Very near the mall and easy access to transportation. The staff are very helpful and polite. WiFi is good.
What I didn’t like is limited soap/shampoo and the breakfast has limited choice.
Overall it was a pleasant stay I’ll be back next year.

We have been staying here for a lot of years on or Visits to PI, this perticular trip we needed to extend 1 week, when we went online the room we normaly get was unavailable, but all they had was next size smaller, so we booked it, when we checked in we were told that we would get upgraded next day, are regular room would be available then, when next day came we were not upgraded as told, Superviser Buddy laughed and said it was done online and he could not do anything, he was not sympathatic or compassionite about his feelings. he went on about Rack rates and promos, we then went back to our rooms feeling bad, my wife and I have both been in the Hotel business for a number of years, we went back downstairs and asked what the differance in price was and were told 2625 pesos( 50.00 USD) we paid it and were moved to larger room. On many occasions i was not happy with Breakfast , Alot of dirty dishes, No were to sit, out of items i perferred and no one to make eggs to order

My room was not luxurious but it was clean. My disappointment started when I first went to the restroom and tried to wash my hands - there was no bar of soap or hand wash liquid to clean my hands with. It’s a good thing there was a cleaning lady in the hallway who gave me 2 small bars of soap; she also profusely apologized for the unfortunate situation. As I was about to turn the faucet on, I found out there was no handle to guide the water flow. And when I tried to turn the tv on for some news, the remote wasn’t working - I had to run my fingers underneath the screen for the controls. The redeeming factor was the friendly and courteous staff - from the front desk, dining room/restaurant and main entrance. Without them, my review would have been worse.

The location is very convenient. It is right across from SM Southmall. The bathrooms are not designed well. The standard room shower area has no curtains or barrier and the floor gets flooded. The suite room bathrooms tubs are elevated and makes it difficult and unsafe to get in and out. The bathroom tubs also do not drain well and makes it difficult for guests to take showers after another person just finished taking a shower.

Well the room is comfortable to sleep ,with Television to kill your boredom,the toilet and bathroom is clean,free breakfast served in the morning is delicious with free 2 bottles of mineral water a day as a complimentary of the hotel to their client,choices of room service food delivered in the room according to their availability,.The only problem is the internet connection is very slow,access to call outside with the landline is accessible.Staff are friendly and accommodating,i highly recommend Eurotel to my friends.,i enjoyed my stay .

I understand that the ambiance of the hotel room wasnt that good because, the building is old. But atleast provide your costumer complimentary that are new, like for example the slipper your are providing were old and you can really say it was used by many costumer already, which is so unhygienic, gross.

First room had a broken safe and they did not move met rooms. The shower barely worked. The room was not maintained, no batteries and lightbulbs out. Second room had a broken shower. Overall not clean. The rooms are not similar to the picture and amenities vary room to room.

Good place to stay!

This is a good place to stay, especially for the price. SM mall is 3 minutes walk!!! Dunkin donuts next to a laundry just down the street. Buy fresh fruit at street stand every night. A little breakfast comes with the price to get the day started. Newspapers in the lobby to read. I am a realist... for this price, I say great. No cockroaches anywhere either!!

Good location , very near to Southmall las pinas. Staff are so kind and polite from house keepers to the said supervisor. The service was not good as we asked breakfast to serve at 9:00 but 9:31 the food not yet arrived until such time we left the room for some appointments. For the 12 nights stayed , we transferred trice because of dusty rooms , toilet not working something like that.

Worst Hotel ever!

The bed was like sleeping in a board. The breakfast was poor selection and cold. No hot water in shower. Overall noise level very loud. Forget trying to sleep in late due to all the room cleaners laughing, talking loud and making noise. The wall must be made of paper. Also quests that came back to hotel at 4am woke me up with loud talking and laughter. He only thing that may redeem this hotel is it's location across from SMS south mall.

It’s nice place and easy to access for everything but the only one thing we didn’t want is there service because we ask for the iron and it was take us to for so long time but in the end they didn’t give what we ask. They dont have bath towels available upon our arrival in the room. I called the frontdesk but they dont give us that night. The following day I called again the frontdesk for the towels again. And after an hour FINALLY, they gave us. We’re not walk-in guests, but why those things happened? I suggest to prepare the room completely before your online booked guests arrived, consider the comfort and needs of your guests ahead of time.. thank you.

I like it's location to South Mall- a truly GREAT Mall with a grocery store and restaurants and shopping.
The room had a broken toilet seat and towels that looked 10 years old. The price was good, but I would have paid more for proper maintenance. But the staff was great and very nice. But they don't control the owners decision to have good maintenance, or not. The food was good for breakfast-no complaint on food. They have a good location.
