Staff was friendly. Property seemed clean. My room was nice but everything was broken! The shower door handle came off, the shower door sagged so much it had to be pryed open. The toilet ran non stop, I had to take the back off and stop it myself. The remote control battery cover was broken so had to hold it with two hands when using it. The batteries in the remote were on its last legs. Two of the lights on the side of the bed didn’t work. Maybe it was just my room but very annoying that everything was broken for such a nice place and money I spent

Most rooms for half the price are better than this. It's a nice place, but it's average for hotels, but charging premium room prices. The towels were rough and really just terrible for a 3 star. It's what I expect at a 2 star. The bed and bedding was ok, really just average. The room itself, was attractive and clean. One thing I can say is that the insulation in the room was perfect. Was about 100 screaming kids in the lobby when I showed up on a Saturday night. So loud, the receptionist and I had to yell at each other to get my information pulled up. Kids were running and yelling through the halls where my room was, but when I closed my door, it was nearly absolute silence. I'm the morning, breakfast was almost what you'd expect. Eggs, sausage, cereal, some fruit, bagels and cream cheese. No bacon, No pancakes, No biscuits and gravy, no toast. I would stay there again but only at $90-$100 including taxes and fees a night, as it's not a $175 room.

They look good when I booked it when I got there it wouldn’t as tidy as it should’ve been, the sofa had stains from the previous stay, the bathroom amenities were not replenished, there were strands of hair throughout the room I kept finding but before I unpack at any hotel, I always check to make sure there’s no bedbugs and there were no big bugs there. The shower was awesome but all that for the price I paid wasn’t worth it.

I prepaid my reservation for the hotel three months before I stayed there. When I arrived, the desk clerk insisted I had only reserved the room and not actually paid. And she told me this after she ran my card, which I initially was tood was for incidentals, twice. I was able to get hotels.com to reimburse me my non-reimbursable payment by cintaxting them and having their reps speak to hotel staff directly. I sure wasn't having luck getting hotel staff to talk to me. I was given contradictory information regarding the availability of staff with whom to address the matter, and more than half the time, there were no staff manning the front desk at all. The day clerks were friendly when they were around, but they weren't there consistently.
Breakfast was mediocre and often cold, even when breakfast service time opened. The indoor pool was cold and clean enoufh for use but not in the best shape. The gym had very little variety of equipment, which was not well maintained, but it was serviceable for the most part, just not much for a hotel of its size.
Not worth staying here. Will be staying at the Candlewood next door the next time I'm in town, as I've had much better experiences there. Can't recommend the SpringHill to anyone other than those who don't mind losing money and being strung along.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room and amenities were exceptional but the customer service was far beyond that. All of the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish I would have caught the name of the hotel receptionist when we checked in on Thursday evening. She went above and beyond to make our last night of vacation special. Kudos to a job well done. The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. There are always a lot of military staying here due to the proximity to the base. The breakfast istarts at 6:30 am & included 3 different juices, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal cereal coffee tea and yogurt. They have two elevators and a small gym and indoor pool.

Property very nice. Arrived 2 days after snow/ice event parking lot was covered in packed snow and ice very slippery. it appeared that no effort had been made to treat or clear parking area. Again room and facility's were very nice, just wish it would have been safer in the parking lot.
