Las ventanas no son funcionales, entra aire todo el tiempo y se azotan ventanas y puertas; los elevadores no funcionan y me atoré en uno; me dejaron un papel que no era nuevo, y cuando pedí otro, me preguntaron cuántos había pedido, y que si me urgía, lo comprara; el colchón está muy manchado; me dieron un contrato de Airbnb con fecha de 2025 y ni siquiera reservé por ahí; su anuncio dice que se hace aseo diario y no lo hicieron ningún día. No volvería.

The location is fantastic and the building is very nice. The room is spacious and quite well illuminated. The lobby has a great restaurant and a bread store which is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and we'll oriented. The one thing I would recommend is giving some maintenance to the room floors. The one I had had the floor with some damage and it brings down the rest of the room.

Great location, as in centro parking difficult. For us, huge problem:no one stayed at the hotel at night! Yes there is phone number for emergencies but…..The breakfast is sub-par for the price. The courtyard is beautiful. We were the only guests so I don’t know how it would be with more guests. Our room was not on the street which meant it was quiet. The room itself was small—however with high ceilings and a nice bed. Probably we wouldn’t stay again—really someone has to be there always!

Estuvo bien, solo que los colchones ya empiezan a sentirse viejos ya que se unden demasiado y las bases de la cama que estan poco mas pequeñas que el conchon hacen que si estas muy en la orilla casi te caigas de la cama porque se hunde, tambien deberian de dar mantenimiento a los pisos, ya que muchos que tienen imitacion de duela ya estan en muy malas condicines, en fin para una estancia corta esta bien. Pero si deben cuidar los detalles a largo plazo

Las camas son de hule espuma! Las almohadas están horribles de sucias. Le falta limpieza a las habitaciones y son muchos lofts y solo servía un elevador, así que tenías que esperar mucho.
Si son eficientes en las peticiones pues pedí que me cambiaran y lo hicieron bastante rápido. La regadera de la segunda habitación que renté salía agua por la lámpara de luz y por todos lados menos por la regadera y está peligroso

Great but a couple small issues

This was a pretty nice hotel with a lot of room and in a great area. I would recommend, but felt I should make people aware of my two issues. First, I would warn that it does not have A/C. I didn't realize this until after I got there. Our room had a small porch, but it got very little breeze. We had the fans going and windows open all day and night. There is no way I could have stayed in that room during the summer. Second, this hotel does not allow you to bring alcohol into your room. This is not listed and I was unaware of this policy. My fiancee and I were stopped by the front desk going to elevator because I was holding a couple beers. I felt like a child having to hand over my \"contraband\". My room has an entire kitchen in it, why would I not be able to have alcohol if I can cook an entire dinner? This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at and experienced this.

Superb building but poorly maintained.
Everything that is fixed to a wall is loose, on the edge of breaking.
The appartement had not been cleaned before our arrival, had to have a cleaning crew come the next day to clean as we arrived very late for our check-in.
The fridge broke, we got stuck in a broken elevator. Elevators don't work 50% of the time.
Drains blocked, toilets not flushing, broken window screens (infestation of mosquitos until it was fixed).
Most furniture is wormed out (broken couch). The bed where comfortable.
With all of the above, on our 5 weeks stay, we had to have the visit of maintenance 5 times for different issues.
The good news is that maybe the next guests will have something decent.

On the plus side, the top floor has a nice view and the building's location is convenient. There are two restaurants on the first floor and both where good with excellent service.

Dirty, poorly maintained but good location

The room had not been cleaned before our arrival, we had to have a cleaning crew the next day come into the apartment to \"clean\" in surface. No deep cleaning had been done for months and weren't done either during our stay. Cigarette buts on the terrasse, hair on the floor, etc...
The screens where mostly broken so we where infested with mosquitos the first nights until they sent maintenance to replace and fix all screens.
The fridge broke, needed to be replaced by a mini fridge for a day until they came back with a normal size one. (lost the food we had purchased).
Shower drain was blocked and toilet didn't flush properly, had to have the maintenance over for this as well.
For the first 2 weeks, it seemed like we had maintenance in the appartment every other day.
1 elevator has been out of service 50% of the time. My wife even got stuck in it when it broke down. Pushed the alarm button as the elevator stopped moving mid floor. It was a bit panicking !
Furniture is getting old and couches aren't very comfortable. There is no AC so, depending on the time of the year, can be uncomfortable.

