Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a series of frustrating issues. The air conditioner emitted a constant buzzing motor noise throughout the night, as though it was overdue for maintenance, which made sleeping difficult.
Communication with the hotel was a recurring problem from start to finish. We had pre-arranged a 12pm check-in due to the lack of a 24/7 front desk, but when we texted at the agreed time, we were met with silence. To make matters worse, the Metro line was closed on our check-in day, making it significantly harder to reach the property — and the hotel offered little to no assistance navigating the situation. We were also given the wrong key for one of the doors, which added yet another unnecessary frustration.
The check-out experience was equally telling. We received an automated message offering taxi assistance to the airport, but when I asked for help, I was told they couldn't arrange it. It wasn't until I followed up with a screenshot of their own message that they finally booked one for us.
The location has potential and the room quality is there — but the operational gaps and lack of genuine hospitality make it hard to recommend. I wouldn't stay here again.
