This Hotel is amazing, even though the weather was not so great during my stay. Particularly for the service they provide is top notch. Special thanks to the staff Pravesh. I am being super stupud and left my laptop behind, Pravesh try his best to send it back to me and please review the picture. This shown how much they care about my property. The pacaging is even better than when I brought my laptop new. I will stay in this hotel again in my next visit to Nago

Not much parking close to the hotel, you may have to park in the open chain linked fenced lot across the 4 lane highway.

There are two buildings. I went to check in one but was told to go to the other.

Unfortunately my son wet the twin bed, but only got the cover and mattress cover wet. We left cover in floor hoping it would be replaced. It was still in the floor when we returned from the day’s excursions. Had to call front desk for new sheet.

Misleading pictures

There were two buildings: Main Tower & East Tower. The Main Tower is very old and not clean at all. Apparently, all the pictures on Expedia are the East Tower showing as Main Tower. My sister had a wedding right beside the hotel and hence we quite a few of our guests living there. The bed sheets were not clean either, we were getting rashes during the first night of stay. The view is nice but that's the only saving grace.

Too Beautiful Tour of Okinawa

It was my second trip to Okinawa, but it made me realize why Okinawa is called the Hawaiian of the Orient.
Okinawa had a beautiful sea and beach, people were friendly and everything was perfect.
Renting a rental car was good because I could look around every corner of the island.

Not value for money to stay in Resonex Nago

The room is spacious but the air conditioner did not function properly. It was really hot inside the room and when I asked for an electric fan from the front desk, the staff said he could adjust for me and it was alright for only the first day!
There is no water sports activities provided and it is a waste to reside in a hotel next to a beautiful beach but can't enjoy any water activities! The beach next to the hotel is really beautiful!
Besides it is inconvenience to enjoy the hot spring bath in the bext block even though it only costs ¥500!
Parking next to the east block is all the time full and need to park the car far away from the hotel!

Not for swimming!

Room-- good size but old;
Bed-- pillows lumpy and uncomfortable;
Dining choices-- poor, only one restaurant open in hotel and ramen shop across street was full of mosquitoes;
Food quality-- decent but same breakfast selections every day;
Location-- only one local bus an hour, so need car;
Beach-- this is the main reason I stayed here because the view is beautiful, but no swimming before 9 am, no swimming outside nets, no snorkeling inside nets (so no snorkeling unless you pay for a tour). If you break any of these rules you are harassed until you leave the water. Worst of all, school groups rent the facilities for the day and take over the beach, so you can't use it! Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn't use the beach while staying there;
Overall-- there is nothing special about Nago or this hotel, only stay here if you have a car and plan to visit the aquarium. Resonex Naha is very nice but Resonex Nago isn't anywhere near as nice.

the hotel is close to city of Nago, just 15 mins drive to the relatively busy street. The room itself is quite comfortable and spacious however, the hotel did not provide in room wifi, which is quite inconvenient for a tourist.

The view was fantastic and the room was a perfect size with all of the amenities. Wifi was only available downstairs in the lobby. The room was very humid and it didn't seem like the air conditioning was working which made it very difficult to sleep. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

海遊び用に水筒を持って行ったが、製氷機が使えなくて残念だった。
第二駐車場の場所、入り口がわかりにくかった。(現在のホテル名と、完全一致ではない看板が出ている、駐車場入り口にも、目印がない)
駐車料金は宿泊者はかからない。

バスルームのシャワーヘッドが割れていて水/お湯が漏れる、浴槽への蛇口が付いている壁が割れていて常時蛇口を固く締めても水がぽたぽた落ちていた。
水圧はよい。
タオルも清潔、無臭、ゴワゴワしない。

電熱コンロのミニキッチンがあった。
ミニ冷蔵庫はとても冷える．

エレベーターは2機あるが、少し待つ．
今回朝食はつけなかったのでわからない。

オーシャンビューはすばらしい。夜も静かで治安は良さそう。
専用ビーチに直行できる。ゴミも落ちていない。
湾なので波は穏やかで貝殻やサンゴ拾いをして楽しめる．

本部方面へ向かう道はUターンできない交差点が多く海沿いで曲がり損なうとリカバリーが難儀だが酷い渋滞もなく、気持ちよくドライブできた。

建物は年季が入っており、それなりに年数は感じますが「まあこんなものかな」と納得できる範囲内でした。
良かった点は、やはり海が見えるロケーションです。ただ、窓を開けて波の音を聞きながら休みたかったのですが、網戸がなかったので虫の侵入が気になり、結局閉め切ることになったのが残念です。網戸があればもっと快適だったと思います。
音に関しては、他の方の口コミにもあった通り、ボイラーのような稼働音が結構響きます。特に皆さんがお湯などを使っている時間帯は気になりました。音を気にせず景色を優先したい方には良い宿だと思います。