Other than that, location is great, close to downtown and on the west side of the city. Both restaurants on the first floor are good. The maintenance crew are nice people altough I wished I hadn't have to see them so often during my stay ! :-)

The manager inspected the bed and said that there was no bed bugs but accepted to change my room (to a smaller one, at no charge)

The room I stayed in had only a small window facing the inner yard and thus little natural light. Room was spacious and bed comfortable and clean. but other than the bed, there were many other places that seemed not so clean and well maintained. Location is good, and there is a minimarket and a restaurant inside the property so very convenient.

Shower had black mold, sink was clogged, we were profiled due to our gender, were asked for a security deposit when we witnessed nobody else was being asked for one, at checkout we were asked to wait 15 minutes for cleaning staff to check our room for us to get our full deposit back, we were asked to pay $7 for a dirty towel, for which we were only shown a picture of a dirty towel as evidence, no actual towel was ever physically shown to us, 3 days stay, nobody ever showed up to clean the room and change towels or bedsheets BTW. We actually think it was a case of gender profiling duw to us being a transgender couple

Cuando llegamos nos pidieron un depósito de 500 pesos que no teníamos considerado dar y si no lo dabas no te daban la habitación, después la habitación es un cubo ligeramente de hielo pq como está todo cerrado no le da el sol y es muy frío no pase buena noche. Las instalaciones son bonitas, personal amable y su café y panadería están muy ricos. Sin embargo, la habitación no tiene A/C, te proporcionan ventiladores de piso muy ruidosos y no hay suficientes tomas de corriente para conectarlos. Hay mucho ruido por las noches, se puede escuchar música de un bar cercano, nos tocó un perro ladrando constantemente en una habitación de al frente y el ferrocarril pasa justo por un lado despertándote varias veces durante la noche. Sugeriría que instalen A/C y ventanas reforzadas contra el ruido.

El sistema de estacionamiento es malisimo como en otros inmuebles administrados por homi rent. Yo tuve que esperar afuera de recepción 45 minutos para que me enviaran un código QR para poder accesar al estacionamiento.
Evidente falta de practicidad.
Los pasillos para llegar a las habitaciones llenos de plantas que no te permiten caminar con una maleta ni distinguir las entradas, anexo fotos.
El inmueble es muy ruidoso, no solo se escucha la ducha del vecino, sino que el caminar de toda la gente retumba por todas partes, hay inquilinos por mes que no respetan las reglas que a los huéspedes por día te imponen.
Por cierto el check-in también es muy lento comparado con cualquier otro hotel.
El precio por noche es muy bueno y la habitación destaca por la amplitud y ubicación del baño, pero sobre todo la ropa de cama es de buena calidad, sin embargo las cualidades se ven opacadas por las anteriores observaciones.

La habitación en general está equipada con lo necesario, un par de toallas grandes y dos chicas que no cambian a no ser que tú se los indiques, la limpieza de la habitación no está incluida ( hay un cobro por noche dependiendo del tipo de alojamiento)

El personal fue muy amable y atento - tuvimos dos incidencias con los vecinos (fumaron al lado de nuestra habitación y realizaron una fiesta al día siguiente ) los cuales resolvieron a la brevedad

El internet la mayor parte del tiempo no funcionó y cuando lo hacía era de manera intermitente
El cuarto no cuenta con clima para el tiempo
Lo de frío, se sentía muy frío en especial por las noches; el hotel nos proporcionó dos cobijas adicionales.
Se escuchaba mucho el ruido exterior ( el aire, el tren, los helicópteros)
Venció el código para poder ingresar y no se nos envió uno para reemplazarlo ( nosotros lo tuvimos que solicitar)

