Staff were excellent, rooms were huge and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a good three night stay. However, it definitely didn’t feel like a five star hotel. The hotel is very dated and the decor needs an update. This part was disappointing. Breakfast was okay, there plenty of options.

I would recommend this facility

Our stay offered excellent value. The room was big and comfortable, the indoor pool came with a jacuzzi, the private beach is beautiful and the breakfast buffet offered a wide spread. Service was wonderful.

Perfect and wonderful

Wonderful, everything is super, room is big too. We had a good time there. Too bad we only stayed 1 night. The pool side BBQ is super. Meat is the top quality but taste good and they serve in a very special way. Pizza is also included in the menu and we baked by ourself. We had a wonderful evening. Will visit again.

The property and staff was nice, however there were limited activities, and it was not convenient for sightseeing. Getting a taxi is difficult and expensive if you want to see Naha. This is very nice for relaxation and if you do not care to see the island.

Stunning view, walking distance to a few dinning options, beach and water activities are just across the road. The deco may a bit outdated but room is big and clean. Staffs are all very friendly and professional.
Breakfast buffet has lots of options and all food are well labelled. Even my son with multiple allergies can have a lot of choices.

We loved how friendly every staff member was. They were incredibly helpful. It was probably the best experience we've ever had at a resort in terms of staff and facilities. Unfortunately it was far to get to if you don't have a car and transportation can get pricey. There is also not a lot of restaurants around. If you like nightlife, this area is not for you. We had a poolside BBQ and it was fun and the food was great. There was a ton of options for breakfast
and it was quite tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

What a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The room was huge, clean and had an incredible view. The pictures do not do it justice. The breakfast incredible with so many choices. It was January so we did not get use the outdoor pool. The location was nice for exploring northern Okinawa. Staff were very nice, helpful and efficient. We highly recommend this hotel.

My one week stay at this hotel was phenomenal. The staff and service were top notch and I felt well taken care of. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I liked how I was able to use the facilities at their sister hotel, which is connected by a bridge. They had an onsen, convenience store, a glass blowing workshop, and it sits right next to a forest trail. The highlight of my trip was the breakfast buffet. I was able to try many different Okinawan dishes, as well as made to order omelettes and French press coffee. The french toast is a must eat! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed two nights on the 6th floor. Very friendly staff. Quick check-in. Free valet parking. Spacious room with a large bathroom (shower and tub). Large, soft pillows on the beds. Small but cozy balcony with nice view facing west. Excellent breakfast! The two pools in this building are a little small, but the adjacent building has larger pools and even an onsen and more dining options (guests can access both buildings). Would gladly stay there again!

It was our second time to stay in about 4 years. It was very nice and the service was quick and friendly. The check-in time improved (but maybe due to fewer people). Its great that the pools were open till 10:00PM (but outside pool was just too cold to enjoy.) The pool by the beach was warmer. Room was big and clean with a good view. Its very good having access to the facilities at the larger hotel next door. If you are looking for a good restaurant try Sea Breeze down by the beach.

Beautiful hotel with access to amenities

Really nice hotel tucked up in the hill next to the beach with two other “partner” hotels that also provide an onsen and beach access. A shuttle runs between them for convenience and two of the hotels are connected with a walkway. Staff are great, valet parking was provided free of charge, and the breakfast was divine. Wonderful stay!

Best hotel experience by far! Should get 10 stars!

There's a reason this hotel is a world class award winner! Waaaaaaaay beyond my expectations as far as the stunning and massive room with a beautiful ocean view, Wonderful service complete with valet parking, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, delicious food, the breakfast was excellent and the neighboring hotel had some good affordable options. The decor and landscaping were stunning as well. Only gripe is that the pool closed way to early (5pm for outdoor!! And 7pm for indoor) and the beach was useless in lowtide (basically all daylight hours) except for hiking around the tide pools. We found a reasonably priced dive shop a 30 minute drive away to get in some snorkeling at the blue cave. Otherwise the beach would have been a NG.

It was our wedding anniversary. Staff upgraded our room. Location is great, and morning buffet was excellent. Spa and massage was great too! Only negative thing I can think of is the beach was not as good as others we visited. However if you have a car to get around this is not a problem. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for the excellent stay!!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the breakfast. The room interior and view were absolutely amazing. Disappointing was that the chairs next to the pool and the pool itself were quite dirty for a Spa Resort. And we paid a lot, and still had to pay extra for massage or simply go to the hot bath. Since the stay itself is very expensive, things like spa etc. should be included. The free shuttle is down to the beach was very nice and I he service super friendly! Rooms were absolutely clean!

Extremely pleased with my 3 night stay here, everything was perfect! Service was great (especially the valets who were always prompt and courteous), rooms were extremely clean and really spacious, amenities were well stocked (and by L’occitane!), baby cot had a cute design and the view from balcony was of the ocean. The gym (fitness centre) was one of the best out of all the hotel gym we’ve visited, and the buffet breakfast was top notch - the menu was different daily and the quality of food was fantastic. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Not too friendly for family with baby

For family travelling with an infant,

In general, the hotel is good with super friendly staff especially the parking staff, it is the service and staff that made us feel like home.

Although we can see that the hotel is renovated in recent time but the room design is not friendly for family travelling with baby. First of all, the bathroom has insufficient hook or rack for towel, especially when you have a baby you have lots to hang. Secondly, the sliding door is so noisy and is not smooth. Third, they gave us a wooden bed at first but cannot help us to adjust the height of bad, then they give us a fabric winnie the pooh bed but with lots of moulds on the bed edge which is unacceptable to health of child.

The breakfast is good and staff is friendly. There is also LAWSON closeby.

When I booked the stay, I wasn't told that during our stay the electric is switched off for 4 hrs a day. We had no spa, lift, air conditioning or light or electricity in the room or hotel.. there was a tropical storm during our stay so we couldn't go out of the hotel.. I would not have booked this resort if I had known . Not a good stay at all

편의점이 관내에 없고 옆건물에 있다.
해변을 통째로 부지를 쓰는거 같고, 따로 돈 안내고 셔틀타고 해변에 들어가서 놀수 있다. 카리유시 5성급만 있는 서비스이므로 잘 알고 가야함. 바다에 코인로커 있어서 동전 따로 준비하면 더 좋음. 일단 밥이 예술이고 너무 맛있으며 경치가 너무 끝내줌. 5성급 카리유시는 고객층이 달라서 조용하고 편하다. 옆 건물은 가족형 타이프라 아이들이나 애완견 등등 있고 그 안에 1층에 편의점 있음. 해변 슬리퍼 가격이 꽤 나가거나 원하는 제품이 없을수 있으므로 따로 준비해오자.

スタッフの皆様の対応がとても素晴らしく、滞在中は終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。笑顔で丁寧に接してくださり、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。

朝食もとても充実しており、沖縄料理がふんだんに用意されていて朝から沖縄らしさをしっかり楽しめました。どの料理も美味しく、つい食べ過ぎてしまうほど満足度の高い内容でした。

お部屋もとても清潔で快適。バルコニーから海を眺めることができ、リゾートらしい贅沢な時間を過ごせました。

館内ショップで購入した箸置きと小皿もとても綺麗で、旅の良い思い出になりました。デザインも素敵で、買って本当に良かったと思えるお気に入りです。

スタッフの対応、施設、食事すべてにおいて大満足の滞在でした。沖縄に来る際はぜひまた利用したいと思います。
