The Staff was the best part. The photos do not show the wear and tear of the place. They seem like they are edited of very old photos. Still clean though. The room service is actually a pickup service. The cocktail lounge is why I booked. No music was playing and it was the warmest space in the hotel. I didn't have more than one drink over my two-night stay. The breakfast had great options, but many items were not kept warm. Will be in Okinawa a lot over the years would not book at the price for the over all experience again.

Buyer beware. The advertising all says there will be discounts on meals with a reservation the day before. The advertising includes discounted rates for holidays. HOWEVER, the hotel did NOT honor their own advertising and charged full price at the cash on holidays. We challenged this unsuccessfully. ALSO: breakfasts had virtually no variation from day to day (unheard of for other hotels in Okinawa at this price point), and the hotel would only give us ONE of the TWO free drinks promised by Expedia. The staff were generally friendly, and we liked our room, but the issues we experienced appeared to be systematic. We will NOT be going back. I'd advise you to think twice about going as it's stressful to not feel good about eating at the hotel restaurant and therefore feel that you have to leave to eat, rather than staying in if that's what you'd prefer.

Good location, very nice sea view room with balcony. We were very pleased with the size of the room, the staff are friendly. Loads of different types of food for breakfast. The hotel is not new but very clean and tidy. Free parking and good speed WIFI. Completely satisfied. Highly recommended. Definitely will come back again for the next trip in Okinawa.

Spent 2 nights with my children. It’s an old place with one pro only: the small indoor pool (nothing outdoor) if you are with small children. Not useful for adults because it’s small and two families fill it up at once. Some staff were very kind,while two were mean. Considering how shabby the property looks, some staff would better change their attitude if they want to keep their place going. Our room was superficially clean ,but at places dirty and very stinky indeed! I mean smelly given the fact that no extractor fan was in the bathroom. We ended up showering downstairs in the pool dressing room to avoid steaming everything up upstairs :( Two nights only so we didn’t ask for a room change,because it was spacious. Breakfast place changed while there, it’s good on the ground floor and just ok on the second floor. All in all at ¥25,000 a night a big big rip off for what is an average , quickly aging hotel. Full three stars, not good value for money. Car park is included, I wouldn’t say free. We booked a room for one adult and three children aged 3 to 12, they had the cheek to charge us ¥550 extra for our 3 years old girl who probably had 20 grams of food , if any. That is what being ‘mean’ means: ‘let’s squeeze as much money as possible out of these people’s pockets” the hotel mission, not nice. It’s portrayed as a family friendly ,but some staff clearly do not like children at all. We are in the area again at the of the month for 3 nights, we booked elsewhere. Avoid it!

This hotel is very dated. Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing. Our first room on 13th Floor was great. The second one on the 12th floor had a musty mould smell and old curtains that didn't block out the light making the room red - made for a much less comfortable environment. Also there was a plumbing/drainage issue and the bathroom flooded both times the shower was used. The two pillows provided are TERRIBLE. Also, hotel was fully booked and whilst we were grateful to have parking, it was a very long and steep walk from the car park p to the hotel. Really needs a refresh, but good value for money and excellent service. You definitely need a car too, it is very hilly and there is no food or convenience store within walking distance.

Clean room. Service was alright. Somehow breakfast was on the first floor on Monday with much more variety. On our 2nd and 3rd day, breakfast was on 2nd floor with so much less choices.
Enough parking spaces for the nights that we stayed, it was not too busy. There is a free snack and amenity section on 1st floor near the reception for guests to take which was quite nice. The pool is a bit old and small. There is a kids pool filled with duck toys.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Our room was very clean. This hotel was located in an inconvenient area without cars. There were no other restaurants or shopping within a walking distance. We had a beautiful ocean/town view but we had to close the curtains during a day to keep the room cool . A/C control had a few choices to adjust the room temperature off/low/mid/high.... it didn't bother us because we were out almost all day.

