The location is excellent — just steps from the ski lifts, close to cross-country trails, and near the local thermal spas. After a day outdoors, their on site jacuzzi and spa is perfect for relaxing.

Very good hotel. Large room includes a sofa bed for a child if needed. Hotel is right next to the funicular to the mountain. On the other side there is a driver and entrance to the ski lift. Breakfast is very good and the prices for dinner at the hotel are reasonable. The ski resorts open this year on 5/12/25. Getting there is very difficult for those who are not used to driving in Europe. Make sure they come with snow chains and know how to use them!!!!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was simply perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains that made every morning feel special.
The on-site restaurant was amazing, with mouthwatering breakfast options and plenty of variety to choose from. Housekeeping was top-notch; they changed the bedsheets and towels every single day, keeping everything fresh and tidy.
But what truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Especially Davide at the front desk and Arif at the Restaurant . I’ve honestly never experienced such warm and genuine service anywhere else.
I already miss this hotel and the wonderful team that made our stay so special. Highly recommend it!

However the biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. We ate in the bar area and the food was terrible. The bruschetta was a slice of white bread with tomato sauce on it. The salad was missing the topping and had lettuce and vinegrette only. Their instagram is full of posts about gourmet food. I felt fooled. And no mention of their Reno’s even on their instagram.
Location was great and rooms clean. But don’t recommend eating there.

This hotel is on a beautiful and convenient location, staff were all very helpful and attentive. We were greeted with friendly smiles everyday from the front desk managers, housekeepers, to restaurant staff. We stayed with our daughter and her boyfriend there for 4 nights, both rooms got balcony and were really spacious, clean and well equipped with robes and flip flops, fragrant hand cream dispenser mounted on the wall for daily use.Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We had an amazing and wonderful stay, and would totally recommend X Alp Hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again.
The nearby restaurant - Ristorante Pizzeria Ramon, within 10-15 minutes walking distant, 3 minutes car ride, is a must try! We were in fact so impressed we went back three nights on a row! The food were super delicious and portions generous, staff and service were friendly and efficient even they were full every time we were there. We would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely restaurant to everyone if staying around the area, even if you have to travel a little bit to get there is still worth it.

They were doing renovations on the outdoor sauna area and was pretty noisy. The dinner menu can improve, felt very basic in some of the options provided and not dessert options. The hot section for breakfast was very limited compared to the cake section.

The hotel was clean. The room was good. This would be a good place to stay if you’re hiking or biking otherwise there is nothing around the hotel. We were unfortunately there on a Monday and everything was closed down except the hotel restaurant. All the other restaurants as well as the grocery store and pharmacy were closed. We walked for five miles without encountering an open restaurant. The hotel was very accommodating and let us change from a three day stay to a one day stay. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful.

We had a nice stay at X Alp. The property is very new, our room was big and spacious; it's a small hotel hence the facilities are somehow small (e.g. wellness) but this was not a problem. Food was great and we upgraded to half board. The service was good but of varying quality both at the front office and room cleaning. The hotel caters more to young couples vs. families with kids - a safe bike room bike cleaning facility if you ride your bicycle.

The X Alp Hotel in the Dolomites was the last stop of our driving tour of Central and Northern Italy. During our stay we realized we had saved the best for last. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a breathtaking location with a spectacular view of the Dolomites from every side.
What also made this our best stay was the absolutely amazing staff. Elisa in reception shared great recommendations on where to go hiking locally, that were very scenic. Additionally the service that Roberto provided in the restaurant was the absolute best service we experienced in all of Italy. Every meal we ordered was beautifully presented, authentic and simply delicious. We were so impressed that we didn’t want to eat anywhere else during our stay.
In summary the location, the friendly staff and exceptional service, the delicious food and clean comfortable spacious rooms make it very easy for us to highly recommend this hotel and give it a 10/10.

It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. The sinks aren’t floating, so I couldn’t roll under them; it was very challenging to use. The balconies aren’t accessible as well. Other than that, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my nondisabled friends!

There are perfume oil stick jars everywhere in the lobby, and the rooms are so heavily perfumed that you cannot get rid of the smell even after having the balcony door open for an hour. Both of us left the hotel with headaches and sore throats — and we were in our room a total of 6 hours. Please stop perfuming your rooms. These chemical scents are unhealthy for guests with asthma and scent sensitivities, and are completely unnecessary. We might have otherwise enjoyed our stay. The view is terrific and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. But that smell, OY!

Greeted by a beaming smile from a charming receptionist, we were directed to our room on the second floor. It was large, clean and had everything one would need for a three night stay, including a balcony. The restaurant was equally clean and well laid out with a menu that changed nightly. The only two negative things were the food and the noise from the construction of the swimming pool. Don't get me wrong the food was excellent and well presented but a bit highbrow for someone wanting something substantial. Would I return to this hotel? No not in the low season. Everywhere was shut up for the summer. .There was nothing to do unless you were a walker. But I would recommend it.

The hotel was modern, clean and well organized and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The wait staff serving breakfast weren't proactive (you had to wave them down every day and ask for coffee rather than them coming to ask if you'd like anything, etc) but they were nice/friendly, so that made up for their lack of taking initiative. The Spa was great and we very much appreciated the indoor Spa amenities! The only thing we really didn't like about our stay were the pillows - hard as rocks and we didn't have a comfortable sleep over the 3 days we were there. This issue (bad pillows) seems common throughout Italy as we only found a few hotels with good pillows. The hotel was walkable to the main town and had a few restaurants nearby.

Luca and Roberto in the bar and dining room were excellent! They gave us suggestions to help with cocktails, wine and meal choices which made our dining perfect! The chef surprised us with he quality and innovation in his dishes, we thought his meals were possibly the best of our two weeks in Italy! The hotel itself was very clean , modern but warm in design. They would not give us a credit card refund at checkout, the time of the second charge. They suggested an international bank transfer. Dispite initial misinformation on my part, they have had the correct transfer code for the last 2 months. I would like to think this problem is due to both a language barrier and confusion over international bank transfer info, rather than bad faith. However, 2 months is too long to wait for this hotel to remedy their billing error.
