I was horrified by our room when I check in. The carpet was gross with so many stains. It was not at all what the pictures looked like.
Staff at front desk were not nice. Strictly business. I showed up at 1:30 after a long travel day only to be told, check in is at 3:00. The hotel was empty, they were not busy.
I left my bags and came back at 3:00.
I would never stay here again and definitely can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed on the top floor and it was quiet with great views. The breakfast was pretty good with eggs, yogurt and pastries every day as well as Japanese food. The staff were reliable - brought fresh towels and took our trash every day.

adequate old style Japanese hotel.

the room is spacious and clean, and the location great - lawson next foor and a family-friendly beach in front. an amazing restaurant, Yukino, behind the hotel.

to note: check in time is very strict at 3pm. even if we have a 4 year old travelling with us who needed a nap, the charged us extra for checking in at 1:30pm.

First the bed was hard as a rock. Two hotel looks like something fogotten in time and not in a good way. People were hanging clothes outside their rooms to dry making it look even worse. At least it is close to a lot of stuff.

It's a good hotel. The only two problems are.
1. The aircon not so good. It's already on 20st but still hot. I'm Sweeting while sleeping. They gave electric fan once I complete.
2. The bed are hard.

The staff asked us if we would like to upgrade the hotel room upon check in and it was a good deal. They also try to minimize daily cleaning and changing towels. I like that idea! Staff were always friendly and polite. Would like to stay here again soon!

There is a clean and safe beach right across from the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I stayed in an Executive Oceanview room with my family. Very quiet and super clean. We were all happy that we stayed in this hotel to celebrate my son's birthday. Will come back again.

Great stay in Nago!

Very clean property as they took extra measures aimed at stopping covid-19. Very comfortable overall(mattresses were like every other hotel we’ve stayed in here) and good location. Executive twin for 3 was plenty big for the 4 of us(2 adults & 2 kids)

may consider painting the skylight steel roof trusses of the central courtyard dining area of the hotel as I spotted some rust at the joint when I look down from the corridor. Seaview facing, quiet. very near 5min walk to Nago bus terminal

Nice meeting area

It was so nice that they let us use the nice And big desk for our academic meeting all morning at free of charge.
We just needed to fill out the paper. But it was not written on the web page, so we rented Nago kominkan meeting room the previous night. On the web page, they said that we could use the meeting room with a rather expensive charge. It would be nicer if they could state their wonderful service more in detail.

We loved this hotel!! The staff at reception were very friendly and spoke amazing English! The breakfast was varied and delicious! Our room was stunning, a giant bed with incredible views of the sea. There was a large amount of free parking available for the guests. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within driving distance. A wonderful base to explore Okinawa from! Cannot recommend enough!

Stayed 5 nights and hotel was very clean and comfy. Staff was very approachable and helpful. Check-in was fuss free. However room is extremely small to place 2 big luggages, so there is the tendency to keep knocking into things. Hotel breakfast was pretty limited and repeated. I will recommend for a short duration stay here!

行李都只能一個個打開，不能同時間打開。

The hotel is in general a little bit outdated (main building). but the room was clean and the size okay. i had a room with sea view which was a big plus. parking was free and i enjoyed a morning swim at the nearby beach during sunrise. i didn’t go for the breakfast but got some stuff from nearby konbini.