The beds and pillows were terrible. The outside of the property definitely needed maintenance. The inside was retro and in need of renovation. The TV did not have child programming and no smart features to cast or plug up our own device. The room temp was not adjustable. Overall, we all slept awful and checked out a night early to go and get actual sleep at the house an hour away.

Ver nice hotel, clean, excellent customer service, view of the city and partial ocean. There are no nearby restaurants, but hotel has good one inside, AEON mall is the closest for variety food and shopping options.

My room was large and can sleep 4 people easily. Bed is medium hard. If visitor wants a softer mattress, better request it. It was not an issue to me.

Streets are narrow in this area of the city and I believe it might be the same in Okinawa, Kadena area.

Pro: Room was HUGE when compared to other hotels. Reserved a double bed, turns out there were two more beds underneath. The couch doubles as a bed too. Could easily fit five adults in the room. The toilet and bath are separate, and it makes sense, though not at first. The tub is deep and great for soaking. Pool was nice. Food variety was good. Very polite staff.
Con: Bit difficult to find, even with GPS. Food was a bit expensive compared to other hotel restaurants.workout room was under repairs, but the equipment looked good. Two small elevators, so it took a few trips to get a lot of luggage to and from the room.

Overall: Recommend, and will stay again.

Everyone was really cordial, polite and helpful. The hotel itself was basic, plain. The room had curtains missing on a window, the air conditioning is programmed for the entire hotel in the office so you couldn't adjust it in the room. It was hot in the room both during the day and night
The minifridge in the room didn't cool either. I bought some sodas and ice cream and the next morning the ice cream had melted and the sodas were warm.

It’s on a hill top. There were a few staff waiting to help out when we arrived, seems very helpful. Parking was free. Breakfast was buffet and it was delicious with variety of western and Japanese. There were an indoor swimming pool. Room was spacious unlike budget hotel where you jump into the bed right after you open the doors. Downsides - Room renovation was a bit old and balcony railings were rusty so we didn’t go out. Ocean was far away and there is no beaches around. However Aeon was close by. So generally it was good.

Great hotel for value. Most hotels in Okinawa are dated and this is no exception. However, they have maintained the property well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unless you’re planning on staying at a 5+ star hotel in Okinawa, they are all around the same. This one is great for the price.

This hotel is located on the high ground which is higher than the sea level, resulted in a very nice sea view. The hotel staffs and very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. It’s convenient to rent a car from this hotel and return the car on the last day of your trip. The hotel is also able to provide many unique items like technological gel pillow, detergent, waist pillow, jar to name a few out of the 59 or 70 items (can’t recall).

The only thing that need improvement is the air conditioner was not chill enough. There is not setting for adjusting temperature. Only has fan speed.

There’s nothing to find fault in. The warm and friendly counter staff speak proficient English so there is no problem in communication. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The only issue could be location for non-driving tourists. And that is not anything the hotel can change but they can provide transport service, which they already do.

Wanted to stay here for a weekend with my child, use the indoor pool, see the zoo, etc. the neighborhood around this hotel has nothing to do unless you are interested in love motels. Decided to find dinner in the hotel’s three restaurants and only the first floor restaurant was open. Didn’t eat there because I didn’t want to wait in a long line of tourists and I didn’t have a reservation. During my stay of two nights only one restaurant was open that weekend. I was left with no choice except for room service. Room service was good and have no issues. The stay was ok except for loud obnoxious people and kids all night and morning in the hallways. Worst part of all was the lack of WiFi in the room. Only one bar and was unable to connect. Probably wouldn’t stay here unless there’s nothing else available. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the huge Aeon Rycom mall . Hotel staff at the driveway and reception were all very welcoming. The room itself was very big. However the property is very old, and it became even more evident when we stepped into the room. The wallpaper was yellowish and stained. The carpet smelt bad. The balcony was in disrepair.

tatami flooring is good, however, aircon vent is very dusty and cobwebs at corner of ceiling. astonishing to see such at a Japanese 4*hotel.
we hv to put up our own futons.
balcony is old and dusty, we did not step outside. very nice view though.

Like the heated indoor pool during the winter we visited, washing machine and dryer on everywhere
