We had a lovely experience here from beginning to end. Great staff, beautiful gardens, great pool and wonderful little beach accessible straight from the pool area. Great breakfast, lovely restaurant and very good pool bar with fresh sandwiches etc. Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

This property is beautiful! Your own private beach, aperitivo by the pool, buffet breakfast and multi course lunches and dinners. What more do you need? The rooms are pretty basic, but the views are incredible. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly. We would stay here again.

I was only there for a short time, but the staff was lovely and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the pool was very nice. Breakfast was included and the buffet had a great variety. However, my room did not have a towel in it at first (how am I supposed to dry after the shower?) and there was no wifi access in my room, I had to go to the lobby instead. Also the hotel isn't very close to the main city of Portoferraio which was a little disappointing. Overall a great stay though!

The Hotel, Hotel Staff, Hotel Grounds, and the breakfast was very good. The problem was the Room Air-conditioning. It was horrible. After 7 hours of being on, I had to ask for a fan to make it tolerable enough to sleep. You couldn't remain in the room during the daytime because of the heat. Its unfortunate because this could've been an excellent place to stay.

Our stay at Fabricia was a very pleasant one. The hotel is beautifully located with all you need for a comfortable stay. The nearest surrounding area wasn't too exciting (on land) but a rental car will quickly get you around to whatever you might want to do. The hotel is a little old and worn here and there, but still comfortable. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and service oriented, all the way from the manager (who likes to personally greet his guests from his office right beside the front desk) to the cleaning staff.

Beautiful stay! The outdoor area was a dream. 10/10 pool, garden, private beach. Tennis was free. Was possible to book boat ride straight from the hotel beach. Not crowded at all. Was able to rent a bike for free to get the store also. Very nice staff.

Lo staff è molto gentile e ci si sente subito a casa.
Tuttavia le camere della struttura centrale sono datate e richiedono di ristrutturazione. Farebbe anche comodo che le camere date per tre persone avessero spazio sufficiente per riporre vestiti e oggetti personali per tutti.

La struttura è comodissima, da la possibilità di passare dall'hotel direttamente in piscina passando comodamente attraverso un sentiero contornato da vegetazione curatissima e arrivati alla piscina si può attraversare un'altra stradina circa 50 m. e arrivare direttamente nella spiaggia privata. L'hotel è comodo per essere raggiunto, volendo da Portoferraio è raggiungibile anche con il bus 118 che si trova praticamente di fronte all'uscita dei traghetti, ma ci sono a disposizione anche i taxi sempre lì davanti.
È possibile portare anche i nostri piccoli animali.
Lo consiglio, specialmente se ci si vuole rilassare.

Hübsches Hotel in sehr schöner und ruhiger Umgebung. Zimmer leider recht klein und spärlich eingerichtet. Bei meinem Besuch war das Hotel grösstenteils mit Carreisegruppen belegt. Deshalb immer grosser Andrang sowohl am Pool wie auch beim Essen oder an der Bar

Hotel con parcheggio piscina campo da tennis e da pallavolo idromassaggio giochi per bambini e spiaggia. La nostra camera era spaziosa e arredata con mobili moderni forse una parte della struttura andrebbe rimodernata tipo i corridoi e gli spazi in comune e forse ci vorrebbe un ascensore. Ottima gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale .... noi ci siamo trovati bene!

Hotel není nejnovější, ale pokoje mají zrekonstruované koupelny. Sprchový kout trošku užší, ale dostačující. Ačkoli jsme měli \"sea view\", tak přes stromy bylo moře vidět pouze omezeně. Největší plus je okolí hotelu - kolem je velká zahrada, velký bazén, dostatek míst u bazénu. Malá pláž je dostačující, nicméně voda horší kvality v důsledku vyplavování řas díky vlnám projíždějících trajektů. Ale Elba jako ostrov je malá, takže na blízké pláže je to kousek. Měli jsme pouze snídaně - ty byly v pořádku. Mohl být větší výběr zeleniny (ta vlastně nebyla žádná), ale je to dáno asi typickými snídaněmi u Italů. Jinak obsazení hotelu - němečtí turisté důchodového věku a Italové. Absolutně nedostačující wi-fi - spíše pro kontrolu e-mailů a zpráv, film na večer nestáhnete.

Esperienza dopo 5 gg positiva. L'hotel è immerso nel verde e nel silenzio. Appena si entra l'aspetto che si ha è di datato (ed effettivamente è rimasto l'arredo di parecchio tempo fa) il personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza risulta più moderna e ben pulita (ho soggiornato in una stanza vista mare). Il giardino con le piscine d'acqua satata e il loro punto forte. Dopo una giornata di mare un tuffo non piscina fino al tramonto è ciò che ci vuole. La struttura ha anche una piccola spiaggia attrezzata che si affaccia sul mare ma non la consiglio per fare il bagno, acqua molto sporca, peccato.

