Sehr ungepflegtes Haus. TV ging gar nicht, Golf Simulator und Fitness einfach komplett zu. Viele Dinge die nicht repariert wurden. Habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Immerhin günstig und gratis Getränke in der Minibar.

Die grosszügigen, renovierten Zimmer sind schön & modern eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten!!! Das Hotel liegt ansonsten sehr ruhig u. grenzt an einem Waldrand. Zum Zentum & Marktplatz Freudenstadt sind es (zu Fuss ca. 20-25 Min.) ca. 2 km. - Anreise mit Pkw allg. vorteilhaft.

Sensationell waren die beiden Menschen an der Rezeption (eine jüngere Frau und ein Mann). Diese verdienen eigentlich 6 Sterne. Dann hört es leider schon auf. Man kann das Hotel mit einem \"Lost Place\" betiteln. Löcher in der Aussenfassade, ausgebrannte Autos in der Tiefgarage, Wasserschäden im Fitnessraum, dortige Geräte defekt, Saunabereich zugestellt, Alarmknopf in der Sauna Fehlanzeige...! Ich könnte noch etliche Mängel aufzählen. Ich denke, dass dieses Hotel so nicht mehr lange existieren wird.

Belle chambre mais pas de possibilité de réglage de la température. Pb il faisait 30 °C dehors et autant dans la chambre et il n'y a pas moyen de régler la clim (existe' t'elle ? je n'ai pas trouvé de bouche de ventilation)
nuit avec plus de 25° dans la chambre et réveil par la chaleur car le soleil tapait dur (coté est) et la temperature est rapidement monté.
En temps (érature) normale ca doit être mieux mais en période de forte chaleur il vaux mieux éviter cet hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist schön aber der Zustand des Hotels ist nicht so toll. Ich war schon öfter dort, einmal hab es kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen, zwei mal tat der Fehrsehr nicht oder nicht richtig und einmal hat die Decke im Bett fürchterlich gestunken. Was positiv ist das dass Zimmer günstig ist. Da kann man nicht meckern allerdings für das Auto fallen 10€ pro Tag an. Ich denke es fehlt ein bisschen liebe zum Detail im Haus.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Kapotte douche, stoffig bed, vieze badkamer, verstopt water tijdens het baden. Koelkast maakt veel lawaai. Stinkende parkeerplaats! Het was een tussenstop tijdens onze lange autorit, helaas konden we niet goed uitslapen vanwege het stof. We hebben de hele nacht gehoest. (Geen receptie na 23.00 uur). Spijt van mijn boeking hier.

Das frühstück war ok bis auf das Butter welches seit 11.2.25 abgelaufen war. ( seit einer Woche).
Insgesamt sehr ungepflegt und veraltet.

Positiv waren die kostenlosen Getränke im Foyer und auf dem Zimmer. Cola und Wasser. Aber der Flaschenöffner fehlte 😅.

Leider ist das im Grunde sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Hotel nicht wirklich gepflegt. Möbel wirken abgeranzt, Heizungen funktionieren nicht richtig, Fenster sind undicht, niemand hat Zeit Eis in der Einfahrt zu entfernen (Original- Aussage des Rezeptionisten, als unsere Tochter ausgerutscht ist). Kurzum: Hier wird am Personal gespart.

Dormero war eine Überraschung!
Das Hotel ist von Außen nicht einladend. Das Parking und der Zugang zum Hotel sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Der Eingang mit der Drehtür ist dunkel und ramponiert. Der Eingang innen sieht aus wie eine Spielhöhle und wirkt kühl. Die Aufzüge haben überall Dellen, wahrscheinlich, weil sie klein sind. Aber die Zimmer sind top! Groß, geräumig, mit Schränken ! , einem riesigen supergemütlichen Bett, großem Fernseher. Die Badewanne/Dusche ist schwer zu benützen, da die Glastrennwand aus den Scharnieren droht rauszuspringen und der Abstand zwischen ihr und dem Waschbecken sehr sehr klein ist. Also für ältere Gäste (wie wir) sogar eine große Sturz und Rutschgefahr.
Der schwarze Heizkörper war dick mit Staub bedeckt, das ist das einzige an Sauberkeit zu bemängeln.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück waren nur ein paar wenige nett. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. An sich ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es scheint keine richtige Führung zu geben z.B. könnte mal wieder der Hof gefegt werden. Man sieht, dass das Hotel schon mal weit aus besser Zeiten erlebt hat.

