Fantastic customer service from the hotel reservations team. Our flight was delayed for a day and the hotel was so accommodating to waive the cancellation charges for the 1st night. I would highly recommend this hotel just for this point.

The beach is in front of the hotel, and the hotel has the marine activity counter, which we found it was so convenient. Also the hotel was running a small summer fair on the ground floor, and my 7 years old enjoyed it. We would like to come back to this hotel again.

Pro - had a lovely accommodation of flowers that really lasted our whole stay, and the champagne was pretty good. (This was a special request for arrival).

Pro- had a great view of the beach.

Pro - shower water got nice and hot.

Con - water pressure kind of sucked.

Con - beds aged my back about 20 years it was extra firm, need better pillows also.

Con - no microwave in room.

Con - no pool available, pool was full of storage supplies.

Pro- had a good snorkeling/swimming area

Con- not much around walking distance (few close restaurants and a family mart close by).

Pro - far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close to do things if you have a car.

Overall, stay was 3.5/5. The room had a smell as soon as we walked in (probably from it just being humid so the AC needed to stay on to keep that smell at bay. Pool def not available, wasn’t aware of this when we booked and also they didn’t tell us when we arrived - could have offered a discount because of that. You have to rent the lounges on the beach (really should just be complimentary if staying at the hotel).

Would we stay at this hotel again, probably not but it was sufficient for what we needed this time around. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this property! They've got a great little beach and some fun areas to play in. Did parasailing with Marine Club Berry—an incredible experience! The staff at the hotel were all so nice. Location great—about 10 min from Nago proper so it felt secluded in a good way. Super quiet at night so slept like a baby. Definitely stay again. Really reasonable in mid-May, also.

Absolutely beautiful beach. I was bummed we only booked one night here, but I will definitely be back. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. We even had a patio, which was a huge bonus.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, I had an ocean view room and the view was fantastic. There aren’t a lot of dinner options close to the hotel but it is out of the congestion of Naha and is very relaxing, and relatively close to the aquarium and a number of other attractions.

I booked the hotel hoping we can do water activities on the beach . But the Marin center said it was booked out by school tours . However I never saw anyone doing any water activities during my stay . I guess the waves were too big . There was a red flag and no swimming sign there .

I guess it is not the hotels fault for not permitting swimming . But it was disappointing. For dinner there was only one restaurant in the hotel you can go to . Otherwise you have to walk in darkness to other restaurants outside . I guess if you have a car , it will be easier

The hotel itself is bit old , not modern and new . But the ocean view was nice .

Property wasn't very friendly for checking in early. Main attraction was the on site beach but you can't use tent. Staff said we can use tent outside of the marked area only to tell us we cant swim there 15 later but we can clearly see 2 other couples that required a further walk and he didn't other telling them the same thing.

Felt like we were getting north America service in Japan...

The room I stay ( 8th floor ) is very spacious and have a wonderful ocean view. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, food is delicious and staff are friendly, helpful and provide excellent service, this hotel is so far the best hotel I ever stay for now.

Enjoyed our 2-night's stay at this hotel during our road trip up north. All of their rooms are ocean view facing Kise Beach and the breathtaking Nago Bay. Parking is complimentary and they have 3 additional overflow lots nearby should the main lot becomes full. A couple of dining options and a FamilyMart are in walking distance, and some a short drive away. Morning buffet was plentiful and delicious.

Their website, as well as printed literature in their rooms explicitly states that their private beach, beach activities, and their pool would be open through October 31st. We arrived at the hotel on October 22nd to be told that we could not swim at their private beach, no beach activities were available, and the pool was empty and being used for storage. All despite it being 85 degrees outside with calm and beautiful waters. Upon request, they refused any sort of refund, all while admitting they sold me a room under fraudulent pretenses. The funny thing is, there was a gigantic group of a couple hundred high school aged kids staying at the hotel who were permitted to swim at the beach, and had exclusive access to beach activities. I would expect something like this in other countries I have visited, but not Japan. Disgraceful.

Good location between airport and northern national park area. Clean spacious rooms. Ample toiletries. Was disappointed that beach chairs cost extra. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Good area away from bigger towns but not too far. Air conditioner was good and powerful. Great view from balcony. No water provided but lots of drink options at the gift shop and basement vending machines. Detergent was provided at coin laundry which was very convenient. Bring dryer sheets if you need them.

Parking is always overflowed but they have other parking spaces nearby. Beach is ok, we see better views than this one. We didn’t actually sit on the beach because it was not my expectation. Room is newly renovated. Budget was good. Depends on your need, this hotel is ok. The pictures of the hotel outlook show a little bit more white than it actually looks. It is more like creamy color. Staffs are friendly and helpful. :)

Very nice n helpful staff. The view from the room was beautiful n I loved the sound of waves. The room n the bathroom was really nice and clean, but I don’t think it’s necessary to have a glass wall(to see the view) between the room and the bathroom. enjoyed the stay so much. We extended one more day.