ホテルはすごく快適です。
東館は風呂も広く、ゆっくり滞在できました。
ライスセーバーも親切ですし、フロントスタッフも好感が持てます。
ただし、ベッドは固めなので苦手な人にはオススメしません。
車があれば不自由しませんがバス停も近くにあります。

場所は目的地に近くとても良かったです。ホテル自体は見晴らしもよくビーチも目の前でアクティビティもありました。1つ残念だったのが案内されたお部屋のソファーがボロボロで物凄い破れとシミが凄くてビックリしました。部屋自体は大きなキャリーバッグを広げられるほど広かったです。

初めての名護での宿泊でした。スタッフの応対が素晴らしく、大変リラックスして宿泊出来ました。
ホテルのビーチも小さいけれどキレイで、エレベーター直結で便利でした。
食事は朝食のみでしたが、品数の大変多いビュッフェ式で食べ過ぎてしまいました。もちろん、おいしかったです。
また、是非とも宿泊したいホテルでした。

有分不同館住宿，不過一開始訂房看不出是訂哪裡的房間，統一在本館1樓辦理入住，停車不收費，車位很多，有2區停車位，對於自駕的人很方便，海景房真的無敵，雖然設備老舊了點，不過整體來說房價含早餐真的CP值超高，有自己的海灘可以玩，很適合親子旅行

目の前が海で、さざ波が聞こえてきて、プライベートビーチまであってゆうことなし！すごくまったりできた。だが、ソファーのシミはなんとかしてほしい。
網戸がないので、虫が入ってくる。夜はさざ波を聞いていたかった。
部屋も広くてよかったが、なにか古臭い匂いがするのが殘念。
あと、交通が不便。近くに店も何もない。名護バスターミナルまでは送迎バスしてほしい。

少し施設が古いですが掃除はされているのできれいです。目の前が海なので景色は抜群に綺麗です。コロナ禍の影響で本館はずっと閉めていたらしく、お風呂の蛇口を捻ると茶色い水が出てきたのがきになりました。夕食、朝食は沖縄料理が多く満足するものでした。ドリンクコーナーが狭いところにあって人がいっぱいくると大変でした。

飯店本質是不錯的，只是有一些缺點，要去的人就自己斟酌考量囉

訂東館的房間，一開始本館的櫃臺竟然查不到訂房資料，令人煩惱了一下，擔心是不是被貿然取消了；還好後來查了10多分鐘另一位像是主管的人員出來幫忙查，終於查到了。管理上有點太老舊，本館和東館的訂房資料竟然無法同步連線查詢，有點兩光。另外，地點真的很偏僻，最近的超商要開車出去，約5 min車程，周遭也沒有其它住家及店面，第一晚剛到時又剛好是平日沒什麼人入住，覺得很黑有點可怕，還好浴室還不錯，床也還算好睡，加上又遇到在飯店工作的台中鄉親，後來的感覺有稍微扳回一城，飯店本質是不錯的，只是有上述一些缺點，要去的人就自己斟酌考量囉。

入住的是本館禁菸房，設施有點舊，地毯有些髒污，所以沒讓小孩在地上爬，小廚房也有點水垢，浴簾也有點小發霉，不過都不影響使用，但整體來說其實算住的滿舒適，海景VIEW真的很棒，員工也算滿親切，也有提供免費圍欄。早餐很簡單，但也還可以接受。飯店下方就是沙灘這點真的很不錯。

最上階の13階に泊まったが、エレベーターから部屋までが屋外で、雨や虫が入ってくる。
部屋の中に鍵を差さないと電気がつかない仕組みで、夕方部屋に帰ると西陽が入り部屋がものすごく暑い。
眺望は最高で綺麗な海を遠くまで眺められる。夕日も綺麗でロケーションは最高。
アクティビティ疲れて大浴場へ行きたくても、21時までしかやっておらず、近場に食事処もないので、利用できなかった。

部屋ではないお風呂もありますが終了時間が21時半で受付が終わってしまい夕食などで遅めの帰宅をした時など入れないのでとても残念に思います。

ロケーション最高！2019年7月中旬に親の還暦旅行で訪れました。
夏休み前でしたがお客さんは日本人と外国人が半々な印象で、ビーチにいる人も6組くらいであまり多くなく、プライべートビーチのようでした。頼めば、ホテル経由でマリンスポーツや出張マッサージなどもできるようでした。連泊の場合はお部屋の掃除を辞退すると500円クーポンがもらえるキャンペーンがありました。今回2泊2部屋分で1000円分もらえて売店でちょっとしたものが買えてラッキーでした。（新しいタオルはフロントで申し出ればもらえます）
スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でよかったです。
お手頃価格なのにリゾート感を満喫できて大満足でした。
