You know exactly what you will get when you stay at a Campanile. The room is compact but has everything you need and it always has a bath. The meal is good value and the buffet starter and desert are excellent. Staff are always helpful

It was a last minute decision to stay here as I was too tired to travel any further, the hotel was in an industrial area, it was adequate as I only needed somewhere to sleep the lady at check in was very friendly and helpful, what I saw of the bar and restaurant looked very nice it was a shame I couldn’t take full advantage of it.

Good value stopover on the way to the ski slopes. Easy to get to, just off the motorway, decent rooms and a very good price. Set menu in the restaurant was tasty, plentiful and well worth the money.

We went for the marathon weekend, this hotel was perfectly located 5-10 mins from the Parc Expo. Friendly staff and clean, tidy rooms. If we go back for the marathon will stay here again.

Does what it says on the box
Exactly what we wanted - 2 minutes from the autoroute, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good shower, etc. We had to extend our stay to 2 nights due to car problems and the staff were brilliant in helping us to deal with all the extra problems involved (eg. printing boarding passes for alternative travel). Well done Campanile Villefranche and thank you.

The hotel is in a very industrial part of the town with no services near and very busy roads etc. The hotel had no bar but did serve drinks with the evening meal. The room was ok and quite comfortable and the service in the restaurant was efficient and the staff were pleasant. We will/would not stay here again due to its awful location.

A good overnight stopover north of Lyon
The location was ideal for an overnight stopover when travelling through France. The accommodation had all that we required for a comfortable night, eg kettle and tea/coffee, and it was very quiet during the night, so we had a good rest. The quality of the food on the onsite restaurant was very good. The only complaint the room was very stuffy when we arrived, as the shutters were closed, it took some time to get a flow of fresh air into the room.

Les hôtels Campanile sont vieillots et ils auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, cependant c'était propre et la literie confortable.
Concernant les services, nous sommes arrivés le 15 Août et il n'y avait qu'une seule personne pour gérer tout l'établissement, ce qui n'est pas concevable un jour pareil, le pauvre a tout fait pour nous être agréable et je m'en remercie.
Le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner c'est pareil, 1 seule personne pour tout gérer, il s'est vite retrouvé déborder, du coup à 8h30 le buffet était quasiment vide et les gens n'étaient pas très content....
Donc pour conclure 1 nuit avec 2 petits déjeuners pour 118€ on peut s'attendre à beaucoup mieux....

J'ai été très surprise samedi soir en revenant à l'hôtel que le ménage et le lit n'avaient pas été fait. J'en ai parlé dimanche matin en partant et d'après les dires des femmes de ménage elles n'ont pas fait le ménage car qq dormait. C'est faux car j'ai quitté la chambre vers 7h30 du matin le samedi et j'étais seule la nuit du vendredi au samedi

Restaurant fermé. Je réserve au campanile pour bénéficier du restaurant sur place et l'hôtel n'a plus de service de restaurant du tout. Campanile a bien changé. Et je ne vous parle pas de l'état des chambres, très vétuste. Seul l'accueil a été rénové pour le petit déjeuner, c'est tout.