I think that that it’s overpriced for what you really get. Doesn’t mention that their pool is out of order prior to booking which was one of the selling points as our kids were excited to use the pool after spending majority of our trip at the beach. I think the only positives this hotel has to offer is their buffet breakfast is decent and their staff we dealt with were nice esp the ladies at the outdoor activity station. Needs some renovation work done and price to reflect the true condition of the hotel.

Except for the loop music that repeats every minute (I’m a musician so I’m sensitive to sounds around me) in the 10F restaurant, everything was great. I suggest though that during this pandemic, especially when the restaurant gets crowded, they should open the windows instead of using the air conditioner.

I only liked the beach. Everything is super expensive compare to other places. There are extra fees for everything I try to do even breakfast which was included in my reservation but I had to pay extra at the hotel. The room is quiet but there is something dripping water and you can hear that all night long and wake you up so many times.

Nothing to complain about but didn't blow my mind

Nice place right next to beach unfortunately during winter no access to pool - and from looking at it seems like it would need an upgrade anyway.
Other than that the breakfast buffet was okay only but given they only charge around 10 for it I guess price - value is there. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we had ocean view . They also provided a crib for the baby but that one was a bit shaky.

Good location for sightseeing in Nago.

The location was ideal for our trip, as we went to a number of parks with our daughter and I photographed the nature in Nago.

The floor in our room was a little dirty, as it seemed previous guests may have worn shoes in the room. However, that’s nothing out of the usual for a hotel, I suppose.

The view from our room was great and the shop in the lobby was convenient. The breakfast had a nice selection of both western and Japanese food, so anyone can enjoy it.

The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

I would definitely stay here again on a second visit to the area.

This hotel has a beautiful view of the water. Once you step into the hotel lobby, you are greeted with an excellent view of the sea.

The front desk staff is very polite and handles the check-in and out efficiently. The rooms are huge and spacious and the balcony provides a great view into the bay. Its location is also a great one for us to reach Nago's attractions easily, all within a 40minutes drive. There are nearby food places that provides great food!

This is a great hotel to base out of for one who is visiting the mid to northern part of Okinawa. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside is that during winter, the sea is off-limits for swimming, The pool is also closed. However, the water is so cold, I doubt anyone would want to really swim during winter.

No regrets in choosing this hotel.

Good value for money, but rent a car!

We had a nice time in the beach palace. Stayed for 2 nights and checked out the aquarium and local yakiniku place (highly recommend the one opposite the Best Western!)

All in all, the hotel was good value for money and comfortable. We did not have the breakfast or use the beach.

Only tip: figure out how to use the air-condition. It was hard to operate for us without knowing Japanese but we didn't bother to ask for help.. So the room got a bit cold!

This was our honeymoon, and it was the only hotel on our trip that didn't care. No special attention or even a simple congratulations. Maybe we were too spoiled in other hotels previously, but it felt really underwhelming.
You need to pay for pretty much everything, sun loungers, beach towels... Not allowed to swim in the sea after 6pm???

The only good sides were the view, which was wonderful, and the breakfast. It was absolutely fantastic, delicious and varied (mango butter on waffles!!)

Overall a bit disappointed :(

The hotel is at a nice and quiet area, with a number of restaurants nearby. The airporrt limousine bus has a stop at this hotel which is convenient to come from the airport and also to Churaumi Aquarium. The room is large and very comfortable. Breakfast is great with a good spread. However, the swimming pool is small and we need to pay for thr use of towels.

Love this place!

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love that every room has a balcony and ocean view. Rooms are very nice and clean, with plenty of space for the 4 of us(me, wife, kids 9 & 4) to move around. Bathroom wasn’t huge but not cramped either. Tub was big with detachable shower head that pushed great water pressure. Couldn’t hear other rooms while inside ours, which is good. We had 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts in their buffet restaurant, which is really good but closed for dinner on Sunday. Plenty of other options in the area as well as 10-15 minutes up the road. Only complaint is how hard the beds are, but that’s no different from every other hotel I’ve been to over here. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially at check in with my limited Japanese speaking ability. We highly recommend this place to all!

OK, But Rent a Car, Watch out Additional Charges

The place was nice, right on the beach,
You had to pay for everything though, the cheers on the beach, the bath towels and even to sit down and have a meal,375 yen each even though the meals were higher than normal.
We could not rent a car as we did not have an international licence and there was nothing to do around there and no decent restarants, happily there was a Lawsons close by, also there were no tours from Nago which is more than 2 hours from Naha the airport, I would not go again

The location of this hotel is very convenient - right on the beach and also near a bus stop. But it was disappointing that almost zero staff members spoke English. This being the case, it was not the most accommodating situation at times when I had questions or needed assistance.
