Room only stay for 7 nights. Hotel was lovely, 20 minute walk from city centre. Nice reception area and lovely staff. Reasonable bar area. Roof top terrace with amazing views over city and toward Alhambra. Roof top pool, maybe 2m wide and 13m long. A phone enabled us to order drinks to be delivered to the terrace/ pool at no extra cost. Stayed in twin room - plenty space and everything you could need, including safe and fridge. My only complaint about my stay was smoking was allowed on the rooftop. Fair enough, but the door was always open, so you could smell the smoke in all the corridors

It is not easy to get there, under construction , the pool was not good and breakfast is expensive for what they offer. Dinning there wasn't really good but the view at night was nice. Definitely is not a place i would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the Andalucía Center Hotel in Granada. The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained.
Breakfast was generous, fresh, and offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special mention goes to Álvaro at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He provided great recommendations on places to visit and made us feel truly welcome.
The hotel is about a 30-minute walk to the charming city center which we found to be a pleasant stroll. While the rooftop pool and bar were unfortunately closed for renovation, this didn’t take away from the overall quality of our stay.
Would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada!

The hotel was undergoing renovations ( we didn’t know until we arrived) access was compromised due to the building works. The roof terrace which which is the only outside space was closed, we were told because of the building work so the pool, sun beds and jacuzzi was not available

The hotel is a bit out of the action. There is a grocery store a few minutes away, and next to it a very good, but small laundromat. The hotel description mentions \"Laundry Facilities\", which it does not have. It has a \"Laundry Service\" where you give them your clothes and they wash them for a fee. There are two nearby buses that can take you downtown (lines 4 and 21).

We loved this hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The concierge got us a cab and spoke to the cabbie to get us to the Flamenco show. Had a drink in the bar resturant and they found the rugby World Cup game for me. Breakfast was good parking was pretty tight. The hotel was great overall.

Great hotel, not too far from town

Stayed for one night however it was very good of what we experienced. Check in was easy, staff all spoke good English for the travellers. Standard room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Perhaps a little dated compared to modern hotels but has a more executive feel to the decor. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Location wise, some may be put off by the distance from the city. Don’t be. Two bus stops within a minutes walk, regular buses into town, only €1.40 a ticket, and takes barely 10 mins to the centre. Ubers are again cheap and range between €6-8.

Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a really good location- walkable into central Granada or a few stops on the local bus for €1.40.
Rooms are compact but very comfortable with great beds. Staff all very friendly and helpful especially Rafael in the bar !
They didn’t mention our VIP status on check in, so we didn’t eat in the restaurant although it looked good! Also the pool was still closed even though it was 26c outside- disappointing.

I really couldn't find much fault with this hotel. Location was fine for us but some might find the mile or so walk into the old town not ideal.
Food was very good and for a hotel well priced. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
Very much worth considering for a short stay in Granada.

Very adequate hotel at a great price !

Everything went well (except my Gold status was not really taken into consideration). The room was as could be expected. The hotel is in good condition and well situated (easy to access and in proximity to most things of interest). Breakfast was very good with a great array of options. The only downside (probably due to the fact that I visited during the off-season and there were few occupants) was that hot items were hard to keep fresh and hot. The waiter in charge was very helpful (as were the other members of the staff).

Definitely not a 4 star hotel

For a 4 star hotel it was more like a 2.5 star in America. The bed was comfortable. The room was okay. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have hoped and because the toilet was loose it felt like it was going to fall off the wall every time you sat down. There was no coffee maker, the fridge was fine but packed with over priced goods to be a mini bar so you couldn’t use it. The breakfast was 11 euros and not able to be billed to your room. It is nothing more than a continental American breakfast that is all put on the same plate day after day. We had moldy cheese the first day. We told the staff and we didn’t even get an apology. The staff throughout the hotel was very cold.

The service was very good . The staff were very helpful and hard working. The room was comfortable and clean. The catering was very good . The breakfast selection was good. The evening meals were of high quality. The location of the hotel is good for tourists , with easy access to the town centre, public transport and the local airport . Old hotel of need of refurbishment

The hotel is very old. The furniture wood is dark making the room very gloomy and has a distinct old scent to it. Room lacks lighting. Shower leaks shockingly every time we showered. We had to put a towel on the ground to soak the puddles of water. Breakfast was not fresh. They recycled pastries from previous days and the majority of the fruit was canned and not fresh. Hotel staff were friendly but that’s the only good thing, making this hotel impossible for us to ever book again.

Nice hotel close to the main areas

The hotel is about 30-40 minute walk from the main tourist areas but close enough that walking wasn’t bad at all, helped to walk off some of the good meals. We did take a cab to the Alhambra which was less than 10€ and walked back. Very modern hotel.

Hotel is out of the way and in an inconvenient location. Room cleanliness was poor, room service always forgot things. No tea or coffee making facilities was inconvenient also. Gym equipment was ok but staff used it as a disturbing thoroughfare.
