It’s great 24 hours open reception since we got arrived after 2300.
The tatami room was small but functional. Smelled wet and something not clean but couldn’t figure it out. It must be AC and humidity ? The second day, it didn’t bother me much, maybe I got used to that? There was thick layer of dust on AC duct so I asked staff to clean which immediately they took care of that. Large bath room was nice and clean. Free drinks had good variety and really helped us to hydrate. Thank you.

It was very quiet, you are in downtown Naha so shopping is in walking distance. Within less than a minute you are on the main strip of Kokusai Street. They kept the facilities clean. There is no locker for your things just a cable to lock your luggage to a bar on the wall. However it wasn't a problem. The sauna is really hot but that's what I like. The whole experience was great.

I loved my stay here. The place was super clean (no shoes are allowed so you have to take them off and put them in lockers at the entrance lobby, which I really appreciate). Wifi was excellent and common areas were nice. The individual cabins are small but they were perfect for me. The little desk even came with a lock and the wifi worked amazing. The public bathhouse was nice to have and they provided new towels everyday. It was super close to the monorail station and really close to the main street with all the shops and restaurants, but because it’s a block away from the main street, it was really quiet. The shared bathrooms were super clean too. Staff were really nice and helpful. I loved my stay and I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Naha.

Great location, close to everything. Me and my boyfriend stayed at the superior twin room, there are private toilet and bathrooms and the room are very clean and quiet. Also love the public bath, there are much less people in the female bath than the male bath tho, so better experience for female user.
Would recommend to stay here.

I wish I spent more time here. I’m usually not a fan of hostels but I really enjoyed this one. It was close to everything, friendly and helpful staff, the bath was so nice and they allowed me to go in even with tattoos which is very rare. My only con was even with the fan my capsule did get a little hot and it was a little uncomfortable. However, overall I really liked with this place.

Check-in time is later than the norm and they don't make any exceptions. I wasn't feeling well from my early morning flight and can't check-in till 4pm.
Y's cabin is very modern, clean and well equipped. You have to leave your shoes in the small locker when you step into the lobby. This meant that you cannot air your shoes after a wet day. The space in the deluxe cabin does not allow for big luggage. There is very little room for you to walk when you lay and open up your luggage. I like that they clean the cabin and change towels & pyjamas daily. There was a queue for the baths (only 2 on that level) in the night. Additional bath would be great. They provide complimentary toothbrush and shaver which is not a norm for capsules like Y's cabin.

We loved it ! Although the bathing area is shared with other guest , we enjoyed the experience :) very clean and comfortable place to stay . Definitely worth the money paid . It's near to koukusai street where you can go shopping too ! Just 5mins walk . Will definitely come and stay again .

This hotel is centrally-located near the main Kokusaidori street and easily accessible via Monorail and several buses. I think it is perfect for introverted or quiet-seeking solo-travelers and business people. It is very quiet most of the time. The facilities/amenities are really impeccable. The staff managed to keep everything clean and spotless. Not only is the bathhouse relaxing, but the property has vanity-style powder rooms where women can follow their skincare routines and apply makeup. Bathroom lockers are secured with a wrist key. When I visited the staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were no language barriers that affected my stay. Also the breakfast was really impressive. It was more than just simple scraps. There were bread rolls and jams, sausages, stewed pork, potatoes, fish, salad and lettuce, eggs, etc. I was really pleased with the breakfast option. For me, one downside was that there is a \"lock out\" time from 10am to 4pm each day for cleaning. This is extremely inconvenient for travelers who are looking forward to sleeping in on a relaxing vacation. I found it a little hard to keep the rules. Not only that, but those traveling without a car might be exhausted during the time period from 10 - 4.

Pleasant experience for first time stay at cabin

I was staying at Deluxe cabin for 7 nights. The cabin, as expected, is small but comfy. The cleanliness of the cabin and common area is good. It’s my first time staying at cabin but the experience turned out to be much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this place to solo travelers especially if they are on budget tour. I wish this hotel expands to more areas in Japan in addition to the current presence at Naha, Osaka and Yokohama.

