I’m very upset with this hotel. I tried contacting them all day Friday with no response. Even went through hotel.com to try and send an email about changing out date. There was no refund but my dates got changed and I could not stay the 5th.

This is my family's second visit to this hotel and we choose to stay in the trailer home because of my kid. Last time its full and we just stayed in block B regular twin room. He was very excited when enter the trailer home and its really gave him lots of fun especially the bunk bed.
The fixture of the trailer home is 100% US style with the crouch bed and kitchen, which is not quite useful in here. These can be remove to gives extra space for open luggage or something else. There are also two sink in the small trailer which also not necessary. But all these fixture do help to provide the atmosphere of staying in motor home.
The real problem we encounter is the cleanliness of the room, its quite smelly when we enter the room and seems someone had been smoking inside the room. The bedding (especially the bunk bed) are quite smelly, I guess need to remove them to wash and dry under sunlight to keep it fresh and clean.
Overall, its still a facility we will return when the price is right. Please help to maintain it nice and clean.

コテージに泊まりましたが、ホテルと違い靴を脱いで過ごせるのが最高。広さも十分で、車も部屋の前に置けるので移動がスムーズでした。

恩納村のリゾートホテルをイメージするとがっかりすると思いますが、手作り感の高いコテージに安く宿泊し、あちこち行くという使い方であれば、これほどコスパの高い宿はないと思います。隣接するコンビニの存在は貴重です。また、室内の注意喚起として「虫がいる」と記載がありましたが、私が滞在した際に虫に悩まされることはなかったです。強いてマイナス面を挙げるとすれば、目の前が海ですが、林があってまっすぐ海へむかえません。遠回りして5〜6分程度歩くことになります。
