The staff are great and helpful. The hotel is perfectly fine, just a bit shabby/dated (but fine for the price point) - except for the very cool, very modern sauna on the lower floor! It’s extremely well designed, brand new, and no one was using it when I was there which was nice. Location is walkable to Old Town and there is a funky and cool neighborhood park across the street as well as the Maritime Museum. Breakfast was good. Parking for the hotel was super easy and available right next door in a secure garage.

There had been a mixup with our reservation and the room was double booked. BUT the staff were very apologetic, friendly and professional and sorted out the situation straight away! Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone has got brilliant customer service like Kalliohovi hotel. We were very impressed and happy with the stay and customer service

The hotel is well located about ten minutes from the old town, with plenty of free parking available. The welcome was good, and we got lots of tips of places to visit nearby. The room itself was fine but the bed was a bit too small for two people. Breakfast was pretty good too, and for the price paid we thought it was a good value stay.

Siisti hotellihuone ja hyvät sängyt. Ilmastointi oli toimiva, eikä huone ollut liian kuuma. Tosin ilmastointi piti melkoista ääntä pienimmälläkin teholla, joten sammutimme sen yöksi. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä!

Hotelli on siisti. Huone mukava. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala oikein hyvä ja suuri plussa että se oli tarjolla 12 asti. Parkkihalli myös hyvä ja lähellä.

Solides Hotel mit tollem Service. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar und Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür.

140cm leveä ”parisänky” ja uneton yö
Sänky oli 140cm leveä, mutta markkinoitiin parisänkynä. Sängyssä ei mahtunut 2 aikuista nukkumaan hyvin, vaan koko yö meni sängyssä pyöriessä. Tähän henkilökunta kommentoi, että olisimme voineet ottaa paremman huoneen. Heräsimme kun nuoriso koputti oveemme aamu yöllä ja uudelleen aamulla ja hotellin henkilökunnan kommentti oli ”on varmasti juhlittu”. Lisäksi huoneiden ovissa on jouset, jotka aiheuttavat ovien kova äänisen pamahtamisen, joten aamulla pitkään nukkuminen ei ole mahdollista. Huone oli siisti ja aamupala oli kattava ja maukas. Huonoin hotelli yö pitkään aikaan.

Vanhahtava mutta perussiisti hotelli. Sauna oli epäkunnossa, samoin hissi. Kerroksiin kuljettiin paloportaita joissa siivous ym. kärryjä. Siksi nuhjuinen fiilis. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, puuron ja munakkaan lisäksi valikoima myslejä ja teetä.
Varattiin samalle illalle majoitus, siksi hinta-laatusuhde ei ollut kauhean hyvä.

Mukava hotelli. Paljon parempi aamiainen kuin odotin. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Osaan huoneista sai ottaa mukaan lemmikin pientä lisämaksua vastaan. Ilmastoinnista plussa. Kyllä sen näkee että hotelli ei ole eilen avattu, mutta ei mitenkään häiritsevästi. Kaikki toimi. Joustava sisäänkirjaus, pääsimme ajoissa huoneeseen koska se oli valmiina. Sänky vähän kapeampi kuin standardi, mutta ei mitenkään poikkeuksellinen - ei haitannut mitään. Huone hyvän kokoinen noin muuten, kylpyhuone remontoitu.

Kalliohovi yllätti myönteisesti: huone oli mukava, hiljainen ja siisti ja erityisesti ruoka, sekä illallinen että aamiainen olivat todella hyviä! Kadulla on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa, joten autolla on helppo saapua.

Ei moderni, mutta siisti ja asiansa ajava hotelli. Hotellin ravintolan ruoka loistavaa, samoin aamiainen erittäin hyvä. Maksuton pysäköinti suoraan oven edessä. Kaikista suurimman vaikutuksen teki silti palvelu, sekä hotellissa että sen ravintolassa, se oli erinomaista.
