The place is in a quiet beautiful area surrounded by mountains.
We arrived by the dinner and it was after all good.
It was just an overnight stay on our trip so I don’t have anything to complain. Shower in the room was very pleasant with good water pressure. Room itself was spacious and clean.

the family bedroom had a single bed which was very uncomfortable as it was made up of two tiny square mattresses!!!!! needless to say our little one had to sleep on the big bed.
the breakfast does not include English breakfast as it stated on the advert, it was all continental.

Déçus par cet hotel. L’espace piscine bien mais un système de filtrage ou chauffage extrêmement bruyant : j’ai été réveillée tôt le matin par le bruit alors que notre chambre était au 3ème étage.
Pas de climatisation si bien que nous devions dormir la fenêtre ouverte.
La literie de moyenne qualité. Wifi en panne pendant 2 jours sur 5. Réception télé de très mauvaise qualité et aucune chaîne française. Nous avons testé le restaurant : pas terrible.

Bereits wenn man eintritt ins Hotel riecht man die Chemikalien, welche vom Wellness-Bereich unten stammen. Zimmer grosszügig, einigermassen sauber, jedoch renovationsbedürftig: Zierleisten brechen ab, Dusche müsste dringenst entkalkt werden und Plättli erneuert werden. Frühstück so la la, doch ok. Abendessen, wenn nicht HP gebucht, möglich, jedoch mit nur mit viel Geduld. Gute Qualität aber. Wellness sehr klein und nur mit Badekappe. Welcomedrink nur Orangensaft statt ein Cocktail von der Bar, wie es auf dem Voucher stehen würde. Personal etwas unorganisiert, jedoch freundlich.

I primi di settembre la camminata di 12 giorni in Alta Via e saltata e ho ripiegato su una modalità più tradizionale: montagna di giorno e hotel per la cena ed il pernottamento. Ho scelto Bellamente perché circondato da una grande quantità di sentieri. In otto giorni ho potuto conoscere a fondo la zona è tornare in hotel nel tardo pomeriggio mi ha consentito di frequentare la piccola ma efficiente spa dell'hotel. Ho staccato la mente e riposato come non succedeva da anni.

Personale di reception ,molto gentile, educato. Prima notte camera puzzolente per via di un problema nel bagno camuffato, malamente, secondo me ha anche peggiorato la situazione, da profumo alla lavanda. Camera fredda senza riscaldamento. La seconda notte dopo varie insistenze ci hanno cambiato camera, ammettendo che la camera precedente, 106 era fredda e puzzolente. ristorazione non assolutamente da un 4 stelle come parte del personale, in modo particolare la maleducazione della direttrice di sala che nemmeno ha avuto il coraggio, dopo varie lamentele per il cibo, di intervenire. Camere da ristrutturare come la zona relax e piscina del centro benessere. Voto complessivo della struttura, 4!
