When we checked in we were informed that the pool had been out of order since 2022. They are currently repairing it and hopefully it will open soon? So we were very disappointed with our stay because we were misinformed by Expedia.

I did not have a stay, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel was closed, there was someone there to inform us that the hotel was closed, there was no assistance offered to find a different hotel, we traveled 4 hrs to get there and did not have a hotel to stay in, there was no assistance at all, we were told that someone called regarding out reservations on 8/10, which was 2 months prior to the reservation, 1 single call with no message, there was no email or text, I find this unacceptable, we had booked 2 rooms, then had to look around for any open rooms in the area, we were very unhappy with this. I would not recommend this chain to anyone if this is how the patrons are treated.

Hello. We stayed in a hotel that we booked through Expedia. It had no air conditioning. At 11:32 pm the front desk employee brought us a fan to use. Then the air conditioner came back on and made a loud noise all night long . We could not sleep. We could not use the pool and fitness room because they were both under construction. The front desk employee said they could not do anything because we booked through Expedia. We would like to have a full refund for our one night stay due to all of the Stress this stay has caused us.

Fine for a night visiting my student at Bucknell
This hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Be aware of that fact. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the sink not working in the bathroom and they switched room with no problems. The pool is not open - which didn't matter to me, but be aware if that matters to you. The carpet in my room was sticky in some places and the couch had stains on it, but I didn't use the couch and just wore slippers in the room. For the price and convenience of location to Bucknell, I was pleased. It's not a Marriot, but it's perfect for a place to sleep.

We booked this hotel to have an indoor pool and gym access. Both are listed as amenities on the website. Neither are available. Gym is closed for COVID and pool closed for maintenance. Additionally, I felt overall that when there was a corner to cut, management took it. Very small shampoo and conditioner bottles for 4 people in the room, plastic silverware at breakfast was so flimsy it was extremely difficult to use the knife and spoon without them bending. BUT the room and hotel was clean and the breakfast, while not amazing, did have options for everyone.

The Comfort Suites cancelled my pre-paid reservation with no reason. Refuse to give me back my money. It appears hotel is under construction, (when I passed thru July 27) then why did they accept my reservation? DO NOT DO A PRE-PAID reservation for this hotel. I had stayed there many times before. I give it a terrible because when I arrived there, there was a note on the door that they had closed to the public a week earlier -- and didn't bother to notify me that I should find another hotel. Might it have been a good hotel? Who can say, but the overall experience was the worst I ever had.

The person that checked us in was not welcoming at all, didn’t explain anything about breakfast, wifi, check out time, nothing. Other than that the room and accommodation were wonderful, I would definitely stay at comfort suites again. The only thing was the front desk but with proper training it can be fixed.

Worst experience EVER!! The customer service at this location is horrible. The representative was sleeping when I arrived so I had to wait 30 minutes to get my room key at which he threw my credit card and room keys at me. The floor that I was on had no ice and when I let him know that I had to go down two flights to get some his response was eh you have ice in your hand now. The representative hung up on me twice when calling about being charged 3 times. Not happy with this location and will NEVER stay here again

I was only there for a day and it was perfect for what I needed. I did not take part in the free breakfast but I’m sure it was a nice layout.

Staff was very friendly. The room had a very strong bad oder The website stated that the pool was open which is why why chose this hotel. When we got there the pool was closed. For breakfast you had the option of heating of different breakfast sandwiches, however they only had one microwave, which made things difficult when there are a lot of people trying to use it st one time.

Room was clean. Air conditioning worked. The bed was fairly comfortable.However the sofa bed was filled with food crumbs and a dirty, stained mattress cover. We had to call for fresh linens. Very understaffed. The desk clerk was also the breakfast server. She was the only one there. She was running back-and-forth. She really could’ve used help. This was not her fault. Breakfast was minimal, most likely due to pandemic changes. We did attempt to use the washing machine however it smelled like fish! Overall it was a clean place to lay your head. Hopefully Corp will hire staff back now that the world is getting back to normal.

No pool no fun.
I was very frustrated with the fact that the pool was closed for renovations (not COVID) and we weren’t made away prior to our visit. I had even checked online before booking and it wasn’t posted anywhere. The couch and floor had a few pretty big stains that were unsightly. It was a decent place to sleep but we wouldn’t stay again.
