Bad smell from adjoining room like burnt plastic/microwave food was very hard to take and lingered more than a day. Very noisy first night. They should warn you when they assign you on adjoining room due to the increased susceptibility to noise and smells, but of course they did not. Basically a nice motel6 in a taller building. $80 a night resort area value or double the rate. Additional charge for parking which they do not advise you about until you get there. They do warn you ahead of time that breakfast is eight dollars if you want it. Awkward front desk staff. Weird service for breakfast attendant processes over you last minute to try to get a tip I guess. Very weird experience in general. Second night was OK. I'll just go to Ayres or something else next time.

The parking was tough to park , at night I had to drive to other hotel property close by embassy to park other than park it’s a good hotel . Breaking be ready to provide room number for breakfast that was odd and uncomfortable for me,

I loved LOVED this property! Clean in every way! I will definitely be back! The gym is amazing, they also have a $7 shuttle to Disneyland and that is worth it to me. Clean room, clean property, stellar service. I used to work in hospitality at a hotel, so I get it. Some places don’t, this place totally does!! Shout out to Mary Ann and Brian, you are amazing truly an amazing team! I missed a couple of other names but everyone INCLUDING housekeeping were so helpful and KIND. One small mention, I did have to clean the built-up dust off the vents in the bathroom and above the mirror, it’s minor and was easy for me to clean and touch up. No biggie. Other than that SPOTLESS!!

We were absolutely happy with everything during our stay! It is a quality hotel with great service. The amenities are fantastic. We especially loved the breakfast setup—having the option for a quick buffet or a custom-ordered meal. The location is unbeatable for visiting Disneyland ThemeParks, shopping centers, and local restaurants. They have plenty of parking, plus, the convenience of having the theme park shuttle stop right at the hotel every 30 minutes (for just $7 a person per day) made getting back and forth incredibly easy. We had an excellent experience all around! With super affordable rates, we couldn't have asked for more!

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable - what I would expect for the price point.

I lowered my scored due to noise: A Sunday night stay - my two rooms were both next to the elevator. Occupants in both rooms were woken during the night by doors banging and people talking in the hall. My room was also on the street side - what sounded like street cars or motorcycles racing up and down the street went on until at least 2 am.

I would likely recommend this hotel to friends - as long as they were opposite from the street and also not near the elevators.

Our room was very spacious for a 2B. AC was very strong and kept us cool during our stay. The beds were comfy, but the pillows a little flat. The tv had good apps on it but would occasionally shut off when flipping channels. The bathroom was pretty standard, but I did notice some hair left from the previous stay and discoloration on the shower ceiling (idk if mold). We’d definitely stay here again because of its proximity to Disney, although I probably wouldn’t walk there.

The property was well maintained and the staff friendly. The only 2 issues I had are when booking through a 3rd party you don’t get the same amenities as when you book through Hilton. The second issue is there was a lack in ventilation in the bathroom. There’s no way you could shower and dress in there. It got so steamy as if no air was entering. You have to shower with the bathroom door open

Had a shuttle bus that took me to Disneyland that was great. Beautiful room. One funny thing was me trying to pull down the curtains just to find out it was automatic 😅. The front desk had text me once I settled in to make sure everything was to my liking. Great job and thank you.

Upon entering (and I came early in the morning), the front desk attendant was really gracious and helpful. He was dealing with another guest after I had shown up to check in and even though the atmosphere was tense, he dealt with it understanding and patience. The room itself was comfortable. Had everything my son and I needed to recharge for Disneyland later that same day. The only concern is the parking lot being too crowded. I was lucky enough to find a spot but it wasn’t at the hotel
Site. We had to walk over from the neighboring hotel and parking lot (just as full).

I have stayed here on multiple business trips and each visit is the same wonderful service! Staff here are so helpful and friendly! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and taken care of with quick service and a location that is clean, safe, and easy to find. I will be staying here again every time I am here for work.

Decent price, good value. Rooms were clean and pretty renovated. Shuttle available for a fee but it did not run early enough for my liking (rope dropping) so we Ubered instead (about $8-$10 in the AM). Free coffee and cookies in the lobby. Paid parking lot was always full and sometimes hard to find a spot. Target with Disney merch across the street. Would stay again.

Everything was great, check in was very seamless and the offered amenities were great the pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The hotel is in a nice central location with restaurants and fast food chains in walking distance. Disneyland entrance was a good 25 minute walk and I felt safe walking the distances during the day and night.