L'hotel dall'esterno si presenta molto bene, parcheggio ampio e con coperture per le macchine, giardino curato e personale nella hall professionale... Poi... No comment. Camera che ha visto la più recente ristrutturazione negli anni '70, pavimento simile moquette, bagno angusto e con aeratore insufficiente, letto con un materasso che ha visto i suoi albori ai tempi in cui si facevano ancora con la paglia, aria condizionata non personificabile. Ora passiamo al ristorante, personale molto cordiale ma che certo non può fare miracoli. Sembra di stare in una mensa da caserma, locale unico mooolto grande e con mooooltissimi coperti, talmente tanti che non si riesce a sentirsi neanche se si è l'uno di fronte all'altro, i camerieri ti sfrecciano vicino e per attirare la loro attenzione puoi solo optare per i segnali di fumo; gli antipasti a buffet sono buoni ma se non si è veloci e scattanti non si riesce ad assaggiarli. Le colazioni sono servite nel giardino esterno e fin qui nulla da dire, peccato che in quello stesso giardino proprio sotto le finestre delle camere se per caso vi capita di affacciarvi alla finestra appena svegli sarete alla mercé di decine e decine di occhi che vi guarderanno incuriositi. Se soggiornerete in questo hotel ricordatevi di chiedere se sarà presente il caro vecchio piano bar, perché in questo caso auguratevi di non essere stanchi dal viaggio perché le dolci note vi accompagneranno fino a tarda sera e sarà come averli in camera. Hotellissa oli hyvät ja monipuoliset palvelut uima-altaineen, tenniskenttineen, ravintoloineen jne. Ravintolan illallinen oli erittäin hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Tiloiltaan hotelli oli kuitenkin jo ”parhaat päivänsä nähnyt”, mistä jäi paikoittain nuhjuinen ja tunkkainen fiilis. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel a Giugno ed è stato molto piacevole. Camere pulite, ottimo buffet di antipasti a cena con prodotti di qualità, bellissima piscina con parco e comodi lettini, posizione ottimale per poter esplorare l'isola, personale cortese e disponibile. L'unica pecca sinceramente è la spiaggia e il mare perchè ci sono molte alghe e i colori non sono certo quelli di altre spiagge dell'isola, comunque in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere spiagge molto belle. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato molto buono.

Hotel da rimodernare
L'hotel si trova in regione Magazzini a circa 10 minuti da Portoferraio, tuttavia costoso il transito per spostamenti in taxi. Il servizio di trasporto pubblico è del tutto insufficiente. E'quindi indispensabile un mezzo proprio, se non si vuole passare la vacanza in piscina. Anche perchè il mare in zona è assai deludente, con alghe. A un'altra decina di minuti si arriva a Porto Azzurro, caratteristico e vivace borgo di pescatori. Con un mezzo di spostamento l'hotel è da considerarsi in posizione piuttosto strategica, con una piacevole vista sul golfo di Portoferraio.
Il personale è accogliente e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare in caso di problemi o esigenze particolari. E' presente ampio parcheggio.
La struttura è silenziosa, ampia, immersa in un giardino, ma un po' demodé, necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata anche in funzione del prezzo richiesto per il soggiorno e prima colazione (abbastanza ricca anche se non proprio adeguata al prezzo).
E' presente servizio ristorante aggiuntivo, ma non ne è stato fatto uso.

Фото и описание не соответствуют действительности. отель очень старый, при входе на козырьке огромная дыра. на лестнице, кажется, столетняя пыль. номер слишком простой для 4 звезд. на балконе пластиковая мебель. ресторана можно сказать нет. В первый вечер мы попробовали поужинать, но нам ответили отказом,как мы поняли, поесть можно только ,если заказал шведский стол заранее. на наш вопрос,а где же всё- таки мы можем поесть,нам посоветовали сходить в заведение (якобы всего 400 метров) .мы не дошли,так как было очень темно, мы его просто не увидели. правда на следующий день мы его обнаружили,оказалась отличная пиццерия где то в 1 км от отеля, а если проехать еще пару километров,можно найти отличный морской ресторан.
персонал отеля крайне не приветлив, не хочет говорить по- английски. завтрак скудный, сажают за столик при наличии 50% свободных пока сам не подойдешь и не потребушь,кофе не допросишься. сам ресторан, где проходит завтрак по оформлению напоминает столовую в советском пансионате, стены окрашены в неясные то ли желтые то ли зеленые цвета, в некоторых местах краска потрескалась.
