Great location, fantastic restaurant the buffet spread though limited is tasty and well presented. The room is clean and neat. Except that the second curtain in the room that helps make the room wasn’t closing fully, but that’s a small inconvenience as there is a first level screen on the window.

My disaster stay

Very small room. You can compare it to a no frill airline, except unlike a no frill airline this hotel is expensive. There are other hotels in the outer ring road area which offers better service, bigger rooms for similar or lower tariff.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Clean rooms with amenities. Size could have been a bit larger. Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast spread. Location ok for people having work I the area.

Proximity to Eco World

Nothing to shout about. Major disappointment in the following areas:
1. Ironing facilities are shared and hence located outside the room in a common area. Ironing board is shaped very awkwardly and consequently some parts of my shirt couldn't be properly ironed. The iron is also in dire need of replacement.
2. Breakfast menu is comprised predominantly of Indian food. I can therefore only have the bread (only two varieties are available), cereal, and fried noodles. Nothing else is appetizing to me as I cannot stand the smell and the taste of Indian food.
3. The hotel as a whole is showing signs of wear and tear. It needs a retrofit soon.
4. Room supplies fall short of adequate. Only one toothbrush and a tube of shampoo is supplied. And I had to ring for room slippers to be brought up.
5. WiFi is SLOW.....unacceptably slow at times!
6. And accounting for all of the above factors, the price of a night stay is high. I got better quality deals at a lower rate in other developing countries.

If IBIS is catering to an international audience whose main purpose to engage in short-term work assignments in Eco World and the other nearby business parks, the above issues will work against them when it comes down to choosing accommodation. For my next visit I will most probably not consider IBIS as my first choice for accommodation.

Ibis Bengaluru is well situated for my trip. Hotel provide good spread of breakfast. Love Indian food. Room is fairly spacious and clean. The bathroom is unique which i like. Reception staffs are very helpful and courteous, making my stay in Bengaluru an awesome experience. Thank you.

Near to your office.

Cons
- Room is tiny
- Room service is ok
- House keeping is worst
- Not sure why they will clean the hallway at night 12
- Make sure to keep your room locked. Otherwise you can expect someone to walk in to the room when you are in bathroom
- Half the lights in the room not working.
- Food overpriced for the taste and presentation they offer.
- I had to extend my stay for a extra day. 8 AM Morning called the front desk and asked for extension... They said yes you can extend. At 12 PM they said you got wrong info get out...

This place is good for emergency one day stay.

If you stay longer than that... You read all the people who gave 1 star review, You can expect every single thing to happen to you...

it took around 1 hour to get my shaving kit. Really pathetic after multiple follow ups. Horrible and especially for a business traveller had to call multiple times and reminders to get a shaving kit. No wonder it spoiled my precious time espcially on a business day. Horrible

Comfortable stay not so good food

The hotel is a budget hotel so don't expect anything fancy. However at the same time it is self sufficient and comfortable. Rooms are clean and internet is good. Food is average at best and has lot of scope for improvement. Service is excellent at the restaurant. The bathroom in the room is very small and inconvenient at times. However overall for the price I stayed at which was Rs4000+taxes was value for money.

Aarti @ front desk was very considerate to pack juice & fruits for me as I had to leave around Midnight for my flight and b'fast was open at that time.

Abhinav & Lelea was vwry cordial and made checking very quick and easy.

Thencooks Sateesh & Fasil made good food and had some specials made on my request which were delicious.

Poor experience. Room size especially such small washroom unexpected. Things like dental kit & all are served after asking. No good hotel charges extra for room service but they are charging 100 rs/order. Hardly any toiletries available.

Fine budget hotel on busy road (aren't they all?)

Nothing positive or negative to talk about. Everything about the hotel is fairly average. Pillows are limp and they charge extra for room service. Other than that, it is good value for money. They have a decent outdoor pool, but it defies logic since Bangalore air near this hotel is too polluted to swim outdoors.

\"What a dump\" was my first thought

\"What a dump\" was my first thought when I got to my room. The bathroom was a round plastic cabin, the floor was all laminate, and the \"curtain\" was falling down from its velcro setup. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good which made up somewhat for the strange smells on my floor.

Had a good stay

Used to stay at next door Novotel. This Ibis is the no frills brother without the pool and fanciness catering mostly the local business travellers. The hotel is presentable and orderly. Room is clean enough and in good size. Breakfast is good with mostly indian selections. Staff are professional although somewhat \"robotical\".

Nice hotel in Marathahalli

I like staying in Ibis hotels and this is a good example of the quality you expect from them. Wifi was great, hotel staff were courteous, quick, and helpful. I'd rate this a 3 star hotel in the US since the rooms are simple and there aren't too many perks.

Simplicity aside the food was better than other luxury hotels in Bangalore and the wifi was more reliable too. There was only one power outage during the entire week, which was a pleasant surprise.

Only downside is I wish the blackout curtains and sound proofing were a little better since I worked late shift (UK hours) so the sun crept in while I was trying to sleep and I could hear housekeeping too.
