The Hotel was as described and the room was lovely and warm. As we had had a very long drive, and a two hour delay due to a tunnel closure, it was a welcome sight. We decided to eat in the Hotel and food was ok as we were hungry and tired. Bed and bedding very comfortable and slept really well. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and polite.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist on our arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable. The morning receptionist was also very pleasant. I thought the breakfast was a little expensive, but it was very varied and plentiful.We used this as a stop over on our way from Spain and will certainly be using it again.

It's no longer a Campernile Hotel..no restaurant!
Motorcycle holiday, booked it as a Campernile with an onsite restaurant. We got there to find it's no longer a Campernile, even though we were told this on booking and the signs are still up outside!
Consequently they no longer have an on site restaurant and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The only option unless you drive several miles is to eat at the hotel next door. This was terrible and overpriced with slow service and awful staff.
The bathroom was filthy with stains on the wall that I'd rather not dwell on and the sheets also had a stain on.
I wouldn't book this place ever again and I'd suggest you sleep in your car or move on down the road as it was a waste of time and money. A prime example of how badly the French can be at customer service.

Good points - friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location, easy to find. Luckily near to another hotel whose restaurant was open in the evening.
Bad points - (1) no restaurant facility at night on this trip. This was a great shame since I had actually chosen this hotel on the basis that the restaurant would be open. (2) the room key was obviously broken (plastic card which was cracked in two places) and did not work and we had to go back down to reception to get it sorted out. This was done quickly enough but shouldn't happen.

Manager did everything he could with poor equipment. Asked for an extension lead for the bedroom which should have been electrically condemned. Rooms were of poor quality and in desperate need of redecoration.

Exactly what I expect from a Campanile
This wasn't the best hotel we stayed in during our trip by any means, but we knew when we booked that we were booking a Campanile. We are familiar with the Campanile brand and we got exactly what we expected.
Rating is against what we would consider to be a reasonable expectation of a 2 star hotel - and against those standards it is excellent. If I measured it against the standards I expect of a higher class hotel, it would, of course, have scored somewhat lower.

La chambre était dans un état déplorable ! Je pense que deux étoiles c’est trop ! 70€ la nuit ça vaut 40€ max ! La literie un enfer !La salle de bain dans un état lamentable ( traces d’urine sur les murs , après vous verrez les photos en dessous !)La terrasse du petit déjeuner désastreuse !! A pour info là bas le week-ends dure 3 jours !! Samedi dimanche et lundi ! Ne vous fiez pas au horaires du petit déjeuner vue sur la télévision dans la chambre ! Une grosse déception ! Dernière fois que nous y mettons les pieds ! Apparemment le patron à quitter le restaurant pour retrouver son amant en Thaïlande ( détail qui ne nous concerne pas du tout comme réponse aux commentaires que nous avons fait sur l’état de la chambre ! ) bref je ne recommande pas du tout !

Tres bruyant mal dormi
Le personnel de l accueil et du restaurant super. Malheureusement ça ne suffira pas pour que je revienne. J'étais en déplacement professionnel je me levais très tôt je eu beaucoup de mal a dormir alors que j'avais des boules quies. Les murs sont très fins j'ai entendu mes voisins de chambre parler et les allers-retours des uns et des autres sur le parking jusqu'à minuit passé. De plus le lit n'était pas spécialement confortable et la salle de bain pas très propre il y avait encore des poils dans le lavabo et dans la baignoire.... J'ai même eu un doute sur la propreté des draps mais bon.... Quand au restaurant c'est pratique car il est sur place, et en plus le service était rapide. Quant à la nourriture même si rien d'exceptionnel c'était correct mais sans plus.

En déplacement professionnel je devais me lever très tôt et je n'ai malheureusement quasiment pas dormi. Lit moyennement confortable et surtout très bruyant. Murs peu épais, j'avais pourtant les boules quies j'entendais malgré tout les gens autour parler et faire du bruit a minuit passé.... Je ne reviendrai pas.

Personnes à l accueil et en salle le matin vraiment très agréables et de bon conseil (nous ont conseillés une station de ski qui correspondait à nos besoins). Hotel en bord de route mais sans doute bien isolé phoniquement car nous n avons pas été gêné pas le bruit. Extrêmement propre. Salle de bain spacieuse avec une baignoire.Le seul bémol est le lit pour la 3eme personne : c est un matelas posé sur un sommier à lattes à roulettes qui est glissé sous le lit double. Il est donc au ras du sol, ce qui n est pas très agréable, et quand on le sort on ne peut plus du tout circuler dans la chambre. Dans une chambre vendue comme \"chambre triple\" c est assez surprenant. La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du petit dej, etc nous ont fait oublié cette déception.
