Beautiful hotel with terrible staff and service

The hotel is beautiful, but the service and staff is horrendous. The staff is rude and insolent. It ruined the experience for me.

we will stay again..

stayed one night, rooms are very specious, clean and confrotable, public area are very nice, very cosy and inviting. Spa at the hotel is great - enjoyed it treatment.
breakfast is very good. hotel is in middle of a beautiful forest, we loved the place.

Found bugs next to the beds. Hair in the towels. Linen is stained. Dirty everywhere. Literally everywhere, toothpaste and nail polish marks on the sink. And last but not least, the food is old and disgusting. Pls stay anyway!!

Our air conditioning didn’t work at night. Nobody was there to fix it or to change room. Couldn’t sleep at night, was too hot.
Breakfast was missing some elements like coffee beens for espresso or butter.

I liked the room, the facilities the breakfast the warmth and good hospitality and the message in the spa.
During the breakfast the replacement of salads when they are finished should be verified and done more often. I experienced salads finished when I got to them and not replaced through all of my breakfast.

It was okay. I had better expectations from Herbert Samuel chain and the price point.

What was strange was:
- Room was missing a number of amenities
- Check in at 16.00 and check out at 11.00 is odd, first time I have experienced that. Nice hotels typically have flexibility.

Overall it was okay and peaceful. Clean. Breakfast was great and the pool was nice. Only I had higher expectations from a higher priced hotel with a reputation.

The room was o.k. we were disappointed from the service...part of the hotel wes under construction. It really disturb. The room wasnt clean..the view is amazing but we expected for better . Doesnt worth the price

Dissapointment! The room was given late, wasn't clean enough and the kitchen was closed because of the health deppartment review, so we were given a basic and poor breakfast. When we asked for compensation we were offered breakfast in a coffee shop instead. This was not the right way to handle the situation!

Great hotel for a couples retreat

The boutique hotel offers top of the line comfort and quality. It’s quite, remote enough from the city but a 10 minute drive to restaurants and coffee shops. The food and drinks (also cocktails) at the hotel are priced extremely well which was a nice surprise. Overall a great stay, highly recommended, don’t think twice!

Bday vacation during Passover after COVID. Akram who is one of the staff members made sure our stay will be perfect! The hotel location is taking from a fairy tale in the woods. & the food is also great .

the place is very nice in a very nice location. place is in the forest .our only remark is as to maintenance- we had in our room few signes of wetness which were not taken care off.. all the rest was beautiful!!rooms are very big with nice balconies and very big and nice bathrooms!

Overall, a beautiful hotel in the woods with nice views and great accommodation.

The breakfast was one of the most lavish displays I have ever seen. There was no dinner at the restaurant the nights we were there, but the front desk made great recommendations and it was not a bad drive back to town.

The pool was great and people seemed to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The pool was only open 9-5, but I was able to sneak a swim in at the end of the day.

Very mediocre! Not worth the money spent!

Check in time on Saturday was at 06:00pm and check out time on Sunday was at 11:00am! When I asked for additional complimentary time at time of checking out, I was told that this thing is impossible, not even a half an hour.
Breakfast was very mediocre. A lot of things were missing or empty and only 1 staff member was there to ask for a refill.
Spa - Scheduled a spa treatment to 05:30 upon arrival, only that once I arrive to the hotel (earlier than expected...), I was told that my treatment is scheduled to 04:15pm! I didn't get any robe nor any dressing room to store my luggage and no one was at the spa's front desk when I arrived for nearly 25 minutes. The massage itself was very mediocre and although I got 20% discount as a hotel guest, the price was extremely expensive for the service I eventually got.
Gym - absolutely TERRIBLE! It seems like this facility is under renovation or something. It's located inside a tent in a separate facility. only treadmills and 2 or 3 free weights.
The rooms - The room I got was very spacious and clean.
Wifi - Terrible! Only around the lobby I got some service. I didn't get no service in my room or anywhere around the 1st floor.

Beautiful Resort in Breathtaking Galilean Hills

Gorgeous setting high in Galilean hills. Beautiful hiking and biking (though biking is challenging) right outside the resort. Rooms are extremely large and comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was bountiful Israeli buffet. The only downside is service seemed less than solicitous. And there was no dinner available. (We stayed Tuesday and Wednesday night in March, and apparently dinner is available only on weekends, at least at certain times of the year-- which was not made clear in the publicity we saw.) There was a substantial snack that was supposed to be available form mid-afternoon until 8:30, but it was the exact same both days, and the food was left out much of the afternoon and evening without replacement or replenishment, so they ran out of some items, bread and cake got stale, the hummus was an iffy proposition and the warm food was no longer warm.

Came with high expectations. Public rooms are charming. Bedrooms much less charming: run down and looked dirty. Except for one very helpful young man, service was generally not polite and inefficient. We had the distinct impression that we were bothering people by asking for anything E.g. that the television should work ( which it did not do during our entire stay).

Beautiful hotel in every way: location, grounds, facilities, common rooms and suites.
First class dining.
Some of the staff seemed to be inexperienced, but always tried their best.
Your own transportation is a great advantage, but taxis and local guides are available.

Excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. Tea table 24 hours a day.There was a problem in the bathroom in the room we had booked so we were upgraded immediately with no extra charge. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Very well located for touring to Safed, Rosh Pinna, Golan Heights.

Beautiful Surprise Hotel

I travel quite a bit around the world and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel was the best hotel I have stayed at in North Israel and loved the entire hotel. The settings are to die for, and I will be back here for sure next April. LOVE the hotel!
