Very very Cooperative staff except for breakfast when the egg counter chef couldn't understand/ ignored our request for an omelette. The hotel didn't offer toiletries. Good that they have an in-house CU. GS25 is also close by. Pool/spa, children's play area were great, very nominal charges. The hotel is a resort in itself. Other attractions like cable car, fishing festival are also closeby (max 20 min drive).

1박2일 짧은 일정이고 앞에 다른 일정 후에 방문한 상태라 피곤함이 가득한 상태였는데 프리미엄 라인으로 룸을 업그레이드 시켜주신 덕분에 정원과 풍경이 한눈에 보이는 시원한 뷰에 피곤함이 눈녹듯 사라지고 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 직원분들도 호텔의 첫인상 만큼이나 모두 친절하시고 설명도 명쾌하니 모든 경험이 시원시원한 좋은 여행이었습니다.

It's a fantastic hotel. If you come to Odaesan, I recommend you to stop by. Above all, the hotel garden is wide and it's really nice. Maronie Road, Metasequia Road, Giant Oak Road, Zelkova Road are really good for walking.

This hotel is hidden gem. I was playing a golf rounding in nearby Yong-Pyong, but all the hotels got fully booked there. This hotel is only 15 minutes away from Yong-Pyeong, but it is a top-class hotel with worldclass gardening and landscape nearby.

Hotel is well maintained and decorated. However there are limited food options : one restaurant and one buffet place which does not operate every day. The restaurant is good and we enjoy the meals but variety will be good for those that stay more than one night.
There are not any eating establishments around the hotel. Hence no point wandering around unless you have a car. There is a convenience store in the hotel but it closes at 12 midnight and open around 9 am.

As a family, we really enjoy the outdoor aspects of this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and my kids love the play areas, the hammocks, and the animals! That's why we went back this second time. The room is slightly smaller, but the beds are really comfortable.
In terms of drawbacks, both times we've stayed here, the balcony door was a bit annoying and hard to open. While it's nice staying in this hotel, the biggest thing that deters me is that every thing is \"extra.\" And it's not cheap. Having to pay 100,000KRW for the pool for my family and only getting to use it for 3 hours is A LOT...and it was packed, so it actually wasn't that fun. The food in the restaurants and buffet is also quite pricey. I wish that more was included in the stay and more reasonably priced.
That being said, if you know that going in and are happy to do it, then it's an enjoyable and comfortable place to be.

Mostly pleased with this hotel. Recommend to a traveler as a family group as this hotel has amazing free/paid kids indoor playground. Swimming pool was also a plus except we had to pay for it.

This was our second trip. We had such a good time using the facilities at the hotel that we made it a longer trip this year. The new playground kept our 6-year-old entertained for a whole day. Also enjoyed the animal farm and the outdoor garden. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and we took the local buses to the attractions at Odaesan National park and to some restaurants up the road. Buses are infrequent though.
The only downside of this trip was the check-in on the first day. It took 40min and the line was right to the entrance of the hotel with no distancing between people in the line.
