The air conditioner is terrible in the rooms... they run for about 5 minutes then turn off for about 10 minutes and the rooms gets pretty warm. I suggest taking a fan or something. Other than that the room was nice and the stay was pleasant.

For years we have stayed at Hamptons; however, we were not happy the last couple of times, so we decided to try Quality. We are very impressed; the room and property were immaculate, and the breakfast buffet surpassed the one at Hampton.

Breakfast had a lot of choices, which was great. I wouldn't say the food tasted amazing, but I appreciated the choices.
Room was clean, staff was helpful.
Our main problem was that the side door into the motel did not lock, just didn't feel very secure.

Musty room, very noisy air conditioner, but not noisy enough to drown out the next room’s loud TV, which began at 3am and continued until I finally gave up and left at 6. Also, a surprising quantity of long curly hair was on the bathroom floor and stuck to the wall.

Overall, a totally uncomfortable and non-restful experience. One doesn’t pay $100 for a room in which to lie awake for hours.

When entering the room. There was a very bad odor which may be the carpet. It gave old persons home smell. I had to spray the room with my personal spray to gain a good smell. I recommend the hotel to request the carpets to be shampoo. Other than that, the hotel was clean and staff was nice. It was just the smell in the room. I will be a returning costumer over all :-)

When we arrived there was a long line . A staff members phone alarm was going off on repeat. The staff that helped us was doing her best to manage the line and work through the annoying phone alarm! When we got to our room there was a dehumidifier in there and it was about 100 degrees not exaggerating. We went back down to the desk where there was yet another line and had to get another room key. The room was much cooler but still had a dehumidifier in it! The water pressure was awful ! There needs to be a full remodel of this place!

Always an amazing stay here! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They suggested nearby restaurants, helped with setting up my TV and just overall helpful. I absolutely love breakfast, a great variety of food for something fast on the go or a sit down breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and smell good. Can’t wait for the pool to open again. Thank you for the amazing service!

First of all this hotel is extremely outdated lets just start there. I get to my room and my door is OPEN!! Like all i had to do was push the door open. I bust in to scare whoever was in there if anybody, the coast was clear. Then i pull the covers back its pieces of hair on the pillow and throughout the bed the shower had a long piece of hair in it outside of the bathroom not being clean. I will never stay at this property again. I knew better when the price was only $100. Maybe the Holiday Inn is better right next door but this one is horrible.

Bathtub faucet dripped, WiFi kept going out, important thing to have for your ‘smart TV’s’. Dehumidifier in our room running caused poor nights sleep. AC was barely adequate for a 60 degree day outside, I’d hate to see what it’s like in summer. I felt like I was in a hotel from the 80’s, not 2026. I’ll sleep in my car next time.

There is free Wi-Fi and free parking. Breakfast is very basic. I would say poorly done but it’s still OK. You get your main items such as muffins and coffees. This is a highway Hotel ideal for short days. It was safe. It was OK, but obviously outdated it such as there are no plugs for phone charging next to the bed but it’s clean save it. Did the job for one night

Clean Property, nice staff, decent breakfast at no extra cost, plenty of parking, but cleaning staff need to pay more attention to detail in the rooms, towels in my room were not clean and another guest in my hallway had issues with room cleanliness. Outside of that, it was a good experience. I would like to add that when I stayed here a year prior the room was cleaner. So not sure what happend this time.

The door to the adjoining room let every sound from the rather noisy neighbors come through. They were up at 4:30 every morning. Would recommend a room without an adjoining door. Front desk attendant at check in let me know I was an hour early for check in and seemed a bit terse although my room was ready. Good value for a nice room in a convenient location. Overall, would stay again with these caveats in mind.

Surroundings are different. On an off road with nothing around but another hotel. A Bonanza Steakhouse is attached. Building needs some love. Although the room was very clean. Breakfast had some different items - swirl and pumpernickel rye bread and chipped beef gravy. Was good enough for one nights stay. Also, price was good. Try to get an upper floor room. Lots of ceiling noise.

The continental breakfast is amazing. The parking is good, well lit and seems safe. Road leading into hotel is horrible. Big potholes from main road up to the parking lot. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have a disability and they were very accommodating and so nice and helpful! I have stayed here 5 times in 8 months.

This is clearly a refurbished facility. You get what you pay for. There are no elevators. The free breakfast was basic and minimal. I guess they dont compete wthe Bonanza Steakhouse that is on site and offer a breakfast buffet if you feel like spending more money. The TV's in the bed rooms are not modern. The best part of the hotel were the staff. Very pleasant.

Rooms and hallways need new carpeting and or deep cleaning. Room did not smell very good when we first arrived. Other parts of room also need replacement or cleaning. Faucet did not have much water pressure or volume, shower ok but hard to adjust temp and shampoo container was just about empty. Beds were ok but towels not very good. A plus was that the place was very quiet and parking was convenient. Do not think there were elevators as did not see any. Breakfast was ok. Did not interact with staff much...just at check in. Would not stay there again.
