning could be better. Location on outskirts of city helps in peaceful evenings but presents commute challenge in thick indisciplined traffic

The rooms given did not fulfil our specification we booked. Serious unwillingness of staff to do anything productive about our situation. Communication skills of staff not always great. Breakfast mediocre. Rooms very dated with bad workmanship of furnishings and simply not clean. Dirty bedding and floors. Leaking shower and hand basin. Lobby looks impressive but it stops there. Single and only positive is that the driver we booked thru the hotel was pleasant. All materials state 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed or you won't pay...waited 40mins for my complaint to be resolved and given a lousy plate of fruit and 25% off one night stay out of two.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel worth recommendation. Rooms were great, big, clean, nothing to complain and the housekeeping was excellent ( taking care of all the details).
The location of the hotel is pretty bad, it takes like an hour to get to Delhi, but on the plus we found a great street food restaurant just behind the corner of the hotel. If you're staying there please go and try their fiod- it's very cheap and delicious .