Beyond excellent customers service & great hotel

It was amazing stay, the hotel was far better than my expectation! Their customer service is beyond Super! One of my friends addidas bag was left behind at the addidas outlet n we have to leave the following day. We informed the customer service that 6pm, they really tried their best to help us resolve the issue! Addidas said we lost the bag outside their shop n was found at outlet information counter but we remembered we didn’t had the bag at all... in short the hotel’s team went beyond customer service n finally able to request the bag to be delivered to the hotel for us... excellent service... will definitely go back, location was excellent

The hotel is new and really clean! The whole concept of the hotel is good which make me feel like home with clean carpet on every floor making it really comfortable and warm walking barefoot on it. Our traditional Ryokan style room is quiet and really nice! However, the in-room air-conditional does not really give us warm even though we have turned it to warmer mode with 26℃. It was quite cold in the room. Toilet are clean and spacious with toilet slipper provided. The breakfast buffet is decent with dishes like omelette egg, susages, salad, crossiant, stir-fried vege, rice and many type of juices and coffee.

It's more recommended if you are bring a small luggage (I couldn't fully open mine).

- Troublesome that you have to remember to take the keycard, if going to bathroom or toilet.

- I got the upper bed, have to climb up and down (I would be more happy if I get the lower bed)

- quite hot at times.

- Have to take out your shoes and keep in the locker.

- You are not allowed to drink and eat in it, have to go to the dining area.

We have stayed 3 private rooms and one cabin bed. Overall, it is a good stay in terms of the price and location. Service has nothing for critique. Yet, it remained noisy at the cabin bed area overnight night and resulted in a bad sleep. That's the only con.

I booked the deluxe capsule. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but part of the cleanliness is that they demand guests to remove their footwear before entering the hotel each time and store them in a locker. The taking off and putting on shoes at the entrance can be off-putting.

Also there is no air-conditioning outlets in the deluxe capsule. There are a couple of small ventilator fans that sucks the cool air in from the corridor (aircon units are in the corridor) but I found this insufficient and it was a hot stay for me. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The cabin room was just okay for an average size people like me, is bit hot though, and is bit warm inside. I kinda like that there's a public bath area there that is open between 4pm - 10am, but it will be better if there's some cubicle type shower room, so that one can take a shower at anytime of the day.

Nice hotel if you have not hired a car.

HY's Cabin & Hotel is a great place to stay a couple of nights if you have not hired a car and are using public transport to move around the island.
It is a brand new building located one street behind the main shopping area. It is a capsule style hotel that offers a variety of rooms including deluxe cabins which is what it chose. The toilets and showers are communal and immaculately clean. The floors are split into male and female. The hotel has a long list of great facilities including a bath house to make your stay comfortable.
During my stay none of the staff spoke English which was surprising considering the hotels location in a very busy tourist area. But even with the language barrier most of the female staff were really nice and done their best to be helpful.
The negative part of my stay was the parking. The hotel has 5 spots which were \"booked\" even though some nights they were empty.
When I went to enquire about parking I was given a sheet of paper written in Japanese with a list of parking stations in the surrounding area. As I stood there trying to translate the Japanese writing the two male staff members sat behind the counter giggling. It was just plain rude.
Because this is the main tourist shopping area there is only paid parking stations around which cost an average of 200 or 300 yen per 30 minutes. There are a couple a bit further away that charge 1600 per 12 hours and then revert to the pricey 30 minutes charge after that.

Lots of convenience stores and food around which opened till midnight.

The staff are nice and helpful. I stayed at deluxe cabin and the shared washroom and shower room are very clean.

But all people need to take off their shoes and lock at shoe locker immediately once enter the hotel main door.

宮古島への乗り換えのため1泊利用しました。
カプセルルームを利用しました。一般的なカプセルルームだと思います。キャビン内に鍵付きの荷物入れがあるのは良いのですが、大きい荷物（キャリーケースなど）は入らないので、通路や専用エリアに置く必要があります。自分はリュック1つだったので入りました。
サウナ付き大浴場はよかったです。またコーヒーなどが飲めるフリーエリアも広くていいですね。
ただ、マットが薄くて底付きしてしまい（体重にもよるかもしれませんが）上手く眠れなかったです。まあカプセルは他も同じですが。

フロントのスタッフは特に問題なかったですが、清掃のスタッフさんが朝宿泊者用の洗面所で自分の支度をしているのはいかがなものかと思いました。挨拶もなく、隣で普通に支度してたのでてっきり宿泊客かと思うくらい普通に支度してました。
お風呂や宿泊場所は比較的綺麗でよかったと思います。

・部屋着が借りられる。
・アメニティ（歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、カミソリ、など）あるので旅行の荷物が減らせます。

・ベッドの壁に、鍵付きロッカーがあって、
リュックを入れておくには良かったです。
・スタッフの対応が親切、丁寧、親しみやすいので
