優點:渡假屋感覺，屋子新;空間充裕，樓下是起居室、飯廳、廚房、浴室、洗手間，樓上有三間房、六張單人牀、一個洗手間;車位充足，就在屋前;電器、傢俱、廚房設備尚算齊全。
缺點:地方偏遠，不能以電話號碼或mapcode輸入GPS;入住時收到access guide (PDF)，但未有說明key box的打開方法或鎖匙就藏在key box內，隨後隔鄰的台灣同胞入住時也遇到同一個問題，我們幫忙解決;廚房器具沒有清潔乾淨，我們要重新清潔才敢用，微波爐、多士爐內都有之前的食物殘渣;浴室內body soap的樽蓋爛了，清潔人員似乎未有察覺，我用的時候把它解下，check out後工作人员發電郵來追問，言語中帶有責備之意，感覺被屈！

房子很好，但辦理入住的經驗太糟糕
房子很新，設備很齊全，整潔度也算不錯。但辦理入住時的經驗實在太糟糕。當日晚間到達民宿時發現預定的房子竟然已經有人入住，和民宿店家聯繫他們也完全狀況外，一開始先叫我到另外一間，結果另外一間也有人住了，店家完全不清楚哪間房已有入住的樣子。全家大小一行六人在漆黑的戶外提著大包小包的行李、饑餓交迫等了一個多小時。因為店家一直讓我們枯等，等待期間只好打國際電話求助hotels.com，經過一番折騰，最後說是因為其他房客入住錯誤才造成我們無法check in原本預定的房型，過了一個多小時才安排到其他的房間(新換的房型比較便宜一些，但店家說價錢差不多不願意退價差)。此次事件（出租方將預訂的房間誤給了其他客人），我方損失了等待時間（近2小時）及國際電話費（10多分鐘），精神上損失我不予計較，但里歐拉恩納渡假村及 Hotel. Com是否要研擬一個補償方案，才合理呢？

ホテルと下請けの清掃会社どちらもそのような対応で本当に酷かったです。
旅行の初日の夕方からと次の日の待ちぼうけの時間とかなりの時間を無駄にしました。
タオルも車を走らせわざわざ夜中に買いに走りました。

房子是新房子，走路20分鐘可以到達便利店。有下面幾個地方不足：1、床品是窩夫格狀織物，貼身蓋在身上很不舒服，而且貼近聞到一股淡淡的臭味。床底下發現一個空的飲料瓶，這是在日本旅行第一次發現床底下有垃圾的。2、餐櫥櫃里外都發霉了，抽屜筷子也是發霉的，電飯鍋沒洗乾淨，所以我們7天都沒煮飯。3、3個房間之中，只有主人房的衣櫃裡有一根掛衣服的竿，其他房間的衣櫃沒有，衣服不夠地方掛。