The pool is nice, \"free\" breakfast but we had to pay $19 which is fine, Food was okay but you had to pay extra to bring it up to your room. You also had to pay for waffle/pancakes where I never had that experience. Our room in particular had a pink stain on the ground and yellow stains on the roof of the washroom. Other than that it was a good quick stay for disney.

We live in Northern California and when we come here to go to Disneyland, this is the only place we stay. It is very clean comfortable and you get a buffet breakfast that comes with everything that you’re gonna want for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, sausage sometimes bacon potatoes, muffins, all kinds of juices, etc., etc. it might cost a little bit more to stay here, but it is well worth it compared to going to other places are gonna cost the same price and you get no breakfast that is one of the main things for me is to have a good breakfast in the morning because if you’re gonna pay a lot of money for a hotel, you might as well get a free breakfast the room is always clean. The bed is so comfortable. The pillows are amazing. There’s just absolutely nothing wrong with this place. The only thing I don’t like which I guess is everywhere but you have to pay $25 for the parking. I feel that if you’re staying there and paying that price, it should be complementary parking but that’s just my thinking other than that it’s a wonderful stay.

A few of the staff members are clueless about the happy hour special they have at the bar right next to the front desk. They have a sign listing the happy hour specials, only to confirm later that their kitchen is closed. This happened a few days during my one week stay last week. This one staff member I asked at the front didn't really care to check to confirm if the kitchen would be open or not.

This location is in a great area that is safe and secure and with many parking spots to use. Check in/out has always been quick and easy and the rooms are so clean and spacious. The staff are just amazing and will help you with anything you might need.

Overall an amazing experience. The bartender and staff exceeded my expectations and made us feel so welcomed. The price was really good too. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the $20 breakfast because that is a little pricey for a hotel breakfast but it was nice that my 5 year old’s meal was complimentary. Will definitely be staying there again and telling others.

This is the best hotel that is not too far from disney and affordable.
Staff were great.
A lot of parking
Hotel and restroom were really clean and spotless.
They even have a tv that lets you log in for streaming apps including Disney plus!
My hotel ac had a funny smell when activated i reported to the front around 8 pm when i came back around 10 pm from last min errands and food they had already fixed it .
Our family will for sure be staying here again !

Very pleasant 2 night stay for my Disney Trip. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and although I could very clearly hear people in the hall, I didn't hear any of my neighbors through the walls. I was on the 2nd floor so I could still hear people outside in the parking lot, but otherwise it was overall quiet. Only a little over 5 min driving distance away from the Disneyland drop-off area and walking distance to a lot of places to eat. I would stay there again.

Older building and the rooms have hard mattresses, and inconsistencies in amenities. They also milk you by charging for parking when they have their own lot. When I had an issue with scanning items in their shop, the staff member on duty did very little to help me out. I miss the old Hilton hotels, where they cared about having you as a guest.

I recommend the street tacos for sure. Would love to stay again on the future if we come back.only issue I had was the shower doors in our bathroom kept trying to open mid shower.please fix that :)

I recently stayed at this hotel with my dog, and despite it being advertised as dog-friendly, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it felt like having a pet was more of a burden to the staff than something they actually accommodated.

We were restricted to a small room on the first floor, which felt cramped and uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff repeatedly called us—sometimes every few minutes—whenever my dog made even the slightest noise. This included early in the morning when I briefly stepped out to grab breakfast. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially given that minor barking is to be expected in a pet-friendly environment.

Cleanliness was also a major issue. The room and common areas did not meet basic standards, which made the stay even more unpleasant.

What stood out the most, unfortunately, was the attitude of the staff. They were consistently rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation much worse.

Overall, this was far from a welcoming or comfortable stay—for both me and my dog. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets.

Great and comfortable hotel. Not a far walk from Disneyland but a shuttle is available for anyone who didn’t want to walk. I took away one star because we asked for a pac n play in our room and were told at check-in that it was already in our room. When we got to our room there was no pac n play sadly. It was so late and we had just drove 9 hours so we didn’t bother bringing it up to the front desk. Thankfully we brought our own (we just were waiting on a family member to bring a piece we forgot to pack the next day- which is why we wanted one from the hotel) but we made due the first night by having my 19 month old sleep in one of the beds with me. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and made check-in quick and easy, which was perfect after a long drive. The room was really clean, modern, and comfortable—especially the bed, I slept better than I expected.

The location is a huge plus too. It’s really close to Disneyland Resort, so getting there was fast and convenient. There are also plenty of food spots nearby, which made everything easier.

What stood out the most was how quiet and well-kept everything was, even with how busy the area can get. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and overall the hotel just had a nice, calm vibe.

Definitely would stay here again—great value for the price and a solid choice if you’re visiting Anaheim.
