Needing a final stop-over not far from the airport in Delhi, this hotel was perfect for our needs, clean, quiet, elegant, with a nice pool and patio and close to nice restaurant options. Value for money was also good. Highly recommend!

The design of the room is not bad.
The large mirrors were very helpful.
It would be nice if they had mirrored the layout of the room so the bed faced more towards the center of the pool area for the better view. Versus the current layout, in bed, one sees more the pillar of the building.

One can otherwise see the thoughtfulness of the design of the room. The room is just a bit aged. The power outlet? By the wall by the door was aged looking.

We have stayed at this property for several years! Our most recent stay was from January 31-February 2, 2025. We were very disappointed with the lack of maintenance insofar as the mini bar fridge. It was not working and caused us a lot of inconvenience. On the day of our departure, February 2nd, we had an unpleasant experience with the doorman at the hotel entrance. He was rude and showed compete disregard for guest hospitality. We were unable to locate an Uber and so arrived with our shopping in an Auto Rickshaw. It was not allowed to enter the main gate and we were told that it is hotel policy not to allow auto rickshaws on the premise. While we respect that policy, the least that the doorman could have done was to offer to take our bags inside. He continued to argue and at one point became quite belligerent! Your staff definitely need training. The front office and travel desk managers are very courteous, especially Shushank and Anju who does the night shift. But it takes only one bad experience to spoil the reputation of a hotel! I hope the management will look into this! I will hesitate to come
again if this kind of behavior toward guests continues.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was attending a conference in ISI Katwaria Sarai and also met friends at IIT Delhi and JNU. The location was perfect for me with the Vasant Vihar metro station virtually across the street. I used a metro quite a but including taking it to Hauz Khas and changing to the Yellow line to Patel Chowk. The Priya cinema and mall complex is right next door with excellent dining options. Had a wonderful dinner at Smoke and Grill in the mall. The hotel was fantastic with a great breakfast spread. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I also used the gym on a number of occasions and the gym facilities are great. All in all a fantastic stay and I will certainly stay here the next time I am back in Delhi.

Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were courteous and attentive. Multiple Weddings events happening makes the place a bit chaotic but the staff is very attentive to the needs of guests outside of the wedding party.
Loved the dining options at Cafe Resto (24 hours cafe). Good location - near to old delhi but not in the middle of everything which makes it quieter and safe.
Booked a car for a day from the in-house travel desk. Car was clean, comfortable and well priced.
Overall a good stay. Thank you.

They surprised us with a complementary cake as they found out its my daughter's birthday. Only thing was a bit of struggle is i booked through Expedia free airport transfer and they were denying i. But when i showed the bill that states airport transfer free then they happily provided it. So overall experience with the hotel was exceptional and excellent.

Everything was great, except a small design flaw in the room - the rooms are not sound proof. My objective of renting the room was to work without any distractions. Unfortunately this was not the case for 3 painful hours from 11PM to 2 AM when the person from the adjoining room decided to make a personal phone call and I could hear every single word he was speaking. The clarity and loudness was as if the person was sitting in my room. I will probably never be booking a room in this hotel because of this reason. With this single exception, everything about this hotel was a good experience.

We found bugs in our bedding and more were coming out of the cracks of squeaky wooden floor. Iron board had deep large stains, Curtains had stains. No sound insulation between rooms. The mattress of the roll away bed was horribly dirty.

I am not even mentioning the minor issues of cleanliness.

Not sure how this place passes the local health checks because if this is how they service customer visible part of their business, you can well imagine what goes on their kitchen, laundry and water treatment plant.

Nice location

This hotel is very close to Metro (walking distance) and major shopping malls. This is a nice hotel with good service. Rooms and their eco-friendly practices can use some uplifts/changes (such as not using small plastic bottles and not changing bed sheets every day).

During the recent stay, no one at the hotel asked me to give them a good rating/evaluation. Almost all Indian hotels' employees do that. I am very happy that no one did that this time. I find that extremely tacky and unprofessional. I am giving the hotel a 5-star overall rating and will consider it for my next visit.

Very noisy, I asked quiet room but still had to sleep with earplugs. No soundproofing whatsoever. Needs updating - overpriced. Very basic. - rather 3 star hotel room. Found piece of broken glass next to bed and corners of room full of dust and cobwebs. Breakfast very basic - was very busy in morning - no tables/cutleries available, I was asked to take a table in “corridor” type area before dining room, luckily some people were finished their breakfast and got table in dining area instead but had problems to get cutlery. Not worth the price paid.