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand in der Nähe von malerischen Orten mit Wald- und Bergblick. Das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und bereit, jedes Problem zu lösen. Im Grunde war alles nach unserem Geschmack. Es ist sauber und ruhig. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell.

Das Hotel ist runtergekommen. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren zerrissen und an den Stühlen war der Bezug teilweise abgeplatzt. Es gab einen Raum mit Golfsimulator der lt. Rezeption nicht funktioniert. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bereich der Lobby und des Restaurant ist furchtbar dunkel, det Einrichtibgsstil ist gefühlt seit den 90iger Jahren nicht mehr ausgewertet wortet. Sehr befremdlich waren das riesige Terrarium mit einem großen Leguan und einem gläserner Raum für ein Eichhörnchen in der Lobby. Sie beschreiben sich als tierfreundlich, tierfreundlich wäre es aber, diese Tiere Artgerecht gar nicht in einem dunklen Hotel zu halten.
Beim Zimmer kann man die Matratzen und Bettwäsche positiv bewerten. Ansonsten ist auch hier die Einrichtung veraltet und tlw. sehr kaputt. Wir haben noch Erdnüsse am Boden im Zimmer gefunden.

Wir kommen immer gerne in dieses Hotel, wenn wir in Freudenstadt sind. Völlig unkomplizierte Anmeldung, das Personal ist sehr nett. Alles wird bei der Anmeldung erledigt und bezahlt. Die Abreise gestaltet sich ähnnlich unkompliziert. Schlüssel in den Kasten und das war's. Keine Wartezeiten.

Der Lift funktioniert nur aufwärts aber nicht abwärts.Wir haben dann die Treppe genommen, leider war es im Hotel sehr schmuddlig, das Treppenhaus total dreckig.Monate nichts gemacht.Der Frühstücksraum sehr dunkel.Ich kam 9h morgens zum Frühstück.Es gab nur noch 2Croissant.Mehr gab es keine mehr obwohl bis 10h Frühstück ist.Die Angestellten waren freundlich.

Godt hotel med skøn beliggenhed
Hotellet var et første stop på en 2-dages køretur på mc gennem schwarzwald. Vi kom højt til tops og mødte en meget venlig og serviceminded receptionist. Hotellet ligner udefra en 80’er boligblok, men værelset var bare tip top. Stort og lyst. Kan absolut anbefales. Og ca. 10-15 min. gang til byen med flere spisemuligheder.

I also don't liked the design with the red/white and black and some of the Informations for example the floorprint in the elevator that sayed something like \"nicht abstürzen\" and showed the depth of the elevator.

The beds are gond but the shower had still two old knobs to adjust the heat and even if you found you temperature it changed all the time afterwards and pretty quick.
The room was quite hot even if it wasn't that hot outside on that day so we kept the window fully open all night?
At night (2:40 ) someone in the isle in front of our room was screaming for a long time. It was pretty creepy.

- Hotelmanager, Mr. Kohl, was terrific and helped in any way he could all the time.
- The room was quite spacious and modern with a huge tv and nice beds.
Bad things:
- The hotel is ghost-like just out of a horror-movie. Almost no guests, and the bar wasn’t open - not even during the weekends
- The outside area seems very rundown. Looks as if it hasn’t had maintenance for a couple of years.
- Quite a long way from the citycentre. You absolutely need to have a car to stay here.
- No restaurant, which isn’t so convenient, when the hotel is so far from everything.