El personal es amable y trataron de solucionar detalles de la estancia sin embargo hubieramos preferido el reembolso para cambiarnos de hotel. La habitación loft es muy incómoda en la parte de la cama y no apta para personas de la tercera edad o con problemas de movilidad que deberian poner como advertencia en la reserva. El piso era totalmente de cemento pintado sin acabados agradables, en la nueva habitación tenia piso pero ya muy desgastado, chueco y ruidoso que puede causar un accidente por lo levantado que está, es muy ruidoso en general por la gente y porque pasa el tren muy cerca de ahi a cualquier hora. No hay servicio de limpieza diario y si se solicita lo cobran aparte. No tiene aire acondicionado. Se encontraron cucarachas en la habitación que le asignaron a mi suegro y en la nuestra las toallas estaban tan desgastadas que parecia que se romperian en cualquier momento por el uso normal. Deberian enviar el codigo de acceso al estacionamiento antes de la llegada y explicar como funciona el estacionamiento. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, no sabiamos que eran tipo Airbnb si no definitivamente no hubieramos reservado aquí. El teléfono de concierge esta muy saturado o no contestan la llamada o tardan demasiado en contestar por whatsapp, indican que ahi se puede hacer peticiones para la estancia pero si uno requiere una almohada o incluso shampoo pues seria inconveniente estar esperando tanto a ser atendido. Sin luz en areas comunes por la noche que genera inseguridad.

Habitación sucia. El personal es muy arrogante, las reglas de limpieza son muy estrictas y no esta en buenas condiciones. A la salida nos acusaron de robar una cuchara el cual no era cierto y como manejaron la situación fue muy deplorable, no entregaron recibos etc. Cuando salimos nuestra llanta estaba completamente baja y no nos permitieron pararnos ni un segundo para cambiar la llanta. Fueron muy groseros dejando a otros coches pararse y no nos asistieron de ninguna manera. Todos fueron muy groseros. Perdimos la llanta ya que tuvimos que manejar a buscar un lugar donde pararnos. No lo recomendamos de ninguna manera!!!

No me gusto para nada tener que dejar un depósito, además cuando ya vas de salida te hacen esperar aprox. 10min, no se vale, ni que fuera MOTEL.
No me gusto que el tapanco esté tan bajito, muy incómodo.
No me gusto que el baño esta abajo, si quieres ir al baño en la madrugada tienes que prender forzosamente la luz y despiertas a tú pareja.
En fin, no pienso regresar ni recomendarlo, gracias.

Me tocó habitación SUCIA Y ASQUEROSO EN SABANAS DE CAMA Y COLCHÓN. Pedí cambio de sábanas y me tiraron en el cuarto unas bolsas y que yo mismo me la hiciera la cama de
Nuevo, sin tener la cortesía de enviar a la camarista hacerla. Al final pedí cambio de habitación, pues con sábanas nuevas pero el colchón seguía lleno de Orines y fluidos … Tanto la limpieza, trato al huésped y resolución de incidencias deja muchísimo q desear … si te alojas en Homie comprueba sábanas y colchón a ver q tan limpio esta. Sumando también como mala experiencia éramos 4 personas en la habitación y solo te dejan un mini bote de gel causando que o los 4 se duchan con una gota para q alcance o compras uno grande en un super. Ellos tienen uno pero a parte de caro está darles más dinero por algo que debería estar incluido. Recomiendo pedir jabón por plataforma tipo RAPPI o comprar en HEB, Chedraui o similar … saldrá más barato y de mejor calidad. Comprar en la tiendita del hotel solo propicia q ellos sigan ganando dinero de estos extras q debieran ya estar incluidos.

Excelente ubicación, los elevadores algo sucios, al llegar al lugar no tenían actualizada la lista de huéspedes y tardaron un poco en darnos acceso al estacionamiento
