Fantastic service. A small Uber came to take me to the airport. The staff was so great that they told the Uber driver to cancel the uber as my luggage won't fit. The staff then immediately arranged for a bigger car to take me to the airport. They went out of their way to help us.

Hotel is nice but they put us next to renovation rooms so work was going on 24/7 so u can’t sleep . And so much dust u have to pass through . When I asked staff about this they didn’t have any answer for it. They acted like they were not aware of anything.

The beds are comfortable and the service is top , staff here really do go above and beyond I was travelling with my son and mother and we really enjoyed it , reasonably priced and breakfast and kitchen is proper good , it gives u the Indian 5 star feeling and location is also really good close to airport and other areas , I will be coming back to stay again .

My Wife and daughter checked in later in the evening. Front Desk staff was kind enough to arrange baggage drop off to the room. Upon going into the Room, we found out someone else was already in the room and sleeping. We were rushed out of the room and allocated another room. How can a property issue same room to 2 different Guests.

There was a complete breakdown in communication between the staff. I had two consecutive day bookings—one Direct and other through Expedia. I clearly explained this at check-in, and the staff assured me of two things: I would receive the complimentary airport drop-off included with direct bookings, and that I wouldn’t need to move rooms between reservations. Despite their assurance, my door key stopped working the next day and I was briefly locked out of my room. I also received a phone call asking when I would check out, even though they had explicitly told me I could stay in the same room without interruption. The entire situation was poorly managed.
* Hotel is having construction done, it smells moldy and they gave us a room which pretty much requires to make a perimeter around the hotel because the other way is blocked. One elevator was out of service while the other elevator door was falling apart with plywoods pealing off more than 2 layers.
- ⁠In the room, the moldy smell persisted. Eventually discovered a lizard in the room.
* Hotel denied complimentary airport drop-off, claiming no record. I had to show their own confirmation. Eventually, they refused, saying the complimentary offer only applied to small cars.
* The manager cited technicalities instead of offering solutions, despite prior commitment.

Conclusion:
Only advantage is proximity to the airport. A truly disappointing experience that doesn’t reflect a 5-star standard—possibly coasting on its historical rep.

This is not a 5 star. If you are comparing with other 5 stars in Ahmedabad!? Then you are definitely going to disappoint yourself. Super old fashioned rooms, dirty, dusty corridors, noisy with construction drilling and digging. Limited options in breakfast buffet. Staff hanging in one place chatting to each other, barely looking at the guests.
It’s convenient to AMD airport, other than that, not designed for guest comfort or entertainment. Some 3 & 4 star hotels have better rooms and service.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport and has an onsite liquor store. This is important if you want to drink, as the state of Gujarat is dry. The air conditioner in the first room I was assigned did not work.The gym is adequate but several of the machines were out of service. The pool is nice but the first lounge chair I tried was also broken. The breakfast was fine with good service from the staff. The spa was very good. Overall the stay was fine especially for the price paid.

We visited this hotel in 1991. The interior remains the same in 2025. PLEASE REFIT/UPGRADE.
Catering staff need to ask more questions to customers as regards their preferences especially spiciness of food served.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It's an average hotel; facility is very OLD. You can feel things falling apart in the room. Bathrooms are dated, slippery tubs, no exhaust. You will not be able to change AC thermostat, you have to call front desk, AC will not go below certain temperature (I guess energy consumption).

Staff is welcoming, you will hear SAR SAR all the time, being an NRI, the expectation of money is very high.

Breakfast is really good, but menu remains same everyday with few changes. I stayed for 4 nights once and 2 nights another time, breakfast was same every day.

Best part is the location, very near to Airport.

Great location - minutes from the airport. Poor maintenance - wash basin had a huge crack in middle of it, bath had chips in it with mouldy sealant. Poor workmanship all round with paint marks on wall & floor tiles. Overall negative experience - buffet dinner was well overpriced and empty dishes not topped up until requested on multiple occasions.

The representative during check-out could have been more pleasant. The bellhop was engrossed in a conversation with the front desk and had to approach twice before we could get our luggage, which was a significant inconvenience considering our flight departure time. While the room was clean, the tub was not clean and had peeling paint in several areas. Okay for one night stay.

The hotel was a lovely stay. Fantastic end to a hectic few days. Staff friendliness was good, especially on arrival and in the restaurant. Not so good in reception in the morning as they failed to even mention taking payment for airport drop off, and failed to realise whilst not included in booking was on paperwork as i had requested in the morning.

Had a 30min spa treatment for both myself and wife, which was fantastic. One improvement would have been to have some relaxing music during the session.

Food cannot fault.

Room floor has tiles which become very cold, no carpet, no slippers. Overpriced.
Menu at Jacaranda is good to read but quality of chat was ordinary. Overpriced again. Good staff was the saving grace.

We checked into the hotel at around 6:00 pm on 29th June 2022. We were greeted at the reception advising that our stay was booked for 3 person occupancy. So the hotel was well aware about it.
Through the Hotels.com booking process the hotel contacted us if we would be interested in an upgrade. Since we were three persons we had requested for a suite, however, there was no upgrade provided although the request was made before hand.
When we entered the room there were no hand towels or face towels not a bath mat provided. On calling housekeeping we were provided with one hand towel for a triple occupancy room. On repeated calling also we were only provided with a third bath towel but no hand towels and no bath mat.
The mattress too was much to be desired as it was one which had lost its tension and was soft to sink inside to a level where one could have developed a lumbar problem. It was fortunate that we had an early 4:00 am flight so limited use of the mattress was required.
The saving grace was that the airport transfer staff was good which allowed us to leave peacefully.

Hallway carpet stinks. Room bathtub getting filled when you shower. Not enough cleanliness.Staff is not helpful. Charged extra for one person even 3 person is allowed and mentioned during booking.
Not enough towels in the room. I would not recommend to anyone. I would give 2 stars out of 5.

This is my business trip, but I never ever stay this kind of horrible property.

1. Checkin in process too much Slow and front desk staff’s are unprofessional like anything.

2. Rooms are very conjugated

5. In room dining worst. I never seen this kind of irresponsible behaviour from any other property.

It was an old-style hotel, still a lot of significant upgrades can be made. I was given a different room from what I have requested for. Customer service is ok but had to repeatedly place my request.