The staff was not attentive during breakfast hours. I stayed for 3 nights but had absolutely no acknowledgement of the same. I work with a lot of embassies in the area and lot of my friends and associates are Ambassadors and embassy officials, i would not refer them to this property even though its conveniently located. The staff is aloof most of the time and basic amenities have to be requested which makes it a chore in itself for the guest. The room was average at best. The housekeeping team was the only saving grace, they were prompt and tidy. I would not be staying here again when i visit india again.

Cleaning services were amazing. We were in 702 and the cleaning staff was truly fantastic.
Room service staff was wonderful too.
Special shout out to Rajashree (housekeeping) and Kusum from the restaurant.
Will definitely want to stay here again when we visit!

Generally good. Would recommend. Nice location in an upmarket area of Delhi but a bit far from the tourist attractions. Lovely hotel. Huge. Spacious rooms. Hot water, complimentary water provided each day, very clean. Number of dining options on the premises. Staff were very nice except the front desk, who were 'snobby'. Annoyed me. They won't let you charge anything to your room if you dine at the hotel or have a drink. All hotels allow you to do this but here they treat guests like they will not pay their bills!

I am a treat customer at this hotel. I like the location and the quietness of this place. I have to say that this time I felt things were not as good as they always are. The two USB ports in the room did not work. And nobody came to look at it even after I told them. There was no coffee in the room and only two tea bags and no green tea. There was no outlet that would take a US plug, usually all hotels provide hybrid outlets. Other than that, the service was great and the food was good too.

The hotel is never very good (3 star thinking it is 4) but this time they had very loud construction noise going on during the middle of the day. They never warned the guests of this. Given I had traveled 24 hours and needed to rest during the day before heading on, this completely ruined my ability to rest and when I complained the staff were rude and indifferent.

This attitude was consistent all through our stay, e.g. at breakfast, in the restaurant at dinner, and at check out. This property is billed as a 5 star hotel. I would rate it a 4 star. I live in Abu Dhabi and am comparing it to the 5 stars there. There was nothing really special about the “club” rooms. The view was of a run down hospital. The walls were thin and we could easily hear people in the hallways and dogs barking throughout the night. The staff was very friendly, and the Chinese restaurant was good. The bar was ok, but again, the staff was very good. The elevators were not connected so we’re not very efficient and 1 of 3 was out of order for the entire stay. It was clean and the rooms were nice, for a 4 star. The shower heads needed to be cleaned of hard water which made the spray uneven. The breakfast buffet was ok, not 5 stars though. Overall, if I was expecting a 4 star I would have been pleased. Since I was expecting a 5 star, it fell a bit short.

Why would he not redirect the call or tell them ? Never heard earlier . Room had a fridge but nothing in it , there was no shaving kit or comb. No room slippers. Had to ask for them. First thing i want to mention is that the rooms are falsely advertised on the websites. I was under the impression that i am getting a suite with a bedroom and a separate living area and small kitchenette with round dining table but what i got was a substandard room. Next morning after complaining they switched us to a little better room. I was still not very happy but we adjusted. Property is really old. The rooms were not up the 5 * standard. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Shower head broke and the handle came in my hand one day.
I got sick with all the dust and pollution in Delhi. My daughter's brought soup for me and we requested a bowl and a plate to be sent in our room but i was surprised when they said it will be charged Rs.300 to ur bill. This is certainly not a 5* hotel. 😥

Stay was OK. Check in is slow and despite leaving instructions at the time of check in that the second person will be coming in later, and writing his name also on the physical form that they have filled, when he arrived at the hotel, they said they have to speak with me, asked if I was using the room as single occupancy and whether he was just visiting or will be sharing the room..and on and on. When I asked the person to check the form, he was rude and said that his system shows as single occupancy and when I insisted, they then checked. I checked in late at 10:15 or so at night and then in 45 minutes post that, the hotel staff was knocking on my door asking if I was checking out!!!! Apparantly they should have gone to the floor above mine but came to my door instead. Ruined sleep for the night!!!!!

Overall everything was great. All the staff was very hospitable except I one restaurant staff was bit rude I thought . From the time he took our order to the serving
I noticed he having side conversations about us with others but ignore it then as well he did not take our order down correct one person meal was not served and he didn’t check if all orders are received. I had to ask another server to see where’s the food
That’s just one person with bad service but everyone one was very accommodating
